I went in for a full set it was 65$. When the tech was wrapping up I noted my cuticles weren't cleaned up and asked if she could do it. She then used the drill when I had asked for her to use a cuticle trimmer to trim off dead skin. The nails arent fully cured on the edges so things stick to them also. I've never left a nail salon with my cuticles looking this rough. Not worth the price in my opinion. read more

Tried this place out from a friend - walked in asking for a refill, wasn't sure on the price considering I didn't ask but for a refill you would think no more than $45. Anyhow, asked for simple flowers on my nails- I got a little extra from my lady that I didn't ask for, white and glitter lines to be exact around my flowers, Again that I DID NOT ask for. I get to the counter $75 for my nails! MY REFILL NAILS! NAILS THAT WERE ON MY FINGERS WHEN I WALKED IN. When asked $75!?!?!? Their excuse was the "work" they put on my nails......small flowers, random swirls of white and glitter lines around my hands. They look like I did them in two minutes when it took her nearly two hours on my REFILL. Horrible experience and I will never try them out again. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I love the ambiance at this place. It is dim lit and quiet. Daniel is an outstanding nail tech! He is self taught and gentle. I left with exactly what I asked for and zero cuts. He even customized this color to better match the color I was looking for. I wanted to leave him a $15 tip, but I was told over the phone by the store manager that my nails would range from $45-55 depending on the design I wanted. I said I just wanted a short to medium length, coffin nail in a solid color, no design when I got there (which usually costs me $45 elsewhere). When I went to checkout, the manager didn't tell me the price. He only told me I could insert my card, so I asked before doing so. He charged me $55, so unfortunately, I didn't leave a tip. I went to this business to have my nails and feet done with my friends. Upon arrival we did not know that this business was not hygienic with their equipment. While getting my feet done there was no liner in the bowl for my pedicure. Also, while the lady was doing my feet she had no gloves on and disposed of the dead skin that she scraped off my feet into the bowl of water while my feet was in there. I was trying to let her know that this was not acceptable but she spoke no english. The manager Henry walked over to me and I tried to let him know about the situation, but he ignored me. At this time I just wanted to finish and leave. I figured I would discuss this when I checked out. My friend sat down to get her nails done and the tech had a towel she had just used on a different client with her nail clippings on it, and the tech shook it off and used it on my friend. While we checked out they asked us how was everything and I told them I was not happy with the service. Henry got upset and accused me of trying to get a discount. He got irate and in which caused me to get upset. He said if I didn't pay he would call the cops. After words were exchanged and I requested the information of the owner of the business. He had someone call the police. I was so upset that me and my friends were treated this way, I just gave in and paid the bill so I could go home. When the police showed up they requested to speak with me about the situation. I gave them my side of the story, and since I had paid and no crime was committed they let me and my friends leave. read more

I think I finally found nice nail salon in Conroe! They have done an amazing job with Decor of the interior, makes u feel like you're in a spa. Very clean place. They take pride in making every customer leave happy and satisfied. Very friendly personal! Paid $35 for new set plus $10 to change color on toes. I found places that are cheaper, but they are so dirty and usually disgusting. This place has lots of real plants which is a big plus in my book (real plants clean air). Many flat screen TV's in the pedicure area, and they run real nice videos for your entertainment. Would be nice if they offered you a drink though - to get even more spa effect... ;-) read more

I have gone to NT nails for the past 2 years. Today made me so angry that I will never be returning. I went in for a refill on my French tips (not solar) and had 1 broken nail that needed to be repaired. After sitting in the chair for 2 hours and being rough housed by the nail technician I go to check out and am told it's going to be $43.00! Considering I only played $35.00 3 weeks ago to have them done I was confused!! During my file down, I became super frustrated because the guy was torturing my cuticles and at one point I jerked my hand. In doing so I knocked over a bottle of polish. "YOU BREAK YOU PAY" Are you freaking kidding me?! A bottle of polish that was sitting on the edge of a table, a bottle of polish that wasn't even being used by me, a bottle of polish that should have never been there in the first place. We used to LOVE going to NT, until our last experience. My husband took our daughter for a refill they were told 20 to 30, since she was getting a color change. Fine, no big deal. When it was time to pay the manager charged 50. When he was questioned he became very aggressive and argumentative. My main problem with this nail saloon is the prices they charge. They are ridiculously priced when you can literally go across the street for the same service. They rush to get you finished so they can help the next customer, nothing special. I've been here a few times, I have receive a pedicure and got my nails done with acrylic. For the price they charge the pedi it's definitely NOT worth it. I could of done a better job myself and saved $50. They try to get you to pay more for some cucumber slices or weird jelly like crap don't fall for it. They rush and don't do a good job especially for the $$ price you pay. For my nails...I had a lady that I liked a lot so I paid the high cost because I thought she did a good job on my nails and finding someone that does a good job is hard in my area. The problem was every time I would go she wasn't there and they would put me with another person that "does as good for you", they never were as good and the prices kept going higher and higher so when I walked out paying $90 for nails that were so so I found another place. read more

