I hate to leave bad reviews for anyone, but when the service is really bad, it is important to let the community know. First, I was a long time customer, but do not foresee returning. I booked my appointment online, as I have many times before, but when I showed for my confirmed time, I was told that they didn't see me on the schedule. Things happen and while frustrating, sometimes there are mix ups. My complaint was how the receptionist handled it. She laughed and treated it as a joke and had nothing more to say. There are a lot of places on 105 to get a massage and not be treated so poorly. It goes back to hiring and training and this location failed at both. read more

We enjoy Elements and have been members for about 7 years. We usually have a very nice massage there. As with any business, they do have a turnover in staff but we have been fortunate to be consistent with our providers. The facility is clean and the staff communicates well with patrons to determine needs, pressure and physical limitations. read more

I had a fantastic experience today with Connie for my first massage in two years! First impression the lobby is cozy and warm (literally) very nice and neat. The front desk staff were polite and very kind. They got me set up for the appointment, filled out paperwork, and talked a little bit about their membership program. Connie came out and introduced herself and took me back and let me get comfortable. We discussed what I would like to focus on and got ready. I choose to add the Hot Stone and I'm glad I did! Update - had a massage with "A", he came to the waiting room 7 minutes late, took me to the room, reviewed my paperwork, asked if there were any issues and left me to change. He came back 5 minutes later after going to the bathroom. (He told me where he was) so now my massage is starting 12 minutes after the book start time. He finished 4 minutes before the hour. So my hour massage was 40 minutes (I had a timer on and showed the lady at the front desk) His technique was fine, a little soft for my liking, but had ZERO personality. Unfriendly, unresponsive and didn't seem to care about my experience at all. Not once in the massage did he "check in" and ask how the pressure was, if I was comfortable - nothing. The other people in our party had a good experience and they had really friendly therapist. I feel jipped since I paid for 60 minutes, and received 40 minutes...I was the last one to go back and the first one out. Poor management, poor experience read more

Nick was amazing. I had just been in a car accident and he listened to every concern. I felt so much better immediately after the massage.. I had not smiled in a week. I have frequented Elements Massage - Lake Conroe, quite often. This visit was the first time I had been worked on by Brian, and WOW! What a massage that was. I know of Brian and have heard about what a wonderful deep tissue and sports massage therapist he is. So, to be honest, I was a bit weary of seeing him for my appointment because I normally prefer a lighter pressure - more of a swedish massage. I made that clear to Brian during our pre massage consultation. He assured me that my massage didn't have to be painful. He asked what my areas of concern were and then left for me to get ready for our session. When he returned to our room, he made sure I was comfortable and the lighting and fan was okay. Once the session started, Brian was great about checking in with me about the pressure, he just wanted to make sure I was comfortable throughout. During the session, not only were my areas of concern worked on, but Brian also helped me stretch to improve my ran ge of mo tion. All I can say was it was the fastest 90 minutes of my life and a WONDERFUL and FANTASTIC massage. I would definitely recommend Brian at Elements Massage. read more
