6.11.23 I really want to like this nails salon but I got my nails done (dip powder) 2 days ago and 3 are already cracked. One on my left hand and 2 on my right. This is my second time this has happened to my nails from here. I am not sure why this is happening. I have been going to a different nail salon for years and I have never had this happen to me except when I come here. We recently moved to the area and I am looking for a nail salon that is closer to me but not sure if this is my new salon. I will be calling on Monday to see about repairs(again) read more

I came in and asked for builder gel on my nails and a pedicure. Ken started doing my nails and was kind of rude and pushy from the beginning. He did acrylics instead of the builder gel I asked for. Square shape instead of the round that I asked for. I should have stopped and asked clarified, but I was already really uncomfortable. At checkout, I told the lady at the front that I received acrylics, not the builder gel, just so that I could be charged appropriately. Ken came up to the front, got in my face, and was yelling at me that he did what I asked for. I still paid, still tipped, but will not be coming back here after being spoken to like that. read more

If you want your nails to break off after a week, go here. This nail salon has a nice interior, chill vibe, and nice people, but they add extra money without asking?? I got my nails done a week and a half ago, and 3 have been chipped off, 2 easily coming off by simply rubbing my hands on a towel. They are now all off, since they're already half gone. While getting my nails done, the lady added a special thing to the nails, saying she was doing it to be nice, which that SMALL touch added $10 to the bill. They'll look nice the first couple days, but after that, forget it. read more

Went in for a refill and pedicure. The manicurist told me my nails would "look bad" with a refill so I should get a full set. (Mind you charged an extra $7 to take the nails off and full set was $60) . During my new set, two different fingers were cut and began bleeding. I then requested the pedicure massage to focus only on the bottom of my feet (I am a nurse and that is where most of my soreness is). The tech repeated back my request, which I told her yes just foot massage. She suggested paraffin wax for my dry feet for only "$10 extra", she then put the wax on, set her timer, and proceeded to rub my legs for the full 7 minute massage, take the wax off of my feet and begin cleaning the wax off and proceeds to paint my nails (no foot massage at all) During check out the manicurist told me she wouldn't charge me for cuticle clip since she cut two of my fingers... the receptionist asked how everything was where I explained my experience entirely. She then gave me a $10 coupon for "next time". Needless to say the coupon is useless as I definitely will not be returning. $205 later, no foot rub after requesting it solely, and two cut fingers... i Noticed the girl at the front desk continued to confirm my last name. This is my 3rd visit and this did not happen on last 2. I paid with the clear American Express everyday card. Girl at front desk stated she did not know they issued a card last like then held card up light as if to confirm the card was real. Since she confirmed last name a few times and my name was on card, I don't know why she would do this. I was very insulted and will not spend my hard earned dollars there anymore! Well...I have very mixed feelings. Let's start with I made 2 appts for me and my daughter. They take us back to the tables. We sit for over 45 minutes then start my nails. They look good I like them. Then after they completely finish mine the lady moves over to my daughter. Remember I made appointments. So they do hers. She adds a faint glitter sheen to hers. Didn't tell us it was extra. Somehow my daughters were a full $20 more than mine!!! And we were there over 3 hours. Still our nails looked nice. We were never offered drinks and for the price of these nails - way more than anywhere else I've been we been given a drink to soften the blow. Anyway wouldn't have been too bad if they had lasted. Mine lasted 6 days!!! 6!!! They started to pop off. My daughters started to pop off at 8. We aren't at 2 weeks yet and she's just taking the rest off bc they are so bad. So my mixed feelings are bc the lady was nice only. I don't want to leave a bad review but COME ON!!!!!! go to Aloha and Tomball, you get drinks and your nails last three weeks and they're cheaper! read more

First time visiting this nail place... it's close to home and i thought i would give it a try. i was seated immediately with i think her name was Tina doing my toes and Holly doing my nails. Tina was great but Holly was having trouble. I showed her a picture of what i wanted which is a short french tip but instead of white i wanted pastel pink- she brought me a neon pink for some reason? we ended up finding the pink i wanted but as she sat down she dropped the other nail polish and it shattered all over the floor. i felt bad for her, not sure if she was having a bad day but i wouldn't recommend getting anything other than a solid color with her since it's a bit hard for her to understand exactly what you want. paid 108. My wife and I have been here twice the first time they did a good job the store is laid out nicely by this vibe isn't very well no Customer Service. They did what we asked, but it was extremely expensive a lot higher than we paid someplace else $137.00 for Medi , 2 pedicure little outrageous With the nail salon so our home we tried a second time the first thing I don't like about it you can only sign in with one person my wife and I live together. We have the same phone number so you go there you say what you need but you have to find someone to say it's for 2 people. In the young lady at the front desk is kind of rude. So they see they start with my wife's pedicure halfway through her pedicure. Someone finally shows up to do mine and the young lady doing mine was finished before my wife was finished. We got basic pedicures and my wife got a medi the cost $92. I guess we'd have to take a mortgage in our house to get Medi Pedi's regular. I think the biggest problem is they don't have Customer Service if they did then you wouldn't mind spending 100 150 bucks but since no one really speaks English they don't have conversations with you. They don't treat you with dignity and respect and that's disturbing. I think we'll go back to our old nail place they don't speak great English but the customer services outstanding they make you feel like they want you to be there nails r us does not do that. I had the worst nail experience that I have ever had at a nail salon. I was cut very badly by the nail drill, and the nail tech (Wynn) was going to act like it didn't happen. I had to make her stop working so I could go clean my bleeding finger and then I had to ask for a bandaid to stop the bleeding. I didn't get a discount or a free service. I would leave a negative 10 if I could this was so bad. I was also in at the same time another lady was getting her nails done by (Jimmy) and she had to ask for another nail tech because he had cut her three times already and she had enough at that point. 2 stars only because there was no wait- now I see why. Went in for a shellac manicure last week, the following day 3 nails had chipped while I was switching no clothes from the washer to dryer. I called the office the next day and was told they could not fit me in to fix them for a few days. Not to mention, every time I would put my hand under the light to dry between coats, the nail tech would stand up from her chair, lean over the table, and look under the light cover to make sure I was putting my hand in the correct place - as if I was too incompetent to do so. They also do not have the color choices out for you to look at while waiting to be called back, they give them to you once you are at the table. This makes it difficult to choose in between them filing and soaking your nails. 10/10 would not recommend. Save your money and go elsewhere where. read more

