I came in for an acrylic full set to get my birthday nails done. I wanted a design that would also fit Valentine's Day. I was sat and checked in quickly and the man who was working on my nails was so friendly!!! He definitely took great care and had great attention to detail when doing my full set. For the art design, I had a lady (unfortunately did not get their names) and she followed the designs beautifully! I was literally watching her and she made it look so easy! It's definitely a craft doing nail art and I'm so happy with how it turned out. I am honestly so happy I came here to get my nails done and will definitely be coming back. I went in without an appointment for a pedicure and a dip manicure. I prefer my nails to be slightly more narrow and very thin, and the nail technicians were able to achieve exactly what i wanted. My daughter was happy with her nails but I'm disappointed in my pedicure. I got the lava pedicure. The pedicure should have had a 10 minute hot stone massage. She painted my nails and then I'm guessing she realized she never did the massage or hot stone. So she lathered up my legs with oil and did a 3 minute hot stone massage. I paid $60 for that? I want to preface this review with five things; one I am a very demanding client. There are two ways I want my nails. Either a very short rounded nail or a very short almond. Second I came in at 1ish. Third I showed up 5 minutes before a wave of 5 people came in. Four I had the same nail tech from the time that I was 8 years old til I was 18 and the only reason I stopped seeing Mr. Lee was because he passed away. So needless to say the bar is very high. Five my nail beds are sensitive and I have a very hands on job where my hands get cut up all the time. I am a VA and have a side job as a seamstress. When I entered the building I was immediately greeted and within 10 seconds I had been asked what I wanted nail wise. ( that sounds slightly brisk but in person it was very polite, I just can't remember exactly what was said.) Within 4 minutes I was checked in and was seated with nail options. There were three clients in chairs and one in the back. One client was getting a mani-pedi and had two technicians helping her. The other two customers were getting pedicures. Mind you there were five staff members there at this time. Miss Kim came and had me seated and started my nails probably 5 minutes later. While doing my nails she juggled the situation of finishing up what I'm assuming was a facial with both elegance and grace. Now I'm going to be very honest, I stared at my nails to see if I could find any faults in them and I couldn't. Miss Kim had so much precision when doing my set. She careful layered the acrylic powder and sculpted my nails in such an artistic way that was amazing to watch. She saw a simple flaw with her powder out of what looked like a side glance and finished the nail she was working on and took the most minuet amount of powder and placed it a divot I couldn't even tell was there. She was kind and professional the entire time. All I can say is I think I found my new nail salon. read more

So this was my first time here . And Idk if I should come back though . But I've been looking for a nice place to get my nails done somewhere that I could start going often and etc . When I came to the place, it didn't have many options of colors and it was very slow . So it must've been new . Only 3 books were there for colors ( except 2 were the same thing ) . The manager I met was nice at first and did my nails . I told him at first I was a little picky with my nails b/c I like them to be nice and also told him I wanted to do an ombré look with glitter. So I picked a couple nudes b/, I like to have them tested before I have them on. And like I said I am picky . So he tries a couple of tests and we finally found one I was okay with . No biggie . Then I changed my min with the color white I picked . The white was very clumped and not too sparkly so I thought of silver . And we went for silver but I noticed how he was blending the colors . He blended it too much and I notified him it looked off , like it was half nude half silver . That's when he started to flip out on me and just three a fit and made someone else take care of me . I was in full shock about that . I mean I felt bad for changing my mind on a couple things but all I did was I pointed out something that looked wrong . Long story short the other person who took care of me was this lovely lady, Vivian. She did such an amazing job on my nails . And she was super sweet . However I did notice that while she was doing my nails , the manager was just hiding in the back for like the whole time But I recommend people should go see Vivian . She's awesome . read more

We still have no clue with what... they had her come back and gave her a refund and told her to remove her previous review. I noticed i was getting FUNGUS under my toe nails. The service was nice, loved the pedicure. I genuinely liked the design on my acrylic nails and the shape but they did seemed over priced. For a European pedicure ($35) and then a full set of acrylic nails with no manicure, almond shape and small design the total was $115. I was fine with this thinking they would last at least a month but within 5 days all of the nails have either chipped or completely fallen off. Good intentions bad product. read more
