I would never go here again. When I made my appointment, I told them I wanted to soak my dip off and do not use a Dremel tool on my nails because they are my nails. After the third time of her asking if she could use the tool and we were almost done with soaking off my nails, she called some other lady over and she said if I did not use the Dremel tool I had to leave and I owed them $10 for taking my polish off. I know it takes extra time to soak my nails off, that is why I specify it. I have never been kicked out of a nail salon before, especially for wanting my nails soaked off. read more

I live behind the salon so I figured it would be a nice spot considering how close I was! I have gone multiple times ( I like to give everyone a chance) and not one time have I've satisfied. The only thing they have going for them is the waxing, other than that I have had enough!! Not only do they give you one price but charge you up when time to pay, but they don't even listen to what you are wanting. I went in wanting the white ombré nails, which they said they could do! Now, my nails naturally are long and healthy and they informed me they could do the powder b/c my nails weren't long enough then proceeds to CUT my nails and apply a fake nail. Whatever, so what really pissed me off is they THINK they are experts on "dipping" and would apply clear polish and dip my nail in pink, and then dip in white! There was no ombré. It was two different half's of colors. Next! I went last week on Friday 7/28, today is the 2nd. I specifically asked for a coffin shape and a dark maroon matte. Let's just say my nails or pointed and the color I chose she said that this color would be better, which by mind you I wanted powder. She proceeds to dip. Over and over and over again. She then drops the powder on the floor and what I thought she just picked it up used what was still in the container, NO! She scooped the powder on the floor back into the container! So not only was my skin around my nails stained up until my 1st knuckle from dipping! (Which she charged me to clean it off) but my FUCKING NAIL GOT AN INFECTION AND IS NOW OZZING PUSS!!!! I am LIVID! They have NO BUSINESS ETICIT! They do not care about cleanliness! Absolutely the worst place! You will not get what you want, and if you do you will pay and arm and a leg. Went to Jennifer's nails this past week and had the best pedicure by Sofia. She took her time and gave an incredible massage. After pedicure was finished she then gave me an amazing back and neck massage. I then had a refill done by Lien. I showed her a picture of some cute Halloween nails that I wanted and she did them exactly like in the picture. She was very sweet, gentle, and very professional. The people there are very kind I had a lady named Kathy she was very focused and very careful in her work and give me a very nice pedicure with a nice massage. Won't be going back... I felt interrogated throughout my visit. I was told that my regular nail salon used the cheap polish that causes cancer. Hilarious when they didn't even know where I go get my nails done and it was the same name brand that they were using. They couldn't get over the fact that I preferred my nails short. No joke, they told me 5 different times "long nail pretty,", so annoying. I was sooo ready to get out of there and never come back. Quality was bad, chipped after 4 days, so much for $1,000. I tried this place once.... It was insinuated by my nail tech, Kevin, if you give"good tips" you get a good job done. Needless to say, I went back to my usual place and my nail tech discovered that water had seeped into one of my nails because the nail had not been sealed properly. For the most part i like the way my nails came out but i asked for coffin and she did do that, but i asked her to make them more thinner, like more sharp and she kept telling me that they would be better once she files them so i said okay. end result, they look closer to almond shape if anything. but I've never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon before. First, yesterday I called and asked how much they charge for full set acrylic color powder, and the nail lady I spoke with told me $30. I also asked if they charge extra for shape and length and the nail lady said $5 extra for shape and $5 extra for length. So that would total out to &40. Well today, after the nail lady put on my nails and started to put powder on, she told me that my nails would be $50. So I had to explain to her how I called yesterday and was informed with different information, which they should've given me a discount for because that was misinformation on THEIR part. It turns out the full set acrylic nail powder is $35 instead of $30, HOWEVER, if you add $10 to that (length and shape) that would total to $45, NOT $50. Whenever i corrected my nail lady on that, she just said "oh ok." Like she was just trying to get an extra $5 out of me lol. Second, this lady came in after me and she had 1 broken nail, so my nail tech decided to leave me to go fix the other ladies nail THREE TIMES. With all due respect, that lady could have waited and my nail tech should have not stopped doing my nails until she was finished even if it were one broken nail, because this made me late to a meeting i had. I will never come here again and I'm just gonna say, come to this place at your own risk lol. read more

