I have been regularly visiting this salon since August for my full set with shellac. I am extremely pleased with the service, quality, choices of colors, and cost. 1. Paradise has tons of shellac colors to choose from. Easily in the hundreds. Granted, it takes forever to choose a color, I am thankful for the choices. They also have a matte shellac top coat! I've been to many salons and I've yet to come across the matte. 2. My nails always look great. Anytime I have asked for anything coffin nails, art, etc.. Vicki always executes amazingly. My nails easily last longer than 2 weeks and maintain a great sheen and brightness. 3. Customer service is wonderful. Everyone is so nice and wonderful. I definitely don't feel like their only concern is how many chairs they can fill in a day. I've come in occasionally on a Saturday while it was super busy, politely asked if I could come back at a certain time, and seated immediately once I did come back. I also love that Vicki is the only one who has ever done my nails. I like the work she does and it ensures I always leave happy! 4. Prices are great and CONSISTENT. Awful experience. I have been here before and had a good experience but this time the service was rushed and the polish job was the worst I have ever had. No callouses were removed. In 2 days the polish was chipping and you couldn't even tell I had a pedicure. read more

I stopped by the salon today for a quick mani/pedi after the holiday weekend. I was very disappointed in the e tire process. My pedicure water was cold and barely covered my toes let alone my whole foot. I was there for 20-30 min and the technician completely butchered my feet. I finally had to ask her to stop and I got up and left. I will never go back there and I will be sure to tell everyone I know how terrible the service was. read more

So about a month ago an acquaintance and I had to get last minute pedicures This place was the close to lake house were staying at that weekend. Very nice people and typical nail salon. But after seeing the method of leg massage/fist fight my friend received, I immediately told my technician "No massage". I was very surprise my friend didn't say anything. I felt like she would have had a solid case of self defense if she had kicked her. In the end, my toes were cute and it was a funny story to share with friends and my fellow Yelpers. read more

I have been going to Paradise Nails since they opened for business. I love everything about them. Their pedi is a miracle. All technicians are very talented. Most of the staff is great, but I got some ouches when this girl was trimming my cuticles today. My toes are going to be sore. :( the best girl is named Carmen but she's not here today. Went there for an eyebrow wax and was butchered! The girl who waxed them looked to be about 15 years old. I specifically told her just to clean them up, no shaping and I didn't want them thin at all. I had to ask for the mirror and almost cried when I saw her work. I told her I wasn't paying for it, but when I was walking to the front she told me it was gonna be $15. I told the owner I was not paying for the service, she kindly asked if she could fix it, but I refused. There's nothing she could do to "fix" it. I asked if the girl was even licensed and she of course said yes. I am a licensed cosmetologist and should've trusted my gut instinct to let her work on me because of how young she looked. I will be calling TCC to complain and report a person possibly working without a license. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place! read more

Best Nail Salon! Best Prices! Sweetest people! A real relaxing atmosphere. Not overcrowded. Teresa does my nails, but all nail techs are awesome! They make you feel welcome and special the minute you walk in! Great service!!! I always get tons of complements on my nails and they are the reason. They can do great nail art and their pedicures are the best. Since Teresa is a makeup artist she knows how to shape your eyebrows to best compliment your features like a professional. Our first visit to this salon and they were great. We were taken right away. They did a very thorough, beautiful job. My daughter and I both got manicures. She got shellac French manicure and I got a regular manicure. We are both very happy with our nails. We had to leave quickly to pick up my grandson from school but wanted our eyebrows waxed. So we paid for everything, left and came back with him. They were busier but they stopped and squeezed us in, did our eyebrows and fixed one nail that I accidentally messed up rushing to leave. This is the second time in a row that I have had my feet cut while at the salon. This time, 3 toes are infected and I repeatedly said ow or flinched! I can barely stand to put shoes on! Vicky, the owner, is wonderful. Yes, she works very fast, but she is thorough! I do not care for the "very loud" language that they speak. It would be different if they would talk at a normal volume, but they shout! It's not the cleanest place I've been either. But, the product is what matters, and for that I give an A-....I'm always satisfied with the outcome of my acrylic nails. read more

The people are nice and did it quickly and a good job with the polish. The only problem I had with it was they didn't have the nail and toe dryers they are supposed to just air dry and because of that my big toe immediately messed up. Hands down the worst pedicure experience I've had. A simple pedicure took over 2 and a half hours. 1 hour was solely spent on cutting my cuticles until they bled. And then as im walking out frustrated about the time it took i looked down and there was paint on my skin around the toe. I went with my mother and she was just as negative about the experience as I was. Dont go here. read more
