Most sets start lifting or coming off within about five days. However, the owner assured me that wouldn't be the case, and she was absolutely right! My nails stayed beautiful and intact for an incredible 3 1/2 weeks. Not only was I impressed with the quality of the work, but everyone there was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. They truly made me feel special from the moment I walked in. Needless to say, I've found my new nail salon and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I chose my color and as she was painting my nails, it was super clumpy so she used nail polish thinner to make it more runny. Well I guess they've been doing that forever and for all their nail polishes since my nails still came out really fragile thin and incredibly clumpy. Some of my cuticles weren't cut completely off and so I watched some of my cuticles scrapping into my nail polish. I needed my nails for an event but unfortunately my nails chipped off after hours of getting them done.

What was most shocking was seeing an employee follow the customer outside and continue the confrontation rather than attempting to de-escalate it. No customer should feel intimidated, threatened, or unsafe while visiting a business. Professionalism, respect, and customer service were completely lacking. Regardless of what may have led to the disagreement, following someone to continue an argument is unacceptable behavior and reflects very poorly on the salon. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this salon. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and should never have to worry about being harassed or confronted by staff.

So I've gotten GelX at other salons before and it lasts a good amount of time, the technician I worked with told me to go with builder gel instead because that would make refills easier. I made sure to ask the technician if the builder gel would still work with tips to which she said yes. The job was okay, the gelx was lump and not drilled evenly, the shape was inconsistent on each nail, and the length was different for each nail. But still, I paid the amount and went on my way content with what I was given. By Tuesday the 7th the Gel began to lift from my nails and the gel even popped off completely from my index finger. I went in and they fixed it but again the quality was just as bad and while the man (I assume the manager) was "fixing" it, he explained that I should've gotten GelX because builder gel doesn't work with the tips to which I explained that YOUR employee told me this would be better and since I am not in expert in this I figured she would know best. But, again I left not wanting to spend even more time there. Then today ALL of my nails each had either the gel or both the gel and tip come off. When I called they offered to have me come in and fix it completely to which I explained that I am not going to come back in just to come back AGAIN in 5 or so days when this happens again and to just kindly refund my money. They then explained that they are unable to refund my money due to their salon's policy and that they would try acrylic or putting me with a different technician. I told them I do not want to do that and just wanted a refund, they then said that they cannot since they aren't the manager. I was told the manager would give me a call back and talk to me personally about this but then was told they never came in. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
