My husband and I both came in for pedicures, and I also got a manicure. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and attentive, and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. I got the $55 pedicure bundle and the $65 manicure, and my husband got the $45 pedicure. Everything was absolutely worth it! They took their time, paid attention to the details, and made sure we were happy with everything. My nails turned out BEAUTIFUL--exactly the look I wanted, and the burgundy French tips are honestly one of my favorite sets I've ever gotten. We both left feeling completely satisfied and pampered. I really appreciate the care and effort they put into their work because you can tell they genuinely want their customers to have a great experience. read more

Beware!!! This place SUCKS! My daughter and went here a few times. I typically like designs on my nails but none of the nail techs were experienced with designs so I have gotten fairly basic nails. On my last visit I showed the nail techs what I was going to do next time. She said it was easy. It was, Ive had them previously from another salon. Fast forward to two days ago. Went in for mani/pedi. The pedicure lady use the drill to remove polish from my toes. She made one too thin and had to add an overlay which I was charged for. Today, two days later...three of my toes are red and in pain because she over-drilled and went too hard with the cuticle nippers. I think she thought she was pulling an ingrown toenail?? She actually clipped the skin next to my toenail and created a sore!!!The owner asked if I wanted a design on my nails, I said no. Then she told me she had a girl good with designs. I tried. She got it wrong twice so i just said , "Lets go with my original choice" I guess she was ticked that time was wasted on her girl "trying" so then she proceeded to tell me that my original choice was very expensive. $75. I opted to just leave with an unfinished manicure. I chose to have a "professional"with an actual license finish my nails. She was annoyed and the chose to overcharge me for my pedicure as well as my daughter's manicure stating that hers was EXTRA because she had her nails cut shorter and had them shaped! Seriously? Never paid extra there for that before...or anywhere! Long nails cost mere. Not short. I will never be back. This lady is a real asshole. Save you money. Go somewhere else. RUN from this place! I will also be reporting these people. My guess is half or more are unlicensed read more

Amazing service very friendly and reasonable prices. Went in for a pedicure, and also got a complimentary drink

I am so glad I stopped by this salon. I was immediately greeted and everyone was so nice! My nail tech was very patient with me, even though I couldn't make up my mind initially. Slick Spa & Nails - Ombré yellow coffin nails, with an accent nail - Nail Salons Near Me - Magnolia, Texas

I got a new set of nails done on Dec 12. Today Jan 11, I went to get a refill. I was told that I needed to get a new set. I said No, I just got one less than a month ago, all I need is a refill. She proceeded to take my nails off, and then she did an overlay on my nails. Still did just what I told her not to do! So when I went to pay my bill, she still charged me for a full set, adding she did a repair on my nails!! Which she did not do a repair, she just chose to do what SHE wanted, not what, I the customer wanted! ‍ at how people don't listen to what paying customers ask for!!! read more

Great service ! Good Prices! Nice cozy setting! Got Gel X nails and they came out good!

I'd highly recommend this nail salon! My daughter and I went on the Saturday as walkins, and the both of us were seated immediately tended to. Right off the bat all the way until we left, their customer service was phenomenal. The nail technicians were super nice and the lady that did my daughters nails was especially patient as well. I commend her for not getting frustrated for having to tell my daughter to sit still several times. They made sure to get the exact look that we were going for. My daughter and I both had pictures to refer to as they did everything they could to match they look in color. Also, the price was very reasonable for what we were requesting. The visit also included drinks if we wanted. I think I have finally found my go to salon here in magnolia. read more

First time coming to Slick Spa & Nails Was very happy with there customer service and pedicure that I got! Will be back again!! So glad it's close to home read more

1st visit: asked for shellac manicure/regular pedicure. Was given shellac manicure on my natural nails as requested. Good experience. 2nd visit: wanted to redo same service. Was told repeatedly that I had to have tips because my nails were to short. Relented after I told them several times tips ruin my nails. They basically refused to service me unless I got the acrylic tips. 3rd visit one week later: as I told them, tips were peeling and damaging my nails. They removed the tips and over sanded my nails. I asked repeatedly that the woman stop because it was hurting. Finally had to take my hand away and say "please don't do that again". Got shellac manicure. Picture is result of nails after one week. Now have to find a shop that can repair. Do not recommend. read more

I got acrylic nails with gel polish and two days later I have black splotches all over my polish that come and go - it's not consistent. When I called they asked me to come in. When I arrived the black splotches were not visible. I explained that they come and go and the explanation I was provided was that the color changes, and the lighting in my house must not be good and that I must have been seeing a shadow. When I tried to show the owner, Penny, a picture I took earlier in the day when the black splotches were visible she proceeded to tell me that it must be the flash on my phone distorting the picture. I have no reason to lie I just wanted my nails to look nice for my vacation and to get my money's worth. I was thoroughly disappointed with the lack of customer service. It's typically not a good look to blatantly argue with the customer let alone essentially calling them a liar. I would not recommend this salon. I've given it more chances than it deserves. I won't be returning. If it's good customer service you're looking for, this isn't the place for you. read more

I came here today with my daughter, because the nail spa we usually go to couldn't fit us in for pedicures. I was a bit hesitant due to the negative reviews, but we were both pleasantly surprised! The service was great and our toes look and feel amazing! The price was cheaper than our usual spa too. We will definitely be back! read more
