I originally gave this place a glowing review. Kim is great and did my nails last visit. She was unavailable when I went back today. the lady that did my toes cut me and I didn't realize just how bad it was until I got home. Not only did she cut me, but she took off a whole piece of skin when she was buffing my foot. I have ingrown toenails on both feet so being rough on my feet is expected, however she just kept rubbing over the same spot until I bled and then didn't say anything, just put my foot back into the water. I have an event this weekend and wanted my nails/toes to be beautiful, very disappointed and now I'm probably gonna have to wear a bandaid on my toe while I wear my heels... read more

This was my first time ever going to this establishment and if I could give give this place a ZERO I most definitely would. I called around 5 to see if they had availability to get a manicure and pedicure and they told me I could. I sat down and waited 5-10 minutes. I sat in the chair to start and I showed her a picture of a basic oval shape with a basic french tip. I got moved to the pedicure side and the other lady got started. When she put the wax on my feet she didn't roll the wax on my legs before and she burned my feet. She also left scratch marks on my right foot and cut on the sides of my toe nails and left a hang nail on my toes. After finishing the color up, there was no gel coating added to the polish after to coat it. My nails are so uneven and are NOT even properly done. This was very rushed and unprofessional. The only option they offered me was a FREE fix up which did not seem like a good option for it being my first time being in that establishment due to their unprofessionalism and rushing through an uncomfortable process. Also being said, while I was there the TWO ladies doing my manicure and pedicure were talking rudely about a man trying to enjoy getting a pedicure. The day I walked back in to confront the issue, the lady who did my manicure was talking about her client and stereotyping me because I am young and saying I probably broke my nails at a party on a Wednesday night. Very immature, unprofessional, and they sure are negligent. read more

Went for a pedicure, and I now have an ingrown toenail. Apparently the woman working on my feet thought it was necessary to cut the side of the toenail off on my big toe, when there wasn't a problem to begin with. In my opinion, it's worth the drive to go to Tomball. read more

I love Magnolia nails staff and the quality of the services provided. The wait is always minimal and the staff is truly friendly. I've tried several other salons in the area and no one compares to Magnolia nails and I always return. My nails always come out pretty good but their prices fluctuate. They have no set prices, just go off looks. I went in today and he was sanding my nails w the electric thing and slipped and cut all around my pinky-- I didn't get any kind of discount whatsoever just a sorry and they charged me more than last time even though I got the exact same thing. read more

Have been here before a long time ago, and had great pedicures. Thought I'd try it again-- lots of changes and upgrades, so was excited. Worst pedicure ever! Everything was really rushed. She clipped the skin on my little toe bad enough it wouldn't stop bleeding-- an hour later it was still bleeding a lot ( it was cut pretty bad). Nail polish was apparently thick, so she thinned it-- still wet 2 hours later and pedicure is ruined. What a waste! Very sad read more

My opinions are regarding my eyebrow waxing experiences only. I've never had a any other services there. I've visited Magnolia Nails three times for eyebrow waxing because it was recommended to me. Each time, I felt like the customer service was regressing. My last visit was my last because the lady working on my face with hot wax was also talking in my face on her Bluetooth. When I left, one eyebrow was very thin and the other looked like hardly a thing was done to it. I grew my eyebrows back and went to another salon yesterday where I was asked if i knew that my eyebrows were two different shapes. Being on a Bluetooth was not only completely unprofessional but affected her work. I do not recommend Magnolia Nails for eyebrow waxing. read more

It's close so I go here. The salon does a decent job. The ladies that work here aren't very polite with their manners. I got asked if I wanted an eyebrow wax and when I said "yes" her response was, "Good, because you need one!" So, don't go here if your not mildly ready to be insulted. My eyebrows aren't that bad. I went there for the first time today and I love it! I moved to Magnolia from Humble and was driving back to my old salon because I am so picky about the way my nails look. Since I have a newborn I needed something closer and this place is the closest. I walked in and was immediately helped. I needed a refill for solar and shellac. The man that did my nails was so thorough and my nails are perfect!! It is a few dollars cheaper than what I am used to and I love that they have a little punch card that earns you $10 off! This is an amazing nail salon with amazing staff. They were always polite and sweet. They made nice small talk and amazing compliments. I never got to ask my nail lady her name but she was really sweet her nails were beautiful they were a light blue with a gold bow on 2 of her fingers. I only have one complaint, she never asked me how long or short i wanted my nail length and just clipped them but its not a big deal its not a bad length. I strongly recommend this place they are very sweet and i will most definitely be coming back. read more

They do an okay job but they keep raising their price so I probably won't come here anymore.

The level of service we got varied from one day to the next. Unless the owner or Meagan did our nails you could never be totally satisfied. The infection I got once, when the nail lady dug her fingernail into the side of my nail bed and cut into my skin, was extremely painful. I haven't had shellac nails since (years ago). We finally stopped going when my teenage daughter went in without me to have solar nails. The owner put a new guy with her. His last patron came in and complained that her nails were smudging. He cut my daughter's cuticle so badly that she was in constant pain. He tried to apply the powder to my daughter's nails but had to remove and start all over. When she called me to come help her I was very disappointed by the owner's reaction. He recognized me right away but didn't apologize for the pain she was in, told the guy to apply some alcohol, which I turned down, and accused her of tearing her own cuticle.
