Usually had a good experience here, until our most recent visit on Sunday July 13th 2025 about 1115 am. Wife and I were in for pedicures, and while my wife received a good pedicure , my pedicurist ended up Skinning three of my toes just behind the cuticles , by filing too hard. Knew I was in trouble when my toes started to sting from the antiseptic on her gloves, so much I had to immediately place into the water to rinse off!. ( see pics) . HORRIBLE. TRAUMATIZED. DISGUSTED. I asked for a full acrylic set with a simple french and dot flowers. I left with heavy hands and a heavy heart. My nails were thicker than a snicker and as lopsided as Madeas booty cheeks. I was in tears and had to go to another nail salon to fix them. I was so upset I didn't even get a picture. The other salon i went to informed me they have had multiple clients from premier come to them to fix their nails. So not waste your money here. Second Update: Went in person owner said I can't get infections from cuts. He would not remove the nails. Would not do anything to make this right and said "if u go to doctor you risk infection same here" I'm appalled and disgusted I'll just be taking the loss and reporting to health department. UPDATE: spoke to the "owner" (probably not) who informed me that he did not see any injury so it isn't from them. I said okay so you were my nail tech? He told me he was not, but that I didn't complain at check out so how am I injured. I told him I didn't wanna cause a scene and embarrass anyone and he said I can come in and show him. I'm not one to leave a bad review.... However I had my first awful experience at a nail salon. My fingers hurt, they're cut, I hate the nails and I paid $75 for them to not even offer me a drink (you get two) while I sat at the bar waiting 10 minutes to start. I get my nails done 2-3 times a year and this time was for my birthday. The salon was extremely dirty everywhere, my nail tech was so rude and laughed after he sternly told me to stop moving and I informed him he was hurting me badly he made me prop my arm up on a toilet paper roll which to me was tacky. I thought it was be more luxurious than it's made out to be. The lady who did my nails was very kind, but the other staff members were not. They were very stand-offish and truthfully did not make me feel welcome. The lady working with me was very kind, but I came in from work - so I wasn't "dressed" up like most of the other ladies and they were all offered water or other drinks and I never once got asked. I'm not saying it's a make or break task, but I was just as much a paying customer as everyone else - I just didn't have time to dress up to meet the vibe in this place. I had changed from Vivid Nails over here a few years ago (never could get in) and at first, it was good and then began going steadily downhill. I got a toenail fungal infection that I am battling and lost the nail and it is now growing back with the fungus (ugh), the place is not clean and the people are just not as nice and the work is not as good. My last pedi took a total of 15 minutes, start to finish. Never had one that fast and for $40 and the only indulgence I do for myself usually...no more. Looking for a new place to take my talons to. On Friday July 26 I was taken to this nail bar for my birthday. I had picked out a pedicure that was $50-$55 dollars,and that included painting my toenails. When I got to the chair the tech that was assigned to me ran through water and had me soak my feet, the water was cold and my feet were only in there for not even a full minute when he had me take them out. The tech seen that I had gel polish already on my toenails and stated to me that it would be $5.00 to take the old polish off and that it would be free to redo the other gel polish. Normally the techs take off the old polish and have you soak your feet. The techs normally take one foot out at a time to work on them and to do the pedicure while the other one soaks. This male tech had me take both feet out and he painted my toenails. After my toenails were dry he had me stick my feet in the water for a little under a minute and then he finished the rest of the pedicure. During that time my pedicure was rushed and not given the attention that I have received there in the past. After finishing up my so called pedicure, we went up front to pay and the girl at the counter charged $65.00. She stated that the new gel polish was $15.00 dollars and that the removal was $5.00. I stated to her what the tech told me and she walked to go get him and then try to say he did not say that. Then she proceeds to tell me that no other tech heard him say that, which is a lie because the tech beside him was saying something to him after he told me that it would be free. The customer service I received from Premier Bar that day was poor and unprofessional. I give this nail salon a 1 and will not be going back. read more

