Such a beautiful atmosphere. Service is very attentive and Mia was amazing !!! She took her time and really executed what i wanted perfectly with the shape down to the perfect color !

Thanks to this place for my first fungal infection. Needless to say, I won't be back. Started going to this salon in Nov 2024, and some technicians have been great, while others just ok. It's nice on the inside and everyone has been friendly for the most part. However, 2 weeks past my last visit one of my nails came loose and I noticed dark coloring underneath, so I pulled it off. Due to fungus, I had to get all of them removed and learned that 3 fingernails are infected. GROSS. Couldn't say which technician isn't sanitizing their tools, but this is enough to tell me this is not the salon for me.

The worst place to get your nails, my daughter got her nails done there and she caught a fungus really bad that's she's been on treatment for the past few months! Kelly gave me a full set a couple of weeks ago. Went in today to get a fill, then decided on a replacement instead. When she took off the nails my nail bed wasn't damaged. NO grooves!!!!! That's always been the reason I don't keep my nails done. Kelly is wonderful. Can't get over how healthy my nails are underneath. Seriously. Ask for Kelly read more

I come here every month to get pedicures, I have had the best experiences as a walk in, however i unfortunately had a bad experience today. The lady that did my pedicure did not do a great job. Massage and all was great, however when it came to the pedicure itself, it doesn't look great. Couldn't find a bottle of the color I requested so I asked if she could ask around and at first she was like with a negative attitude, later she got a new bottle. Then she was pointing out how my nail bed is damaged and stuff, I mentioned this is the only place I get them done at. When she was doing the pedicure, she nicked me and proceeded to drop alcohol/acetone on that nail. Really enjoy coming to the palace, but they could do better! read more

I've been here on and off periodically because the location is right, and it is beautiful inside, but I don't drink alcohol and I feel like that is built into the price of the manicures and pedicures so it is a little unnecessary for me. However I have to say that every time I do come they do a good job. My favorite nail tech so far has been Kittie (although I might not be spelling that right). I haven't made appointments and always just done walk ins. I see the racists comments on here about the male owner and I didn't get any comments from him when I came in, but nothing friendly either. Take that as want. If they were friendlier, I would definitely come in more often. I like it enough to come back and visit the giant year round Christmas trees. read more

This was my first time at this place, and it was AMAZING! The service is a 1000/10 and Cindy & Sophia were so helpful. Cindy did my nails and she walked me through each stage of getting my nails done (I am a bit of an anxious client when it comes to manicures) and made sure I liked everything. I got my nails done here for a refill and they were very nice and quick and my nails turned out cute.however, my nails tech was extremely rough with my nails. i left with several cuts along my cuticle and even under neath my nail bed with live skin. It is extremely painful, I just hope I don't get an infection. read more

I went in for a manicure, previously had shellac manicure at this same salon only 2.5 weeks ago. I felt rushed the entire time by the tech CHI, she ignored me when I tried to talk to her and once she finished polishing with REGULAR polish, she told me to sit for 5 minutes. After 30 minutes, the polish still wasn't dry so, I asked to go to the drying table. I was charged $5 to take off shellac that they applied and no, I did not tip CHI because her service was awful. I know they won't miss me with all the clientele they have but I WILL NEVER pay for bad service and/or disrespect by anyone! My nails don't even look like they've been polished this morning. read more

After a long week, a pedicure can really refresh and revive you. Not all nail salons are created equally, but this one truly rocks. The interior is clean and well appointed and featured several rooms. They have a variety of options on the pedicure menu and I went for the top of the line which was quite relaxing and included massage, paraffin wax and sugar scrub. It also featured mills and honey. I'm ticklish but the technician handled that like a pro and left me relaxed. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for awhile, never had any issues, sometimes the shape is a little off but otherwise great service. However I'm not too sure if I'll be returning after today's experience, I went in for a routine fill and pedicure, the tech I got I've never had before but I give everyone a chance and never complain, she started my toes. And from the start she had a very heavy hand and pretty aggressive with the way she was working. My pain tolerance is pretty high and I was uncomfortable already and just her cleaning my toes hurt. She cuts the cuticles on one foot and starts on my other and she cuts my skin! I began bleeding and she tried to stop it and it was just burning, I've never walked out but today I did, I wasn't going to take any chances of continuing my service and potentially getting an infection later on, I let her use the alcohol to clean it up and I asked if I owed anything for the work she did and the owners said no of course not. I also had to tell her to cut the toenails on my other foot (the one where she cut my foot) because she forgot. I've really loved this nail salon and I'm not sure if the tech I got was in a hurry to be somewhere or get a new personal best time for pedicures or whatever the case may be. As someone who also works in the beauty industry and is a licensed cosmetologist, being fast doesn't mean being the best, I appreciate people who take their time and keep their clients comfortable and happy. I appreciate the owners apologizing, and their kindness but this experience was my worst one. read more

Honestly, I am so late to making this review because I have been going here for a few years. However, I always get my hands done by Tiffany and she is the absolute best! She is always so kind and willing to put up with any crazy design I come in with! All the other staff is so helpful if you've never been there before and the whole vibe is just so comforting! I moved to Conroe and tried to go somewhere that was closer to me and it was not the same as Palace Nails and Spa! I will always request Tiffany and make sure I am available for her schedule because I love her so much! I will never understand why they only have 3.5 stars because I have never had a bad experience here! Highly recommend!! read more

First impressions matter, and unfortunately this one was not welcoming. I ended up taking my money to another shop nearby, and honestly I am glad I did.

I came in on Monday and I had to come back today to get my right hand fixed. I got home and within hours one of my nail on my left hand also chipped. I don't have the time to keep coming back to get it fixed. Overall, they are nice and fast but maybe a little too fast since my nails didn't last. Unfortunately, will not be coming back.

They do dry pedicures, which means your feet are not soaking in water,…read morewhich means your feet wont dry out and crack later on...I got a pedicure about 5 days ago and my feet are still baby-smooth, and soft. This place is super clean. Each customer receives new sterilized tools. They have many high end polishes, and Cindy will tell you all about the dangers of not using quality products on your nails. They really try to correct any nail problem you have, rather than cover it up. They are reservation only, but don't let that discourage you from making an appointment! These ladies know their stuff, and will leave your nails and skin looking fabulous...pedicure will take about 1 hour...1 hour of pure heaven! pedicure price $40...so worth it, for a truly clean, quality service!! *note: they are moving locations to Louetta near Jones road soon!!

This salon is not only priced well it is beautiful. I had Diane do my pedi and Kim do my nails. They were both very accommodating and kind. Did exactly what I asked for. The lady at the front counter made sure everyone was taken care of during their visit. The atmosphere is quite and relaxing. I will absolutely be returning to this spa. They also have a points system to give you a discount. read more

I came here for the first time and I loved everything! Vicky did my nails and she did such a good job, she took her time and paid attention to every detail. The whole staff was super nice and the actual salon is so beautiful! Prices are also very reasonable!!
