Despite knowing I was unable to stay for even a whole hour, they didn't hesitate to take me. They worked so fast, but thoroughly and efficiently, to get me out in time, all while teaching me this and that about nail care that I was clueless to. I kept the length short - she stated $52, no biggie. THEN, she says no, $62 as I calculated wrong. I let her know for a refill that would be way too much. The guy manager was stating it was due to the colors and I asked for a detailed explanation of each cost. He fussed. And I said no, thank you. By that time, the lady had changed one of my hands nail shape and when I was paying I noticed. I asked the guy manager for them to fix it back. He obliged. As she was fixing my nails she made small talk, and I appreciated that. During the small talk, I asked her how much if y'all had done a full set.. she calculated and stated the same price as a refill. I asked why not just do a full set then if it was the same price? She asked her manager and he stated they were busy and couldn't. I, of course was ok with that, because that solution should have been given at the beginning of the conversation as a way to rectify the issue. I tried to give this place a chance after Snow had left, but I have only ever had good visits with Snow there. If you do decide to come, just make sure you only want one or two colors as it seems to be an issue when you want four colors. LOL.

The owner of the nail salon, Peter, runs the place with his wife. I got a pedicure and his wife…read morepartially removed an ingrown toenail too deep and close that it started bleeding and throbbed with pain for 2 weeks. When she first started yanking, I asked her to please stop in a friendly tone, and after she persisted I tried pulling away so she couldn't do damage but instead, she forced my foot to be still and kept pulling the nail out until it bled. She understood me because she was talking to me while doing the pedicure. So she intentionally knew I was hurting and persisted to hurt me. Then she started speaking Vietnamese in an annoyed tone to her husband Peter, so he took over. Neither of them apologized, this is very poor customer service and highly unprofessional. I felt extremely uncomfortable.
