Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't live up to expectations. The salon advertises a full bar, but I wasn't offered anything to drink -- not even water. I don't drink alcohol, but it still would've been nice to be offered something, especially since that's one of their main features. There was also a 20% off coupon listed online and displayed on the counter. When I asked about it, the woman at the front desk told me they were no longer honoring the promotion. She said she didn't know why the signs were still up or why it was still on the website. During checkout, she seemed more focused on her phone than on helping customers. My card didn't go through the first time, and she barely looked up to assist. I ended up just using tap on my phone to pay and get out of there. It's disappointing because the salon looks nice and my tech was great, but the customer service at the front desk was unprofessional and inattentive. Sadly, I won't be returning.

I had to go somewhere, but the owner saw that I didn't like my nails and told me to come back in. She fixed them for free and she did a fantastic job. I have a really wide nail bed, so I have to get longer length and she talked me through that and assured I was very happy with what I got. It's a very family oriented establishment and they care about their customers as individuals rather than only being interested in the money that they make. Will definitely be coming back! I had to stop the service because she got a cotton ball and cleaned the blood off my skin to use the same cotton ball and clean my other nails with. The owner didn't even care and I still had to pay the full amount for the pedicure even though I didn't get the full service.
