PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE ... I was really excited about splurging on myself trying out this place and I decided to go the weekend of my birthday. Angel, ...the manager?, did my nails. She was extremely preoccupied managing everyone, yelling across the shop and taking phone calls the whole time. She ONLY did two coats of dipped power on the beds of my nails and 4 on the rest of my nails, which I'd never seen done before... and thought it was a new technique When I left was thrilled with my nails!!! I seriously loved them ...Until about 3 days after when the polish on the beds of my nail popped off. I went into the salon as soon as I could (working 2 jobs and being in school full time) with time stamped pictures of the day my nails popped off. (I understand you have to go in within 5 days but I had documented pictures of the incident...) The girl at the front said the manager was on vacation and that they couldn't even remove the powder for free no matter what... While I was waiting I was treated like I was invisible. Neither water or a drink was offered to me and the tech removing my set ripped the stuck on cotton ball off my nail multiple times and huffed under her breathe when she nicked me with the buffer. Ok so I've given this place two chances. The first time I went in and picked my color and got seated. They didn't have the color I picked so the lady picked one that was "close". It was not what I wanted but she did it anyways. She didn't time manage appropriately. She had a doctors appointment so she was rushing and had another lady do one hand while she did the other. The nails came out uneven and bumpy. I tried this place again today and had Vanessa do my nails. Started off ok but she stayed in the phone with her electric company for 25 minutes while she was doing my nails causing her to mess a couple of the tips up. I asked her to fix them and she did sort of. They look awkward and weird. They are uneven lengths. She did the wrong color on one of the nails and had to go back and fix it. They are crazy thick and she didn't file the underneath so that keep getting caught on things. She was a super sweet lady but not a good nail technician. It could have been because she was having a bad day. I will say the nails I had the first time did last the longest out of any nails I've had. They did them way longer than I had asked so this could be due to the fact I was constantly filing them down. This place is not worth the price and everyone is always in a rush. There is a sign at the front that says "cash tips only" however when they print a receipt it has a gratuity slot. I asked if I could just do this and they said no but then they said yes. They don't have their act together yet. Maybe they'll get better with time. All I know is I'm not, and have not been satisfied with the results. I hate it, I asked the nail tech if she could do a fire decal on my nails and if she couldn't it's fine, but she said she could. She nail filed the side of my finger so badly it bled, and she just slightly wiped away the blood but it was still apparent that it was there. I couldn't even wash my hands properly because of it. On top of that, I told her I didn't want any gold starts but she insisted anyway so my "nails won't be boring" I was super unhappy with my nails and I just wanted to cry. She just started improvising afterwards as well, like adding silver glitter, didn't even ask until she was on the second nail. My nail beds are also super tender from the aggressive filing she did. It's just not the quality it use to be. I moved back to Conroe in 2019 and have been going there since but the last couple of times have been super disappointing. Due to work I can only get short nails that are either nude or pink and white (french tip). Never did I think that it would be so hard for them to do just a regular pink and white but apparently it is. I went a couple of weeks ago and the guy doing my nails was not able to work with powder, he was only able to paint the white part. So I let it go and just went with it. Now I went back on Saturday and once again the nail tech that became available after I waited 30 minutes was not able to do a basic pink and white so I had to wait for someone else. Well this person was also having the hardest time completing the task, she ended up mixing the white into the pink part and it was very sloppy work. My nails definitely look like a beginner nail tech completed them. Well I have finally decided this will no longer be my place to recommend or go. I now understand why there are so many independent nails techs nowadays. The salons just don't focus on quality anymore. read more

I've got here several times. Each time gets worse. This last time I showed the nail tech a picture of an ombre nail and asked if she was able to do it and she said yes. Fast forward to her almost done with nails and they are literally two different colors no ombre effect whatsoever. She asked if it looked okay and I asked if she could maybe mesh the colors together more. She tried and then went on to tell me how hard it was and with the colors I chose I couldn't do an ombre effect at all. Remember I asked her in the beginning if she was able to do it and she said yes. Well I asked her to do it all the darker shaded color instead. She was visibly frustrated but did it anyways. Warning: I explained everything so it's long! I go in Saturday morning for mani & pedis for my two daughters and myself. First time in 4 years for me, first time pedis for my 8 and 5 year old, first time mani for the 5 year old. It was busy and I was pleased to get seated fairly quickly and even seated us in a row. The pedi treatments were nice, but that's the end of the good part! From there it was just mediocre to down right frustrating! The girls and I got shellac so it would stay for awhile. The mermaid design on my 5 year old, who actually was still as a stone for the first time, was a disaster and looked like white squiggles on an odd color! My 8 year old wanted black nails with skull and crossbones in white glow-in-the-dark polish... told they didn't have that glow-in-the-dark color, told her nails were too small for that design, but they "did it" for her big toe. They made horrid hearts on her thumbs and laughable skull and crossbones on her big toes! We didn't care for any of the only glow-in-the-dark shellac they had, so I asked if they could put a clear coat of glow-in-the-dark on all our nails and they said they didn't have any either. I don't mind if you're out or don't have it, understandable and nothing you can do. I opted for one little black heart facing me on my big toes, then had them facing out even though they had my phone with the picture, not to mention the hearts are lopsided. I tried something adventurous this time and asked for stiletto shaped nails, full set with the same color shellac as my toes with this jeweled pinky with the color on the nail as well. I asked if she could do it and she said yes. She put 4 rhinestones and then put these clear balls on it. It looked awful so I asked her to change design. She wasn't very nice to begin with and kept forgetting to do my pinky, but then was downright rude. Even as I was apologizing for changing my mind, she was throwing a fit! Started huffing and puffing and slamming things. She cut 5 cuticles and only apologized because I pointed one out because blood started pooling! None of my fingernails were even, the polish was uneven, some of my fingernail polish didn't cover all of the nail. Even better, I asked if she could do the second design and she refused. I asked if someone could and she didn't want to find out. She finally asked if someone could and the front lady nodded, but she came up and said no! I go to pay, with all 3 of us disappointed, and the lady said if I'd wait they could do the design. Paid and waited another 45 minutes to an hour and the guy did a crap version of what I asked for. Sunday morning I looked at my nails and most of my fingers have these weird bumps, some are underneath my fingernails! My 5 year old's fingernails were gone like they didn't even buff them at all! My 8 year old was almost in tears with disappointment because she hates her nails! $290 for mani and pedis we hate plus tip for each person because I have respect. $350 for nothing for a single mom who splurged for her girls to have a relaxing morning! If you want a good foot and calf massage I suppose it's fine, but even the solid color we got was uneven and I wouldn't advise. Hope this helps. read more

