Best nail salon in town!! I just had my nails and toes done on Sunday last week n I really love it! The shape and color..its just so perfect. I also get the Deluxe perdicure with gel and its just so relaxing. My nail ladies are Kayla n Cherry fyi.. I came here when I first moved to Houston - around June of 2016. I was straight out of college and on a budget. Pedicures & manicures at $15/$20 here. I would typically do a shellac manicure because it was only $20 and a pedicure for $15. $15 is incredibly cheap for a pedicure. Reason why? Because they don't line their basins and customer service is bad if the owner doesn't feel like dealing with you. There were only 2 main ladies working here. Every now and then, there was a young girl, but for the most part, 2. Some days, just 1. I would come here after work and be the last customer. Once I got in, they would lock the door behind me, and anyone that came in (or wanted to) would knock on the door and yell for her, trying to look through the glass. The owner wasn't too concerned. If she dealt with them at all, she would crack the door slightly and tell them to come back another day. Definitely don't waste your money here, the shopping center it's located in is a little sketch and it's not worth it. read more

Great place to come to. Been coming here for about 6 years If you want great nails for a good price. This is the place to come to. I always get overlay acrylic and shellac. $25 flat. Lee does great on nails She is off on Mondays though. I love how she knows what i want already, all she has to ask is "What color sweetie?" .. Now that my nails are longer. I just get manicure shellac. It still looks great. Teresa does the pedicure. Gotta love her. I recommend anybody to come here. P.s: They are closed on Sundays. read more

My sister and I stopped by after noticing the grand opening sign with specials. My sister got a manicure with shellac and I got a pedicure. The two ladies were already with other customers so we waited a little bit but they were both very nice. My sister wasn't completely satisfied with her manicure. They both apologized but no further action was taken. The current special price is $14.99 I was satisfied with my pedicure and the special price was $14.99. I would give them a second chance. I've been a regular customer in this nail shop for about 6 months and until my last service I was usually pleased. 8 days ago I got a shellac manicure. The second day my cuticles where splitting and the shellac was lifting. They are closed on Sundays so I returned on Monday. The technician that usually does my nails was back from vacation and attempted to correct the job that had been originally completed by the owner. I thought the shellac should have been completely removed and done over but I appreciated her correcting the issue and even brought my cousin along for service as well. By day seven My cuticles where a mess and my nails where chipping like crazy. I returned to the shop that day and was pleasantly greeted by the owner Theresa as normal. She was already aware of the issue and said she thought I should try solar since the shellac was not working for me. I explained to her that Shellac has been working for me for 6 months now and perhaps it was the color that may have been bad! I just wanted to take it off and get another color. She set me up to soak off my nails and I patiently waited for the usual technician to complete my service. I had once again brought them another customer who received a Pedicure, Shellac manicure and eyebrow wax. When it was time to pay the technician asked if we where paying together? I told her no and asked how much was my service considering I had just got my original service 7 days prior and had already been back 2 days afterwards. The owner immediately became rude and told me in front of the entire shop that I didn't have to pay for the service today but they would no longer service me because I complain too much and they can't warranty their work! I attempted to explain to her that I did not ask not to pay but she continued to treat me like I wanted a handout! I was so terribly embarrassed! I left the shop and went outside and waited for my sister. I went back in and asked the owner if I could please talk to her outside as to not speak in front of the other customers. She told me no she was busy and simply ignored my request! Asked me to leave her shop! I felt horribly embarrassed and wronged. Kicked out of a nail shop because I simply wanted what I paid for!!!! 1 star selected just because I had to! read more

The shop is completely understaffed. By management choice. She turned me away one day because she didn't have anyone to help me and asked me to come back the next day. When I arrived the next day , no one was at the shop and I called over and over again ,no one picked up. She never called me back! I started to schedule appointments because I figured if I were to do that, things would get better . She still turned me away to help other people. And asked me to come back three hours later. When I refused she told me it will be an hour. So I waited patiently. She frequently leaves her employee by their self to explain why the customers can't get any service because the she is never in the shop to help. And when I tried to calmly explain my frustration to the employee about the owners lack of professionalism. The employee she goes on a wild tangent begins yelling/arguing with me in front of a lady and her children. As though I put her to blame about their crappie customer service. She was acting so ignorantly another lady left the shop and said she was never coming back. I waited until the owner returned (considering I needed to see her anyways) because my toe nail on my middle toe turned "BLACK" Do to a fungus I'm sure I got from her shop because they never change their tools between customers and I don't go to any other shop. In summary, they never keep their appointments and you could risk getting a fungus and God knows what else because they're completely unsanitary. I'm a customer who never caused any prior issues and I tip generously. But because of the service I received from them recently I would never recommend anyone go to this shop. pics in the comments go see for yourself... if i could give no stars i would... vickie was rude and told me she's been doing nails for 18 yrs and i can do my own nails horrible customer service i'll never return... i've been going here for 2 yrs and i will never go back again... i paid $92 for my nails and my daughter's feet and hands to be polished mine look horrible... my baby got hers done and my oldest only got her feet polished... they were suppose to do her nails and didn't... they skipped over her even after the fact we were in there 3 hrs. they were taking clients that didn't have an appointment over my daughter... i was pissed vickie told me to leave her and come back i told her no they should've done her nails while we were there 3 hrs!! we were heading out of town and she said to bring her back the next day for a discount!! negative i did no such thing... i ended up leaving a day later than i was suppose to because my nails and feet was messed up and i had to get them to fix them saturday morning. my feet got fixed my hands look worse than they did on friday when they originally got messed up!! i got them done on friday my rhinestones fell off i went bk on saturday to get them fixed and vickie slapped nail gel on them instead of putting glue... here it is monday and more rhinestones fell off i have hunks of gel and vickie was very rude when i told her they wasn't suppose to be like that!! do not go here they don't care about they're customers they only care about money! i'll post pics of my nails warning they look horrible i have to pay someone to fix them even tho i paid diva nail spa $50 3 days ago run do not go here read more
