While both of the nail techs are awesome Tony(no tattoos) always makes my nail dreams come true. Any picture I show him, he executes to perfection; from the color to the shape. Tommy did pedicure. He did horrible, a two year old could have done better. He kept painting my skin and not nail. When I asked for redo, his true colors showed. Tony the mgr had to intervene. I've been to this place before and thought it was better last time. I was there today and felt it was unkept and the employees were rushed (granted it is a Saturday). The towels looked dingy and the chairs are torn/broken. Despite this, they did a pretty good job on my mani/pedi. Hopefully my gel manicure doesn't chip right away like a couple if other places I've to. One MAJOR issue I had with this place is that they have a hard time honoring the Yelp deal ($10 for $20). I bought it a while back hoping I could use it that same day and they said it was for future use and for other people, not myself. I don't live very close so I decided to go today to try and use it and again, they only let me use half ($10) telling me it was a promotional deal and I couldn't the whole voucher. It's pretty annoying. They shouldn't promote deals that are not easy to use or should at least give more details. read more

Upon entering the salon I was rushed by multiple people speaking broken English. I was then expedited to choose a color of polish and to be seated. The pedicure was done well and to my satisfaction. However, I go to the salon to relax a bit and the entire time the staff was chattering away in their language and I found it to be very unrelaxing. I requested a glass of red wine during my pedicure and it was brought to me in a Styrofoam cup. I was told they don't use glassware anymore, but when I first arrived there was a gentleman getting a pedicure with a glass flute of a clear beverage. I requested a second cup of wine and never received it. Instead I was whisked off to the front of the salon in a very heated area to allow my pedicure to dry. Once the bill was paid the staff member whisked off and it was just apparent to me that this place this place is all about themselves and the bottom line. Customer service is lacking here. Stopped by because I had a gift card from this place to redeem. I had been to their other location on Rayford before but this location was a bit smaller although a lot nicer, cleaner and organized. I went in 10 days ago and got a shellac pedi and a full set with colored powder. As of yesterday all of the set had lifted off, every single one!!! I've been getting acrylic/solar sets for over 15 years and this had to be the worst set I've ever had! We moved to Spring about 2 months ago and I have yet to find a good salon, the lady that used to do my nails back home did such a good job that I could go 3-4 weeks between fills. do not go to this place... 3 of us went and all our nails look horrible, pedicure was super fast like 15 minutes. the place is so dirty. 2 people walked in with complaints while we were there and asian guy would not repair either client. when said client would walk out they would speak there language and laugh. they are very rude. then when u get to registar you get over charged. we were over charged 75.00. charges that are not usually done. i would not reccomend this place to my dogs. i am going to call health department to inspect this place. do not take a chance with this nail place. they do not even deserve one star. read more

Horrible! Came in with a scheduled appointment with Tracy-- and apparently she wasn't even in the salon. Big negative for me when salons do this, defeats the whole purpose of scheduling appointments--might as well be a walk in. You would think because of the inconvenience they would provide me with a awesome refill and pedi .. But NOPE! Lady doing my refill made it feel rushed and my nails came out lumpy and all different shapes! Mind you the salon wasn't even busy-- so I couldn't even blame it on that. So bad!! I am not a huge fan of pedicures because most focus on the massage vs removing dry skin. I always have to ask for a second run through on the cuticles. I got a deluxe pedicure with Linda. Holy cow batman she went above and BEYOND!!! I didn't have to ask her to remove anything. I am so GLAD I found Enails through YELP. The coupon for 5 dollars off didn't hurt at the end of the service. The guy who did my mani did amazing. I love them and they're still on and in tact 3 weeks later! But the lady who did my pedi was awful. The water was cold and the polish looked awful. It chipped while I was getting my nails done (my fault) and she just put polish on top of it. They look so bad and she filed the toe nail into a round shape?? This was the worst pedicure I've experienced. The chairs sucks, the water wasn't warm. They didn't even ask me how it was. She was very aggressive with the process, when she sprayed me with alcohol I could feel where she cut me. Even the massage was painful. And to top it off the color looks not smoothly on. HORRIBLE. I went there Saturday. The lady doing my pedicure cut my big toe so badly it wouldn't stop bleeding, to add to it she did not wear gloves. Then she kept mixing my own blood into the nail polish. To be fair, these ladies did a great job on my full set of nails. I like them very short and rounded and they were compliant even though this is a 'harder' job for them. The problem came during my Deluxe Pedicure...the lady literally grated a callus on my foot until I was bleeding. She never apologized, merely looked at the other attendant and said something in ???(Asian language). Once home, my foot was still bleeding and I had pain with it for a full week. I know accidents can and do happen but you'd think a 'I'm sorry' in English would be appropriate? I paid for my daughter's services as well as my own and went away $130. lighter. Will I return? Generally go the Enails off Rayford, but decided to check their location on 2920 out this time. We went in for 2 pedicures and were greeted as soon as we walked in. It seemed a like a slow day for them, so lucky us there was no wait and we were quickly on our way to getting treated. Just like their other location, we were offered drinks and snacks, and got a heated pack for our neck/shoulders while their staff worked on us. Both staff members did a good job during the service, and the temperature of the water, hot stones, hot towels, and paraffin wax were all just right. Neither of us felt like the service was rushed either, and none of the staff tried to bully us into any additional services (you know, when they ask if you want your eyebrows waxed and you decline and then they give you a funny look or ask if you want something else waxed).
