Instead of properly cleaning and treating it, they simply put gauze over it to hide the bleeding. When I later removed my pedicure, there was still dried blood left from the incident. I also had acrylic applied to my toes. For the $70 they charge, you would think they would know how to do it professionally..but nope. When I had the acrylic removed, I discovered they had applied acrylic onto my skin, and it ripped my skin off during removal. On another note, if you care about your cuticles, do NOT come here. I'm missing part of the cuticle bed on my big toe because they were so aggressive while trimming. They cut into the living skin surrounding my nail, and now I have inflammation because of it. I was curious why this place is never busy and wondered if it was one of those hidden gem salons. It is not. I will definitely not be coming back for the sake of my skin, nails, and cuticles!!

Called ahead and asked if they had availability for 3 pedicures- asked specifically if there would be a wait - he said "No, no wait." We arrived ten minutes later, led to the back, got seated, had us soak our feet... and made to wait. They only had 3 technicians in the whole salon, and all 3 were already working on other customers. After 5-10 minutes, 2 techs got done with their clients and started on two of us. Our third person was left waiting for at least 20-25 minutes before a tech finally started working on her. We did not appreciate them saying they was no wait, knowing full well they didn't have techs available to service 3 pedis. Giving them 4 stars because they are small family shop and seemed like they're trying their best. They were not loud or pushy. They did not have a lot of colors to choose from, did not offer drinks, and don't have a ton of technicians.

They had a new lady who cut me extensively during my pedicure. You ever get a nail tech who is new or doesn't know what they are doing? They move differently during the service. Usually slower, choppy cuticle cutting style, etc. This was yesterday. Cuticles are super sore today. Even my usual manicure tech cut me yesterday. I went in around 4:30pm and no one was there. I got into the chair instantly. It's not the most up to date spot but doable. I had experienced okay service before and needed something close by and quick. I won't make that mistake again. Their door says they take visa and other credit cards. The tech kept pushing me to use my debit card. I use my credit cards for everything to get points. I understand why they push debit and cash but it's just off putting. Also the techs are literally hovering over you while you check out to see what amount for the tip you will leave. Makes things super uncomfortable. This will be the last time I'll go back. They are empty for a reason. Avoid. You deserve better.

Technicians in the back on their phones and other techs just sitting around until we walked in. Not busy at all. We told the lady multiple times that we just wanted regular nail polish, but either she's hard of hearing or tuned is out. Maybe it was a gimmick to get us to spend more money, and pretend that she didn't hear us. Anyways, we finally sat down and got our nails painted. The lady that did mine was named Daisy I think, and she made my cuticles bleed, but did a more accurate job than my sisters... The owner of the salon, her name is Rainbow, and while she was friendly and talkative, seemed to brag about her salon, and it was such a turn off to me, to be honest...she was too chatty, and her service and quality in her nail technicians did not deliver... My sister's nail tech did the sloppy multi-coat job where you can clearly see the first, second and third layer and lines near the cuticle line...instead of doing it correctly, she left visible uneven polish lines on her nails... We weren't too happy with our experience here so we probably won't be returning...call it high standard, being picky, it's hard to find decent nail salons and techs these days. They do over referral incentives on Wednesday and Thursday and have a rewards program for earning points which is nice...

The lady who did my nails was nice enough, but she cut me twice, which was pretty painful. The manicure was sloppy - she missed the sides of my nails, and the mini hand massage was rushed and felt more aggressive than relaxing. Honestly, I could've done a better job myself at home and would have enjoyed it more. I definitely won't be going back there again.
