Worst manicure ever! For $24 I basically got my nails shaped which I could do a better job myself. Nails had rough edges, my skin was rough on my fingers. Polish came off the same night. Basically soaked my nails in water with a rose petal and got a little lotion on my arms. Literally took about 15 minutes. First mani and the last. Rachel and Alex give good pedicures. I give them 4.5 stars. read more

Today, my daughter and I stopped in for some much-needed pampering. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and taken to our chairs for service. I immediately noticed that my daughter didn't have a technician assigned to her and was left waiting for a while until the manager noticed and quickly made sure she was taken care of. I was assisted by Tony, and my daughter had Mary. Both were polite and professional, although they were very quiet. Meanwhile, I noticed another technician nearby who was very engaging with his client, and it really added a personal touch to the experience. Mary was especially gentle with my daughter, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the service was good, but I did notice some inconsistencies in the customer experience. Some technicians went the extra mile by offering clients a color swatch to browse, making sure they were comfortable, and even providing water. My experience felt a bit different. I wasn't given my own color swatch to look through and had to share one. As soon as I selected my color, it was taken away immediately, which didn't feel very welcoming. The salon itself is beautiful, very clean, and even the bathrooms are nicely maintained. One thing I wasn't expecting was being moved to the drying station immediately after my nails were painted. Unfortunately, the water around my chair hadn't been cleaned up, and I almost slipped on my way over. Thankfully, I caught myself, but it could have ended badly. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, but it didn't leave me with the same feeling I had during the grand opening. I would definitely consider coming back again, especially during a less busy weekday when the staff may have more time to provide a more consistent experience. read more

First time here and I was very impressed with the quality workmanship by Dustin. I have weak nails and can only do polish and shellac and with the other salon in the area,, my polish started chipping off in 6 days!! Not worth it. Dustin is skilled, friendly and my polish stayed in great condition for an about 2+ weeks. Milano Nail Salon is beautiful and clean. Their staff is also very good. Thank you, Dustin!!! read more

I love this nail spa! It is new in our area and the best in my opinion! I usually use Dustin for the best dip nails but he was off today and Joe took care of my nails! He did some fun ones for my vacay tomorrow! They are so cute and exactly like the photo that I showed him! The pedicures are always amazing here too! Book the ones that include a little shoulder massage, it's such a treat and so relaxing! Kathy the manager is so nice and truly appreciates our business! Nikki helped me schedule my appointment today and brought me a cocktail! She is so friendly and I will only come here from now on! It is located right in front of the H-E-B in Willis and very clean and modern! Go see them, you will be happy that you did!! read more

Service was awful. VERY rushed. My 40 minute pedicure was 27 minutes. Manicurists was nice but was in such a hurry. They didn't clean chairs between customers. Wiped off with a dry cloth. Put new liner in basin before I ever got out of chair. So no disinfectant. Anywhere read more

I've been overcharged twice - and they seem to target my 13 yo daughter. Not at the register - the tech who writes up the ticket. They tell her the individual services price. She does the math and challenges them. They tell her she's wrong, and then come to me separately and say her total will be $X. I agree because they already done the work. We get in the car and I find out the backstory. When I call I'm told the manager will call me back. It's happened twice now. I'm done. read more

Terrible service. I was waiting for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me until a lady passed by and I asked her if anyone was doing waxing. She told me to wait because when she went to the room someone was already in there waiting too. Anyway, I went in for eyebrows, upper lip and chin. I ended up paying $35 plus tip for an awful job. My eyebrows did not have any shape after but they clean, so that was okay. But the rest was really bad. I was so disappointed that I showed them how terrible their job was. I believe the manager came over and asked if I wanted to fix it, I politely decline because everyone there seemed dismissive about what I was saying and I asked for a refund and I received a $10 refund for this (for the Chin area) The lady who did my waxing didn't even make the effort to try to remove the remaining hair with a Tweezer post the waxing. This is always performed because waxing leaves those hard tiny hair behind... This place will never see me or my money again. my mustache and chin hair remained. Zoom in for the hair on my upper lip and chin. Don't get fooled by the decorations and drinks, what really matters at the end of the day is how the job is performed. I will be trying the place by Pizza Hut In FM1097 next time... read more

The last three times I've been here I've had horrible service. My pedicures were absolutely rushed, and I just felt so not taken care of. I've been coming here for quite some time, I loved the atmosphere and when I started coming here, I felt well taken care of and now everything just feels rushed and I feel like I'm wasting my time and money after already spending so much here. It's sad. read more

Great service. Loved this place. Quick and professional I'll definitely be back I've been to many Salons before. This one is the beast read more

