One of the worst pedicures I've had. A friend and I came in on a Sunday, I chose the second to most…read moreexpensive pedicure because I don't get them often so I like to take my time and have a short massage etc. My friend chose one of the basic ones and we were finished at almost the same time which was the first red flag. We were chatting most of the time so I wasn't really paying attention I was just relaxing. After the fact I realized I don't think the lady massaged my feet at all. It's my favorite part so I would have remembered. Upon further inspection, She also did not remove all my previous polish or clean my nails well at all. Before we started I pointed out my calluses and yet those are still there as well. Bad on my toes and the bottoms of my feet still look white. To top it off both mine and my friends polish started chipping in less than a week. I always chose regular polish and it lasts me weeks if not a month before looking as bad as these do. So disappointing since I don't get to do this often and I ended up paying upwards of $70 and didn't get the experience or really the polish for more than a few days. I will absolutely not be back.

The place always looks clean and smells fresh. All of the staff are friendly and personable. As soon as I walk in I am greeted by the staff. Once I am seated, I am always offered a nice cold bottle of water or a can of soda. The same person has done my pedicure on my last two visits. Her name is Macy and she is so sweet! She does a great job too. I was surprised how much she remembered about me from my first visit. When she is done, she just lets me hang out in the massage chair while my nails dry. They have a loyalty program where the stamp a little card at each visit. I will continue coming to Allure for all of my manicures and pedicures. Hopefully Macy will be there for a while. One other thing I like is that they have never tried to push other services of me and they have a list of their prices on the counter so there are no surprises.

There's a huge tablet you sign in on and the colors are in the lobby for you to choose from while you wait to be seen. All of the team is incredibly kind! I always seem to have the issue of the swatch booklet being darker than the actual polish and I explained this to Anna upon seeing the polish color that I was unhappy with it and she kindly changed the color for me!

This would have been fine however we checked in five minutes before our appointment time and waited 20 minutes past it before we were seated. Which I don't mind waiting, but I should not be inconvenienced because the service requested was minimal. The manager is going to ruin this place. If he's not being rude, he's rushing the techs to finish a service that they are working on. Not sure why he's in charge. If it wasn't for the nail techs, I'd find somewhere else and I'm just at that point.

I was asked if I had made an appointment when I walked in and I said no. The guy manager asked if I could come back. I asked how long the wait was and they said an hour. I elected to wait. Lynn did my pedicure and it was amazing. They were trying to do my refill and pedicure at the same time, and I did not want that. I gave the lady my colors early and by the time it was time to get my nails done... the colors came up missing and the guy manager was fussing saying I should do shellac as it is easier. I said no, I want powder. I attempted to locate the colors again and we were starting the process and the lady was asking my length/shape. I asked about pricing and she stated $10/color. I kept the length short - she stated $52, no biggie. THEN, she says no, $62 as I calculated wrong. I let her know for a refill that would be way too much. The guy manager was stating it was due to the colors and I asked for a detailed explanation of each cost. He fussed. And I said no, thank you. By that time, the lady had changed one of my hands nail shape and when I was paying I noticed. I asked the guy manager for them to fix it back. He obliged. As she was fixing my nails she made small talk, and I appreciated that. During the small talk, I asked her how much if y'all had done a full set.. she calculated and stated the same price as a refill. I asked why not just do a full set then if it was the same price? She asked her manager and he stated they were busy and couldn't. I, of course was ok with that, because that solution should have been given at the beginning of the conversation as a way to rectify the issue. I tried to give this place a chance after Snow had left, but I have only ever had good visits with Snow there. If you do decide to come, just make sure you only want one or two colors as it seems to be an issue when you want four colors. LOL.

If possible they would get zero stars from me.
