Service was awful. VERY rushed. My 40 minute pedicure was 27 minutes. Manicurists was nice but was in such a hurry. They didn't clean chairs between customers. Wiped off with a dry cloth. Put new liner in basin before I ever got out of chair. So no disinfectant. Anywhere read more

Terrible service. I was waiting for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me until a lady passed by and I asked her if anyone was doing waxing. She told me to wait because when she went to the room someone was already in there waiting too. Anyway, I went in for eyebrows, upper lip and chin. I ended up paying $35 plus tip for an awful job. My eyebrows did not have any shape after but they clean, so that was okay. But the rest was really bad. I was so disappointed that I showed them how terrible their job was. I believe the manager came over and asked if I wanted to fix it, I politely decline because everyone there seemed dismissive about what I was saying and I asked for a refund and I received a $10 refund for this (for the Chin area) The lady who did my waxing didn't even make the effort to try to remove the remaining hair with a Tweezer post the waxing. This is always performed because waxing leaves those hard tiny hair behind... This place will never see me or my money again. my mustache and chin hair remained. Zoom in for the hair on my upper lip and chin. Don't get fooled by the decorations and drinks, what really matters at the end of the day is how the job is performed. I love this nail spa! It is new in our area and the best in my opinion! I usually use Dustin for the best dip nails but he was off today and Joe took care of my nails! He did some fun ones for my vacay tomorrow! They are so cute and exactly like the photo that I showed him! The pedicures are always amazing here too! Book the ones that include a little shoulder massage, it's such a treat and so relaxing! Kathy the manager is so nice and truly appreciates our business! Nikki helped me schedule my appointment today and brought me a cocktail! She is so friendly and I will only come here from now on! Service was great and they took us in right away. Only thing is the nail polish took a while to dry even after 15 mins. My tech accidentally cut me but I think because my hands are so dry. I typically do my own nails since it isn't too hard but I want to try to do a real manicure every now and then. They currently have a special since they just opened, just show them their FB post. I recently visited this spa in Willis. I was greeted quickly and seated for a pedicure immediately. I also had my nails done (acrylic refill and shellac). I was happy with the way everything looked and felt. However - it hasn't even been one week and my nails are already lifting, chipping and looking ratty. This is very disappointing. I normally get at least two good weeks out of a refill like this, most of the time three weeks. I enjoyed the pedicure. But I'm frustrated that my nails look so bad so quickly! read more

I was amazed when I walked in the door and saw how huge and well done the salon was. It's decorated beautifully for Christmas but will be just as lovely without the holiday decor. The staff were all friendly and spoke English well enough that I could converse with my technicians. Ken did my pedicure and Jessie did my manicure and they both did a great job. I always make an appointment and request the type of service I want. They print a ticket that says DELUXE pedicure. Many of the workers cannot speak English or read English. They just gave whatever pedicure... no hot wax, no stone massage. Total waste of my time. It ended just being a classic pedicure. The owner is full of excuses. I've given them 3 chances. HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Can't believe I had to pay being left with my skin on my toes burning. My skin burns from her drill and my entire pedicure burned SO BAD I was literally crying. It hurts to walk, to stand, and not even moving it hurts I had anna and I would never recommend this place to anyone EVER I paid over 100 to literally be suffering in pain for more than 2 hours and honestly just wanted to walk out. A girl recommended to soak my feet in alcohol for the pain when I couldn't even take it when they whey wiped my toes with alcohol because the skin hurts so bad. HATE this place. Told multiple workers about it they just said sorry which is fine but there was no type of remorse. I hope this place actually take into consideration the people they hire because they hire people that will leave you crying in the car after from the pain you get from there services. They also told me my price was gonna 70 then another girl came and told me another price over 100. Would give 0 stars or even a -1000000 if i could. I won a gift card to use at this place and they had a 20% special running at the same time. NOWHERE was it outlined that I couldn't apply the 20% off because I was using a gift card. NOWHERE on their promotion flyer or website said the two couldn't be combined so I ended up paying more than I budgeted for.
