I got a French acrylics and shellac pedicure. The service was good but I didn't receive a massage with my manicure. The shop is nothing fancy but they do a great job. Making an appointment was super easy. Prices are comparable to other salons. I was hoping that it would be a little cheaper considering that it's not a salon with all the bells and whistles. I would definitely return based on the quality of work. I got my nails done before going on a 7 day cruise and they lasted without chipping. read more

Steve does amazing work. hands down. His sets last forever. BUT if he doesn't like the way you do your nails he will make you wait insane times even with an appointment and eventually will stop answering the phone when you call to schedule. I am loyal to a degree and I tip VERY well.... but manicures are a luxury of which I can go without if this is the way they treat long time customers. read more

Was a walk in that morning needing to get my nails done for a wedding, they said about 45 min wait so I grabbed lunch & came back. Had to remove dip polish & then got a gel manicure. I didn't get the wax treatment in the package I selected bc their washer or other appliance was down due to the storm the day before but John gave me a $5off discount and apologized I love my toe nail color and my feet were so soft, he did a great job! This is the worst nail place in the greater Houston area as far as I'm concerned. First it's DISGUSTING AND GROSS. Bathroom hasn't been cleaned in years. I went in for a pedi and nail dip. I asked for for a French manicure. They said they didn't have white or pink (I could see it, they just didn't want to do it....so I said ok a pedi). The lady doing my pedi rushed, it's already chipping and it's been a week, she didn't trim my nails and the polish was bubbly. I asked her why it was bubbly and she said it just was and she would have to start over. She also left polish all over my skin and cuticles and didn't even out nails. The wax they used was also super cheap and the bare minimum to cover foot. I'm going to a new place tomorrow to fix it. There was a lady next to me getting the same exact pedi (they did completely different steps btw) and she was having major issues also. She said she would never be back. She was a sweet bus driver. They couldn't do a simple flower design on her toe and her polish also was bubbling. Then while I was having my crap pedi I watched a girl come in and out and get her eyebrows waxed. Normal procedure right? Then 10 min later another person comes in and asks for same thing and they said they don't do eyebrow waxing. Completely lied to her for no reason. They weren't any busier. Just liars and judgy. Also, another girl was in there trying to change her nail color from a deep plum to a different color and they were being so difficult about changing colors she ended up just keeping the same color so she could finish and leave. I am telling you this place is HORRIBLE. Don't go here. Go anywhere else. The final straw that turned me into an irate crazy person was they overcharged my card (charged me for wrong pedi) and they wouldn't fix my CC receipt and I told them I was refusing to sign it and would dispute it with my CC company and all of a sudden the manager spoke perfect English and said ok I'll fix it. I ended up just leaving and called my CC company anyways. I'll never visit here again. read more

I went one for fake nails and an older gentleman did them and took his time to do them really pretty and they lasted ten days and started slowly ungluing with is great because I am always using water and am hard on my nails. I paid $45 for that set. I went again but this time for a refill and color change and was charged $35 for that which sucks cause it's almost what I paid for the first time. The second time I went it was a younger gentleman that did them, he was faster and more rough, actually two fingers hurt from him being too rough but the nails did come out pretty and lasted even longer. read more

This place depends on who you get. When I went for my first time, I got this really sweet girl, Gina I think her name was. She was great and so personable! I went back a few months later with my boyfriends daughter, and I told them mani/pedi for me and mani for her. They did my mani/pedi great, but for her, she had a not-so-good experience. They started putting on acrylics, and making them square. She doesn't speak up much, but the girl that did her nails didn't even ask what she wanted before she did it. My BF's daughter went with the acrylics, but told her round as she started filing. The girl told her, her nails were not long enough. SHE cut them, I then intervened, and said to make them round, or I will pay the extra for her to make it right. At the end of the service, they were round, but not happy we had to fight for what we wanted. Customer service is not great, service is ok. read more

I have been to a few salons in Conroe and after getting a shellac mani and pedi here I've decided this will be my go to place. The technicians did a wonderful job and after some concern with the color not being what I thought she took her time to make sure I was happy with it and didn't want it changed. The massaging is my favorite part of the pedicure and they didn't disappoint, they even do a few minutes shoulder massage with the deluxe pedi. Worst place to go for a manicure! The women who work there were all Asian (probably Vietnamese), and were very unfriendly and rude. They all conversed with one another in their native tongue, and I got the sense that they were all talking about me and the fact that I only wanted a regular manicure, not gels or acrylics, which cost much more!