I am sitting here at 1 am writing this review nursing an infected toe that woke me up. I went to Jennifer's because l was having lunch at a neighboring restaurant... my usual place is closed on Mondays. First, the mood in this salon is morbid. I tried to tell the receptionist that l am a diabetic and a cancer patient on chemo and to stress to please be very careful. I was interrupted and told to tell the tech. When l was telling the tech Cindy, she seemed like she understood me but seemed unconcerned. Man, l really need to listen to my instincts, but l couldn't wait a minute longer for a pedicure. Cindy was not friendly at all, none of the staff were. She kept trying to get me to change the color l wanted and the massage was very week. The actual job she did on my toes was not good. So, here l sit with an infected toe and will need to spend money on a doctor and subsequent prescription for antibiotics. Ugh! Do not go there! read more

I thought I would give this place a try since it was on the way home. I should have listened to the previous reviews. About an hour after leaving my toenails were still sticky and not dry. Having not realized this I had smudged them. They were a complete mess. I drove back to the salon to show them that after an hour they are not dry..I have never experienced that before. Is something wrong with the polish? They kept wanting to redo the polish but I didn't want to risk it happening again. Why waste my time again? I asked for them to refund my money for this service and they kept saying that they will repaint. I finally asked why they will not refund if they did not do a good job and the lady said she didn't know how to. At that point I left as there was no point in arguing back and forth. Besides the messed up polish she also cut me and now I'm scared it's going to get infected. Now 4 days later and the shellac on my finger nails looks a mess too. This salon is fantastic! I was looking for a new salon and Jennifer's exceeded all of my expectations. I've never had a manicure and pedicure this good. The salon is clean, their work is meticulous, and they create beautiful designs. The atmosphere was great and the woman that work there are so friendly. Nicole did my nails and her work was perfect! Rachel did my spa pedicure and was worth her weight in gold. Her hands are sure and firm yet gentle in her handling of my feet and legs. I decided to try Jennifer's Nails & Spa because it is so close to home. Overall my experience was very positive, and I will probably return. The language barrier was a bit to overcome, but I eventually understood what my options were. Being able to point to a menu to select my pedicure was helpful. I wish I'd had that option for my manicure as well. The pedicurist was wonderful, especially the massage portion. I tried a dip manicure for the first time. I wish I didn't have to reach across my body to have my right hand done. I also couldn't use the massage chair for that reason. I'd have preferred to do the services separately as opposed to simultaneously. That being said, the women who took care of me were friendly and professional. My manicure had a few small bubbles, but it's possible that is not the fault of the manicurist and just a natural feature of the dip manicure. I know people prefer to speak in their native language, but I always feel out of place when people talk in a foreign language they know I don't understand. I realize that is more common than not in a nail salon, but I would be much more likely to return if this weren't the case. The facility was clean and quiet. I was there on a Sunday morning and I could have done without the church service on the television. The things I see as negatives were small in the big scheme of things, and I will most likely return. read more

We went here a few weeks ago with my sister for mani pedi. Terrible experience! Not only did the nail tech rush through the entire manicure and pedicure, she starting splashing oil all over my sister. She did a horrible job, cuticles were showing, nail polish uneven and thick, even when we told her, she blamed the color chosen... really? So we told the owner. Instead of apologizing or fixing the situation, she said she owned 9 nail salons. Not until we showed her the terrible manicure, she was embarrassed BUT didn't offer to fix it, just shrugged her shoulders. There's also a young man that works there, midway he rushed us to pay, as my sister handed her card to him she CLEARLY stated that it would be separate transactions. But the moron chose to charge on one card bc He was in a hurry and didn't care to listen to the customer. When my sister told him that was poor service he laughed. What a joke! So not only do I not recommend this place. I recommend you all stop supporting the owner and her fake tits pushed so high up to her nose. we must all stop supporting her 9 salon and her BMW X5 parked our front.
