Second Update: Went in person owner said I can't get infections from cuts. He would not remove the nails. Would not do anything to make this right and said "if u go to doctor you risk infection same here" I'm appalled and disgusted I'll just be taking the loss and reporting to health department. UPDATE: spoke to the "owner" (probably not) who informed me that he did not see any injury so it isn't from them. I said okay so you were my nail tech? He told me he was not, but that I didn't complain at check out so how am I injured. I told him I didn't wanna cause a scene and embarrass anyone and he said I can come in and show him. I'm not one to leave a bad review.... However I had my first awful experience at a nail salon. My fingers hurt, they're cut, I hate the nails and I paid $75 for them to not even offer me a drink (you get two) while I sat at the bar waiting 10 minutes to start. I get my nails done 2-3 times a year and this time was for my birthday. The salon was extremely dirty everywhere, my nail tech was so rude and laughed after he sternly told me to stop moving and I informed him he was hurting me badly he made me prop my arm up on a toilet paper roll which to me was tacky. I've never had an experience so frustrating and I'll NEVER GO BACK Premier Nail Bar Conroe I just want them off now.

I have been here twice and I have went to Vaden he has did them so good and does the shaping so good ! I haven't tried any other nail tech but I went with my friend and the lady that did her nails rushed it the whole time and she didn't even get the color she picked out so yeah The place is also really pretty

Pedi station

Pretty disappointed as this nail salon was recommended by a couple of coworkers. The salon has potential and from older pictures, it was beautiful. I didn't want to judge by the looks of the disorderly colors or dusty nail polish rack, but once I sat on the pedi chair, lowered the arm rest and saw sticky residue from who knows what, I was pretty disgusted. The nail tech was really nice and helpful. I just wish this place could close for a day and do some deep cleaning and reorganization.

infection of finger nail

After wearing my full set of acrylics for 3-4 weeks, I started to take them off because they became grown out . Upon doing this, I found a small green spot on my nail under the acrylic. Turns out to be some sort of bacterial infection. This has NEVER happened to me in over 8 years of getting acrylics. DO NOT trust this place with your nails . I wish I could get a refund on the $75 nails that literally ruined my nail beds. I will NOT be going back.

I like it, first time here. I moved from Arizona and had to leave behind my favorite nail tech so now i'm on the hunt for my new go to. Been to 3 different places around woodlands/Conroe and so far this one is the best.

Update: I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. AlthoughI did not want to go back after my initial appointment after 2 days my nails were lifting and I was so unhappy. I decided to contact the salon and was told to return for someone to fix them. The manager was very nice and concerned after seeing my nails in person and thanked me for coming back to give them the opportunity to fix the situation. I was very clear that I did not want to see the same nail tech and they obliged. They put me with Ethan and he was amazing. He decided to soak off the original nails and start over. Although I wasn't excited to go through the process I'm so glad I did. He did a wonderful job and was very gentle during the process. The manager was able to find the original nude-clear color I had asked for. I just wanted them to look decent but he made them look great. The shape is perfect and after 8 days they still look brand new. I will definitely be returning to see Ethan. I do believe this salon is all about who you get. My experience the second time in was completely different than the first. Is also add that they were very respectful and agreed I needed to have my nails fixed. They did not argue, or speak in any other language in front of me which was refreshing because I didn't feel like they were talking about me while I was getting my nails done fixed. I'm leaving the original review below and photos of my original nails and the new fixed ones. Super disappointed. Based on the positive reviews and photos I decided to try this place out. I recently moved to the area and have had a difficult time finding a quality place. This wasn't any different. Although the salon is very nice and has a wide variety of color options there is a serious lack of quality. The pictures speak for themselves, but let's just say the lines and bubble in the shellac looks horrible. They charged me for a design to draw some lines and it's not even even. The shellac is also bubbling already and I just left less than an hour ago. I had to make her fix multiple things during the nearly 2 hour appointment which is the only reason I would not even go back and have them attempt to fix it. For $80 I would expect my nails to look flawless. Completely disappointing and dissatisfied with my service and lack of quality.

I've had my nails done by 3 places since I started getting them done again. I've enjoyed the other places but when you find better you have to shout out about it! This place by far has me super happy. I've been here 4 times now. Took my preteen for a mini-mani & pedi. The 2 that worked of her treated her like a princess and she felt extra special before her first day of school. My pedi was fantastic and the intricate pint on my toe was amazing. She painted a dream catcher. Rose did my nails and they looked reAl. Love them when they are thin and real looking!

First of all do not go here... I paid 70$ for the worst nails I've ever gotten. I attached the photo of what I wanted vs what I got. Yes there are other people you could go to here but that's not the problem. The problem is sanitation, this place is the dirtiest nail salon I've ever been to. Not only do they use the same nail file and nail clipper for everyone.. they don't sanitize them. I attached a photo of what the nail clippers they used on me look like. It was absolutely disgusting. I didn't want to be that rude person that causes a scene so I waited until she was done to speak to the manager about the incident, I showed him and talked to him about it and all he said was sorry and then made me pay 70 freaking dollars for it. I'm absolutely furious and will never go back. I called the health department because that's exactly how diseases are transmitted.

The salon is always clean and organized, and they have a really good system to make sure that customers are taken care of promptly and efficiently. The only time I've ever had to actually wait for service was on Super Bowl when they had some text call out, but it wasn't a big deal because I don't watch football and had nothing but time that day The price is reasonable, so no complaints there. Not to mention they offer free soda, water, and alcoholic drinks if that's your jam.

Since moving to this side of town, I hadn't found my spot yet... but Malibu Nail Lounge might have just solved that problem. I actually discovered this salon a couple weeks ago when I brought my daughter Sky in for her nails. She was really happy with the results, so I decided to come back and try it myself. The experience started off strong the moment I walked in. I was greeted right away and asked to check in using the computer at the front desk. It printed my name ticket, they wrote down my services, and directed me to choose my nail color. The process felt organized and professional. I barely sat down before they called me back. I started with the Malibu Day Out pedicure, and King took care of my service. She was incredibly friendly and took her time, especially with my cuticles. Nothing felt rushed, which I really appreciate when I'm paying to relax. The massage chair, hot stones, and leg massage were exactly what I needed. I even got to sit back and read my book for book club while enjoying the service -- which made the whole experience feel extra relaxing. Another nice touch: complimentary drinks. During my pedicure I had a Bahama Mama, and when I moved over to the manicure side I switched to a mimosa. For my manicure, Jay took over and did a great job. I originally planned on getting a bright orange color, but at the last minute I changed my mind and went with a soft pastel lavender. I ended up matching my nails and toes, and I love how they turned out. The only small thing I noticed was that I thought the manicure might include a hand massage or wax treatment, but it wasn't offered. That said, by the time we finished I was ready to go and very happy with the final result. One thing I learned at checkout that teachers will appreciate: they offer a 10% teacher discount on Wednesdays. I happened to visit on Thursday, but when I mentioned it was my first time and I didn't know about the promotion, they still gave me 5% off, which I thought was really thoughtful customer service. Great service, friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, and beautiful nails. Safe to say Malibu Nail Lounge might officially be my new nail home while I'm living on this side of town.