This was my first nail experience since moving to Conroe and I have to say I'm highly impressed. I went to the location on 105 recently and immediately felt right at home. We were greeted at the door with instructions. The county is slowly opening back up so they require you to wear a mask, check your temperature and wash your hands before touching anything. That's fine with me, it actually made me feel more comfortable. The interior was so big and nicely lad. Me and My boyfriend got the Supreme manicure (his first time) and we loved it he told me he would definitely want to go back as well. While there I decided to get my toes painted, acrylic nails with shellac painting, and my eyebrows waxed. My toes came out nice however, I would recommend getting shellac polish on your toes because they took fooorrrevveer to dry(not their fault) I accidentally smudged them on the way home. I got my acrylic nails done next and they were literally the best set I have ever had no complaints there !! Then I was so nervous about getting my eyebrows waxed. My brows are my most prized possession. Since I was little I have only had one lady wax my eyebrows but after moving I was forced to make a change. Navy however did wonderful(I almost cried). During this whole experience I was accompanied by Navy and she was amazing. Definitely would recommend !! IMPORTANT UPDATE 05/21: a day after this post I started to feel pain in the side of my foot. I thought it was cause she got the ingrown toenail out and there was just pain. I removed the polish off that toe to let it "breath" all was well until the next day the toe stared to swell and pus started coming out of the side. Today I went to the urgent care and said it had been infected most likely due to unsanitary tools and I was prescribed antibiotics. Overall visit was amazing however the aftermath not so much. A regular pedicure comes with hot towel, hot stones, exfoliating scrub, and two times of massage. Von was amazing and this place is worth it despite the higher prices. My first thought was perhaps the price was a little high ($45 for pedicure), but my husband and I had committed to pedicure today. Von did a fabulous job on both my pedicure and manicure; I wanted to keep my natural nails, no color. The Cucumber pedi option was interesting. I went inside this salon to get my feet and my nails done with friends , and the lady that did my feet sent me on the other side of the store opposite from my friends and she decided to take the liner off of the water bowl mid way of doing my feet and also took off her gloves and she was dumping the dead feet skin into the water bowl where my feet were, I was explaining to my friends, the situation in front of her, and she was not paying any attention nor was she listening once I got ready to make my payment, I explain to the manager how I thought the lady that did my feet was very unsanitary and I wasn't satisfied and I asked is there anything that we can do about the situation and it all escalated from there I have multiple videos of the situation, and the way that the management and staff acted towards me as if I wasn't going to pay for my services. I got there 15 minutes to closing at 6 pm and they welcomed me with open arms! I got a full set done too- no easy feat! They helped me find a new powder that I love love AND they did my nails perfectly, catering to every special request. The last place I went made them all fat on the ends, and here at NT they redid them so they look like normal nails! And perfectly thin too! I can pick up change from the counter ! lololol Women know what I mean. They even served me coffee, but had soda and water available too- for free! Plus they put the gel coating on my nails at no extra cost!!! I am glad to have found a gem like this here in Conroe and not have to drive to who knows where in Houston and cross my fingers that I find a decent one! Also, while I was there, someone arrived after they were closed and they still let them in too to also do a full set. I think that shows excellent customer service in my book. They were very friendly- the place was nicely decorated and very clean. A++ in my book. Very comparable prices but worth all the more for doing it RIGHT the first time! I walked in at 2:00 on a very hot Saturday afternoon, without an appointment, for a pedicure. The salon was JUMPING....a ton of people were there for manicures and pedicures. That in itself is a good sign. I had to wait about 45 minutes before Stephanie did my pedi. Seeing as I had no appointment, I was perfectly OK with that. I opted for the 'Spa Pedicure." It includes a sea salt scrub, hot stone and hot towel massage.....for $34. It was DIVINE!! I asked for a French pedicure and Stephanie did it perfectly. I got a fill with gel on top for $25 - so pretty comparable to what I've paid at decent salons in San Diego. The staff was friendly - and the man who did my nails actually made suggestions and asked me what I thought. So now my "pink and white" nails are dark pink (a la the American Manicure vs. French) and the whites have a touch of glitter in them. LOVE IT. The salon itself is impeccably clean. Also, they had a giant HDTV that was playing a Vietnamese channel. The host would talk to someone and then they'd play a video. Talk, then video. I had no clue what they were saying (or singing), but I was still very entertained by it. This comes from a girl fascinated by Asian culture and who used to watch the Japanese cable access channel as a child. They treat you so wonderfully from the second you enter until you walk out the door. The owners are also the sweetest people ever! I get shellac and pedicures here.