My husband and I went to get a pedicure today. They were trying to pressure us into upgrading the package we selected. The color book I was given had the same nail polish colors on all three pages so it was really only one page of colors to select from. Our massages during the pedicure were very weak and asking for more pressure didn't seem to be understood. Towards the end, the lady asked to buff my husband's toes while waiting for my polish color. He said yes but we had no idea there was a $3 charge for that until we were checking out. As soon as my top coat was put on, the gentleman put on my flip flops, turned off my massage chair, and lifted the arm dismissing me. I have never felt kicked out immediately after getting a pedicure. I'm use to being asked to wait 5-10 minutes to let it dry and asking if I need anything, etc. It made us leave feeling we didn't have a great experience. There were plenty of open chairs so it wasn't like they needed the chairs. If you need to be rushed and in and out, maybe this is the place for you but be prepared for extra charges and pressure to purchase more. read more

Great service. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to be pampered.

I have been coming to Milano nail spa since we moved to Willis late November. Each time the services, facility and faculty all exceed my expectations. The services are efficient and the effort and energy put into caring for customers is outstanding. Shout out to Vincent for being as talented, well rounded, caring artist he is!! I will continue to come back during our stay in this area. read more

Service was great and they took us in right away. Only thing is the nail polish took a while to dry even after 15 mins. My tech accidentally cut me but I think because my hands are so dry. I typically do my own nails since it isn't too hard but I want to try to do a real manicure every now and then. They currently have a special since they just opened, just show them their FB post. I was expecting for it to be packed but there are so many of these around, definitely take walk ins. read more

This was my first time at Milano Nail Spa. I rarely get pedicures, so it's not something I do often. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and received very prompt service. They had a nice selection of packages and even though we got the basic package, there were alot of nice touches, including complimentary drinks. It was very clean and our ladies were very friendly and accommodating, making sure we were comfortable. We will be back! read more

I recently visited this spa in Willis. I was greeted quickly and seated for a pedicure immediately. I also had my nails done (acrylic refill and shellac). I was happy with the way everything looked and felt. However - it hasn't even been one week and my nails are already lifting, chipping and looking ratty. This is very disappointing. I normally get at least two good weeks out of a refill like this, most of the time three weeks. I enjoyed the pedicure. But I'm frustrated that my nails look so bad so quickly! read more

Fantastic! Nick did my nails and they are gorgeous! I also splurged and got a pedicure that was perfect! The place is pretty new, spotless and lovely inside. It's huge, plenty of space for everyone. They even have cocktails! I can't wait to go again. read more

I was amazed when I walked in the door and saw how huge and well done the salon was. It's decorated beautifully for Christmas but will be just as lovely without the holiday decor. The staff were all friendly and spoke English well enough that I could converse with my technicians. Ken did my pedicure and Jessie did my manicure and they both did a great job. The salon was very crowded but no waiting!! read more

Second time at this salon, and everybody is so nice and professional. It is very clean and hold a high standard compared to the several other salons that I have been to. Dustin is my go to, especially for designs....he can make any creation come to life! 10/10 recommend. read more

I always make an appointment and request the type of service I want. They print a ticket that says DELUXE pedicure. Many of the workers cannot speak English or read English. They just gave whatever pedicure... no hot wax, no stone massage. Total waste of my time. It ended just being a classic pedicure. The owner is full of excuses. I've given them 3 chances. I'm done and I won't be back. read more

HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Can't believe I had to pay being left with my skin on my toes burning. My skin burns from her drill and my entire pedicure burned SO BAD I was literally crying. It hurts to walk, to stand, and not even moving it hurts I had anna and I would never recommend this place to anyone EVER I paid over 100 to literally be suffering in pain for more than 2 hours and honestly just wanted to walk out. A girl recommended to soak my feet in alcohol for the pain when I couldn't even take it when they whey wiped my toes with alcohol because the skin hurts so bad. HATE this place. Told multiple workers about it they just said sorry which is fine but there was no type of remorse. I hope this place actually take into consideration the people they hire because they hire people that will leave you crying in the car after from the pain you get from there services. They also told me my price was gonna 70 then another girl came and told me another price over 100. Would give 0 stars or even a -1000000 if i could. I'm very frustrated writing this review in the car after my pedicure considering 6 out of my 10 toes are in so much pain I don't even know what to do. read more

I won a gift card to use at this place and they had a 20% special running at the same time. NOWHERE was it outlined that I couldn't apply the 20% off because I was using a gift card. NOWHERE on their promotion flyer or website said the two couldn't be combined so I ended up paying more than I budgeted for. The only reason I may go back is because of who did my pedicure otherwise this place needs to get it together. read more