SO disappointed in this place. They open at 11 today. I arrived 5 minutes early. Already SO many people there but they sat me right away so I figured it wouldn't be long and that they had more employees coming in. I sat in the chair for ONE HOUR AND TEN MINUTES with no one tending to me. And still 3 ladies in front of me. Why places sit you down and act like they will get to you in a timely manner instead of being honest is beyond me. I mean I get it, they want your money. Pretty disappointed as this nail salon was recommended by a couple of coworkers. The salon has potential and from older pictures, it was beautiful. I didn't want to judge by the looks of the disorderly colors or dusty nail polish rack, but once I sat on the pedi chair, lowered the arm rest and saw sticky residue from who knows what, I was pretty disgusted. Update: I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. AlthoughI did not want to go back after my initial appointment after 2 days my nails were lifting and I was so unhappy. I decided to contact the salon and was told to return for someone to fix them. The manager was very nice and concerned after seeing my nails in person and thanked me for coming back to give them the opportunity to fix the situation. I was very clear that I did not want to see the same nail tech and they obliged. They put me with Ethan and he was amazing. He decided to soak off the original nails and start over. Although I wasn't excited to go through the process I'm so glad I did. He did a wonderful job and was very gentle during the process. The manager was able to find the original nude-clear color I had asked for. I just wanted them to look decent but he made them look great. The shape is perfect and after 8 days they still look brand new. I will definitely be returning to see Ethan. I do believe this salon is all about who you get. My experience the second time in was completely different than the first. Is also add that they were very respectful and agreed I needed to have my nails fixed. They did not argue, or speak in any other language in front of me which was refreshing because I didn't feel like they were talking about me while I was getting my nails done fixed. I'm leaving the original review below and photos of my original nails and the new fixed ones. Super disappointed. Based on the positive reviews and photos I decided to try this place out. I recently moved to the area and have had a difficult time finding a quality place. This wasn't any different. Although the salon is very nice and has a wide variety of color options there is a serious lack of quality. The pictures speak for themselves, but let's just say the lines and bubble in the shellac looks horrible. They charged me for a design to draw some lines and it's not even even. The shellac is also bubbling already and I just left less than an hour ago. I had to make her fix multiple things during the nearly 2 hour appointment which is the only reason I would not even go back and have them attempt to fix it. I've had my nails done by 3 places since I started getting them done again. I've enjoyed the other places but when you find better you have to shout out about it! This place by far has me super happy. I've been here 4 times now. Took my preteen for a mini-mani & pedi. The 2 that worked of her treated her like a princess and she felt extra special before her first day of school. My pedi was fantastic and the intricate pint on my toe was amazing. First of all do not go here... I paid 70$ for the worst nails I've ever gotten. I attached the photo of what I wanted vs what I got. Yes there are other people you could go to here but that's not the problem. The problem is sanitation, this place is the dirtiest nail salon I've ever been to. Not only do they use the same nail file and nail clipper for everyone.. they don't sanitize them. I attached a photo of what the nail clippers they used on me look like. It was absolutely disgusting. After almost 2 hours technician started pedicure. Pedicure took forever because she kept leaving to go to the back. During the manicure she left for good to have nails finished by someone else. Toenail were not even close to the color requested (black was used for base coat when card said to use white). Total it took 4 1/2 hours to have nails and toes done. 2 weeks later blisters on both feet, probably from soaking so long in dirty water. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Pros of going here are: They are reasonably priced, nails turn out good, fast workers. Cons of going here: they either don't have the color you want but still display it or the color never turns out right. I got purple nails and i'm guessing because the polymer is also purple it tie dyed my nails leaving them splotchy. Another con is they try to make your nails as long as possible no matter how short you tell them so you're always going to leave with longer nails than you wanted. The last con about going here in my opinion I always leave with cuts on my fingers and I see the utensils in there never properly cleaned. read more

By far the best nails I've gotten in Conroe. They are very friendly. Not sure if it's required to wear a mask right now, but I would bring one just in case. I saw everyone wearing one. My total for long coffin ombré nails were $60 + tip. I was there for about an hour. The bar is currently closed but they did offer me bottled water. My appointment was at 3 pm. Nails are uneven length and thickness. I had an apres gel x set on prior, and the tech grace insisted on using e-file to remove, despite my protest and me even showing her an Instagram video of proper gel x removal --- just like gel polish, you flake the polish off with a cuticle stick. No need to damage the natural nail with an e-file. My sister's shellac manicure is uneven. See attached photo for the gaping wound her tech gave her. Not cool. I think she paid $40, before the tip that I cannot believe she gave. Never again. read more

Been to this place before and had a positive experience but did not have a good experience the last time I went. I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted, about halfway with putting the paint, the nail tech said he couldn't do the color I wanted. So we went too look for another color and they did not let me look at another color other than shellac. I asked if they could do sparkles instead and they said they couldn't do it... so that was disappointing. They went ahead and did my entire set before asking if I liked the color which I guess is my bad, I should've said something. The lines were not straight on my nails and the color was streaky. The top coat had bubbles and smudges all over. I told them about the color being slightly ruined and all they did was file off the clear top coat and put another one on. Did not even try to fix the color. They even persisted to blame me for the color being messed up. I told the cashier I did not like my nails and even showed them what I wanted and they just shrugged and proceeded to charge me $55 even though my nails were refills. I don't recommend going there if you want a nail tech that's actually going to pay attention to your needs and not be on their phone half the time they're doing your nails. read more