Van does my nails and she is a rock star! I don't like the men doing pedicures as they are too rough, in my opinion. But, that is just me. This salon is new and clean....let's hope it remains that way. Nothing worse than a nail salon that smells like fish! Go see Van she is fantastic. read more

I like this nail salon and have had good experiences in the past with other techs however I would NOT recommend using Mery. She was VERY rough when filing/grinding to the point where I have knicks/scabs on the edges of almost every single finger. A manicure should be relaxing and in NO way should have been that painful.... read more

I've given this place far too many tries , every time I've had my nails done here they last a couple days (I'm being generous) before they start to horribly chip and crack , I've on multiple occasions come back to have them fixed to just end up with the same fate days later, it's unfortunate that the closest place to me is so mediocre. read more

I've been here twice and it's been good the salon is super nice the girls are super nice I had Jimmy when I came the first time and he was very rough my nails where sore for days I could even touch them without hurting. I came again for a second time I had 2 girls and they were sweet my friend had jimmy and he was the same again. If you come with a friend and you have Jimmy you may as well sit in silence he hates when you talk to someone or look at your phone or even turn your head!! He told her to get off her phone and he proceeded to pick her phone up out of her hands and set it down on the table!!! I love the place and the girls but he just fucks up the whole experience and the vibe he is VERY negative and thinks nothing is wrong with your nails if you point something out you don't like that he did. read more

me and my friend went here for the first time and i got my nails and feet done the lady who did my feet didn't listen to the color or anything i wanted and completely ignored me and when it came to my nails the lady who did my nails burned me several times with the drill mind you i have pink circle dots from the burns now from when she let the drill sit there after i would pull away over and over again. when i told the front desk she tried putting medicine on it and she it was ok i would never go here again my nails and my feet look terrible my friend popped off her nails the same day after we left because of how bad they looked the nail techs didn't really care about the designs or how we wanted out nails and it showed big time ill never go here again and this place is not very good at all I'm sorry but yall need to do better read more

Horrible service. Don't bother making an appointment. Walk ins take precedence. Asked for a deluxe mani and ombre on my nails, the tech filed my nails and did not understand what ombre was, my nails look like a rake went over them. Then they charged me $44 for a manicure and $25 for ombre. I nicely mentioned to the manager that she DID NOT give me a manicure and three of my friends told her they were witnesses to that. They were supposed to do a 10-minute massage but said they didn't have time, even though that was part of the package I paid for. A lady reluctantly came over and proceeded to literally start punching my shoulders and shaking me hard back and forth. I complained to the manager that this hurt me and she kind of laughed about it and said something in her language. $170 later ( I had the most expensive pedi being it was my bday to treat myself) I will NOT be going back, and neither will my 6 friends who went with me to celebrate my day. read more

Terrible experience. Over prices, poor customer service, and poor quality. Their materials are bad and they don't even have popular brands for gel polishes. I feel completely scammed and taken advantage of. They lied about the prices, over charged me and in total I spent $130 (tip included) for POOR QUALITY nails. While receiving my service I told the technician that my nails were slanting up. She said that's just my nail. I have always gone to the salon and never got nails as bad as these. The nail technician was annoyed and redid 3 nails to fix the slant. After curing, the nails became ORANGE, and not the red color that I chose. While working on my nails a male worker comes up and they don't talk, but he starts observing my nails and is laughing loudly. I felt completely disrespected. The thumbnail isn't even attached to the false nail! I told the manager I wanted my nails taken off and a refund. She refused and said they would instead repaint them and give me a $20 coupon. I didn't want a coupon because I refuse to ever spend my time here again. I spent $130 to be disrespected, unsatisfied, and for poor quality. After reading the reviews, I understand that this was a place ran by thieves who don't know how to respect others or know how to run a business.