So I went with my friend because we have been in search for a good jelly pedi. We understand wearing a mask during this time is necessary because of covid. My pedicure went a lot different than my friends. Her nail tech never added water to the jelly mixture. I had water added as soon as my friendly nail tech, Linda sat down. Linda continued to add water throughout my pedi to make sure my jelly mixture never got cold and remained warm. My friend never had water added the whole time.My friend did not have her cuticles pushed back. Her nail Tech never spoke to her the whole time. At the end, my friends nail tech never came back and did not help her when her shoes and had slung the jelly mixture all over her Tory Burch sandals. My nail tech, Linda wiped her shoes down for her. Another issue we had is when we paid the regular Jell-O shot pedi price and were not offered a Jell-O shot. We understand no drinks were offered because of covid but maybe knock a little off the price since you aren't receiving everything being advertised. Overall, I enjoyed my pedi and Linda was the best part of my experience, but unfortunately my friend is not satisfied at all. Service was terrible!! I went in on a weekday with a friend to get shellac done. The nail tech doing my nails argued with me about which color I choose for my nails. Even after I told her before she begin painting them. The light to dry my nails caused a burning sensation over my nails (which has never happened to me before at any other salon). No one asked me and my friend what we would like to drink. When we asked for a drink our nail techs were not aware of what they served nor did the employees around them know. And my nails started cracking off after a week and a half. Save your time and money because there are plenty of other places to get your nails done in this area. Upon entering I was immediately greeted and offered a cocktail. I waited a short amount of time even though the place was booked. The gentleman who did my pedicure was meticulous. I was offered a refill on my cocktail during my stay and I never felt rushed. Prices are on point. I originally asked for a full set and my current nails taken off but the nail tech suggested i just get a refill. While applying the powder she said that my nail was too large for her brush and that's why they weren't looking right. They also were speaking about very inappropriate things to each other during my service. Telling inappropriate jokes and speaking of time spent with their significant others. Then charged me for a full set even though i got a refill. I am not going to go somewhere and get charged extra to feel uncomfortable and have my nails look unprofessional. My friend and I arrived here on a Saturday I knew it would be busy! I put our names on a list, and ordered a drink, I picked out my service and thought it was priced higher to accommodate for the alcohol, but a tip jar on the bar stated to please tip to keep bar stocked so that explained what I thought was incorrect. This saloon is a very narrow space, I liked the music and the vibe and the fact that they were able to seat me and my friend besides each other. Ted was my technician and he was fun and did a great job, another woman did my eyebrow service. My issue and reason I won't return is they didn't allow our toes to dry my paint on both big toes and my friends toe nail polish all started to pull up off our nails. Pretty disappointing considering we spent that time and money. My friends technician told her she was finished two different times, but hadn't sealed her top coat the first time he told her. The price and rushing customers out and not allowing nails to dry have easily made my decision to not go back. And I know lots of people will say you could of gone back and get them to fix it honestly I didn't want to walk back into a crowded saloon and don't have the time considering they should of allowed them to dry correctly. read more

I wanted to give it a try but it was overcrowded, loud and people that work there were running back and forth at times. It didn't feel relaxing it felt hyped up and chaotic. The bathrooms were dirty, the towels they used came out looking dirty. No say was I going to drink anything while I was there for fear of the cleanliness. I absolutely love this place. This salon is worth every penny. I have never had a bad experience at this place and don't plan on ever going to another nail salon. I usually don't even pick colors. I just show a Pinterest picture to the nail tech and they make it happen. The one time I picked my own design the guy doing my nails realized about the same time I did what a terrible idea it was. As soon as he started on my second nail he asked me if I was sure I liked the color. He fixed it immediately and suggested something else that looked amazing and saved me time.
