If I could do a half star I would. Lady was very nice but they don't know how to do nails what so ever. I asked for something specific and had the picture up the whole time and she couldn't do a little swirl on one fingernail. So she just rushed through my finger and did something ugly. When I wanted a half tip she didn't put a gold line above it like I had asked. AND they charge a service fee for their machines??? This place is ridiculous. Highly recommend going somewhere else. PLUS they don't have many colors they only had one little chart of colors. And no cuticle care was done. My nails are so bad I'm going to have to get them re-done. Smh. Waste of money and time. This is a must stop place for nail care! The business is beautiful and clean on the inside The staff was Incredibly nice and helpful during out trip. We ended up getting deluxe pedicures and boy was I not disappointed. I had a massage that felt like heaven and seemed to go on forever. The place is spotlessly clean and just gorgeously decorated, all of the employees are friendly and welcoming and they have 21 pedicure chairs that I didn't try today but I intend to soon! I brought my daughter who is 8 and we both got dip powder (don't judge: it lasts longer and is better than nail polish) and it was a great experience. We travel professionally and have spent the last year touring all corners of Texas and this is my favorite salon in the WHOLE STATE so far! We will be back in a couple weeks for pedicures! read more

I really enjoyed this place and the lady who did my nails! I've never gotten shellac before and wanted something that looked natural but nice. I wish I knew the lady that did my nails' name but she was great and so patient with me, when I was being so indecisive and slow about what color to pick. The shape of my nails is also so gross and weird, but she shaped even my ugly looking nails to look nice and neat without adding tips or fake nails. Real talent right there. My sisters and I came here to get our nails done before my sisters' wedding and we all enjoyed our experience! Prices were decent too. I scheduled an appointment for myself and my three granddaughters to have a pedicure on a Saturday morning. I even stopped by the salon earlier in the week, to ensure that there would be FOUR clinicians to provide our pedicures at the same time. The manager said, "Oh, absolutely." Yet, when we arrived, only two clinicians were available. It was a 30-minute wait for the other two to arrive. So two of us received pedicures, while the other two sat and waited. Once the other two arrived, they weren't in the mood to provide excellent service and rushed through the pedicures to "catch up" with their fellow staff members. I feel that two people in my party of four were cheated on the full pedicure experience. And yet we paid the full price for all four! It was very disappointing -and I won't go here again!! read more

Very disappointing! I went in for a pedicure and my boyfriend's daughter and friend had nails put on. First, my pedicure, the "Luxury Pedicure", that cost $38 last less than 30 minutes. Additionally, she charged me $5 to remove shellac from my toes...I didn't have shellac on my toes! When I told her that, she argued with me. My boyfriend's daughter's nails looked nothing like what she showed him a picture of. She wanted a light purple ombre and with glitter. They were dangerously pointy and thick. Her friend's were probably the best of the worst. Needless to say, we will not be going back and I do not recommend that anyone else go. Your mask will not protect you from the filth in the salon. Pedicure chairs are painful. They have some really fancy chairs that do a ton of stuff. But if you just want to sit with nothing then be prepared for discomfort. I generally do not write reviews, but today's experience will be a lasting one. I am visiting from out-of-state, so I Yelped for a business that provides pedicures and eyebrow wax close to my hotel. Out of all the locations, this business had he most stars, so I decided on this location. The place was overall clean and the staff was very friendly. Anna started off by waxing my eyebrows, which she was a little rough, but expected by past waxing experience. After she completed my waxing, below my eyebrows were burning, but I did not notice anything until after I got in my car. I was shocked, this was the first time a large portion of my skin was ripped off under both eyebrows. It was visibly noticeable with better lighting. The upsetting part and yes, my skin was ripped off, but I scar very badly once a wound heals, which means I will now have large brown patches below my eyebrows and will be very noticeable. I am very upset. Anna was rough on my toe nails and I can handle a lot, but otherwise the pedicure was fine. So the reason for the ONE STAR, which if I could I would put a zero, but Anna was very nice...needs to not be in a rush and/or be rough on the customers...is that my eyes will be scarred for life and will now have brown noticeable patches for all to see. Makeup cannot even it out, which I do not wear much. I wear light weight matte powder and that's it on my skin. My mom and I stopped in a few months ago for manicures. We walked in and no one greeted us for a while. Then a women came out while she was on the phone and asked us what we would like done. We said manicures and she sat us down at a manicure table. After that, we waited at the tables for 15 minutes and she just kept saying she'd be with us but she never came. They were pretty busy but went about getting us settled in very unprofessionally. On top of that, some of the workers were not wearing masks nor were they enforcing the policy. Not a very good pedicure. Seemed rushed to get through it. Noticed when I got home how jagged my toenails were after they kept snagging on my throw blanket I had. My husband and I went here about 4 weeks before my daughter was born and man, were we surprised at the quality and cost. Now, the cost, I am sure, will go up because we went during their grand opening week. But, for the quality of work, the chairs and friendliness of the nail techs, we will be back here to see if the work and techs are consistent. We ordered the high-end pedicures and my husbands one complaint was that he stated that he felt he was getting stared at by some of the techs. Not sure if that was in his head or not, but that's what he felt. I, on the other hand, did not feel that I was being stared at in any way. I did feel that, for me just wanting to veg out and not talk to anyone, that my tech was being a little too chatty (hence the 1 star deduction). Other than that, I really enjoyed the facility. RUN AWAY..Go somewhere else. I went in last Saturday for the first time to get powder dip on my fingernails. I had a man tech, just stating so you know, he didn't soak the old gel off but started filing. Oh and kept hitting my skin and I told him he was and to please be careful it hurt. Jump ahead I look down from conversation I was having with a lady and see he is putting shellac on my nails. Told him no that's not what I asked for. He started again. Now the clear they put on the nails before dipping in the powder he only put on 3/4 my nail before dipping. Did this two rounds. I said you need my whole nail to be done in one dip. So now he goes back and puts this clear on the bottom part of the nail he didn't cover the first time and dipped my nail to cover that. Well guess what I have wavy fingernails it was terrible. I had to keep telling this man what was wrong he didn't seem to have a clue. Then he started filing the nails to try and take out the waves he made. I ended up telling him to stop and walked out and went to another salon down the road. The tech their couldn't believe what she saw when I showed her my nails. She started completely from the beginning and they look great. I've had my fingernails done in powder dip enough to know what's done. Do yourself a favor and find another nail salon. read more

I have to truly admit how massive of gel, dip, n powdered colors selection they carry here. Love the nice clean atmosphere.
