Technicians in the back on their phones and other techs just sitting around until we walked in. Not busy at all. Loved the interior and the huge wall of nail Polish color selections, but it stops there. We told the lady multiple times that we just wanted regular nail polish, but either she's hard of hearing or tuned is out. Maybe it was a gimmick to get us to spend more money, and pretend that she didn't hear us. Anyways, we finally sat down and got our nails painted. The lady that did mine was named Daisy I think, and she made my cuticles bleed, but did a more accurate job than my sisters... The owner of the salon, her name is Rainbow, and while she was friendly and talkative, seemed to brag about her salon, and it was such a turn off to me, to be honest...she was too chatty, and her service and quality in her nail technicians did not deliver... My sister's nail tech did the sloppy multi-coat job where you can clearly see the first, second and third layer and lines near the cuticle line...instead of doing it correctly, she left visible uneven polish lines on her nails... We weren't too happy with our experience here so we probably won't be returning...call it high standard, being picky, it's hard to find decent nail salons and techs these days. They do over referral incentives on Wednesday and Thursday and have a rewards program for earning points which is nice...

I ended up with nail polish on other places on my foot other than just my nails. Very sloppy job. After almost 4 hours of being here we finally get to the front only for the older woman to say she misplaced our ticket or mislabeled. We had to wait for her for another 20 minutes to get our total. I quite honestly did not even want to pay for this awful experience. It was terrible and I will definitely not be coming back. Even if you make an appointment they will still make u wait more than 30 mins. The location is beautiful but the service is not up to par. I just moved to Cypress and needed a new nail salon location. I've been here a few times, but not…read moreenough to get comfortable. Each time there has been some minor inconveniences (40min wait times, nail techs digging too far into my cuticles, rushing the service, and overcharging for "length") but this one is where I draw the line. My last visit I paid extra for gel cat eye. The tech who did my toes did 2 layers of polish. I asked the nail tech if she should do the same and she said no. 1 week later the paint is chipping off of my hands. I go to check out and they added a length charge. I went in with bare hands and did not ask for extra length but apparently it's an automated extra charge for a full set. Fine. 3 days ago (9 days later) I noticed FOUR of my nails LIFTING. Today, I called because one of them is literally barely hanging on. This has NEVER happened to me before. "Vivian", the manager, was fairly rude and was not willing to discount a repair. Instead, she said to come in and pay full price for another full set or a fill. Now, I have to go somewhere and have the entire set removed (to prevent moisture build up) and get an entirely new set. If I wanted to worry about my nails falling off, I'd buy them from HEB. ~ Complete waste of money But the ambience is cute, so they get a 2 instead of 1.
