My experience began with being offered something from the bar after being seated for a pedicure. Then a warm wrap was put around my neck and a hot pad behind my back. While I was getting my pedicure, one of the girls offered me fresh fruit and later egg rolls! The employees were very professional and the salon was squeaky clean. My pedicure took an hour and a half and was followed by a complimentary neck and back massage in a message chair. I have had had hundreds of pedicures in my life and never had this experience. they will try to scam you asian at front desk watched my card go through and even took it because there was no money left on the card. called me hours later saying there was an issue with the transaction and asked for my card info or they were "thinking about turning off the card" talking very rudely and making it appear urgent. just for me to say oh okay give me one second i'm in the car, the man counts to one mocking me and hangs up while i'm digging in my purse; mind you i'm telling him that i'm in the middle of doing it and abruptly hangs up. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would! Never have I had such a terrible experience. So many things went wrong; here are the highlights...The tech that did my mani, was so rough that he cut me and I proceeded to bleed a lot...days later and it is still sore. (Also, I get a regular manicure with regular polish....all nails were chipping by the next morning!) My pedicure was not any better, toe nails were cut and filed all unevenly and the polish was not put on correctly. They have a full bar, which is part of their service, no one asked me if I wanted anything to drink, and I had to ask for water twice. They "claim" to pamper you, but my treatment was subpar! It took 3 employees to check me out...they didn't know how to process their own GC in their system. Finally, the manager came over and asked me how my services were...I proceeded to tell her and all she could say was "sorry". She did not try to maintain my business. Be bery careful here, i got cut up. by that i mean scraped and scratched until i was bleeding from the filing. I mentioned my pain as he was applying something that burnt my fingers. he also bent and twisted my fingers in uncomfortable unnatural positions. pedicure lady was phenomenal , very gentle. my nails are cute but not worth the pain. This has got to be the worst nail salon I have ever been to. We just moved close to this specific location so I took my daughter and I to get our nails and toes done to try a place closer to us than our regular nail place that we LOVE! Ended up spending over $200 for both of us (didn't think much because I got a refill, pedi with shellac polish and she got acrylic nails and REGULAR toe polish). I told them I don't get shellac on my nails and I get the acrylic and they still did shellac. A day later my whole thumb nail had pealed back and looked like a cheap chipped nail. The day after that , another nail was starting to peel back. I have a very time consuming job so it's not easy for me to just pop into the nail salon on week days so I finally made it A WEEK LATER. Sunday i went and got my one nail fixed (even though I told them two were peeling back I was so frustrated I just wanted to go at that point). When I arrived to get the nails fixed the girl at the from said "oh do you want them fixed". Well yeah I want them fixed, they are messed up. One day later two other nails are peeling back. I am extremely disappointed with this place and it's safe to say I will NOT be going back or giving ANY recommendations to go see them. This is the most awful my nails have been in years. It's extremely upsetting spending so much money for nothing but an inconvenient problem constant trying to figure out when to get a nail or 3 fixed after not even a week. Tommy...the guy who did my nails did an amazing job. The was gentle, took his time and ended the experience with a hand/arm massage as well as a neck massage. I was in heaven!!!! I went for a French ombré dip and a classic set of eyelashes. I got a left swollen red eye and a set of rather large eye lashes. I told the girl I wanted a natural look and that other styles seem to be too big for me. I woke up in pain with my eye red immediately with a non natural look. I went to pay and they said the lashes would be 130 even though classic is 99 and we agreed on that price. I figured my eye was just irritated and once I woke up it would be fine. A day later my eye is even worse I had a doctor look at it and will be using antibiotic drops. I start a new job tomorrow and am extremely disappointed not to mention in pain every time I blink. Do not get lashes here I only went here because my regular place is closed on monday. Never again. read more
