This location is clean, roomy and fabulous service. We were able to get in pedicures, even though we arrived at 6:22 PM and they close at 7 PM on a Friday night so that was nice that they were able to be accommodating. They were very friendly and made sure that the water temperature was not too hot or too cold we were asked a couple of times if you'd like something to drink Also, they were very accommodating to our daughter who is four years old and wasn't getting a pedicure manicure and she was able to sit next to us in one of the small chairs. The nail technicians were very thoughtful and had good eye contact, and would check in with us to see how we are doing Would highly recommend this location for pedicures and manicures. And will definitely be back. The parking lot shares with other retail shops along the strip mall so be prepared to park, maybe a little further away than directly in front of the location. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. The quality of the service did not meet my expectations, and I felt rushed throughout my appointment. The work was uneven, lacked attention to detail, and did not look anything like what I requested. When I brought up my concerns, they were not handled professionally, and I left feeling ignored rather than valued as a customer. Cindy, the manager, was not helpful in resolving the issue and seemed more interested in dismissing my concerns than finding a solution. Horrible experience. This was the worst nail shop I've ever been to. As a guy, I only get pedicures 3-4 times a year, but I know the difference between good service and bad service--and this shop failed completely. We arrived around 4:45-5:00 PM on Monday, September 22. The lady at the counter was polite and told us there would be a 15-minute wait for my wife and me to get pedicures, plus a manicure and eyebrow wax for her. No problem--we sat in the pedicure chairs and waited. But instead of helping us, they ignored us for 15-20 minutes. We even watched another woman walk in after us and immediately start her pedicure. There was zero urgency, zero professionalism, and zero respect for our time. If they didn't want to work on a guy's feet, they could have just said so. Instead, the rude indifference and sexist attitude ruined our experience. I will never return, and I'll make sure others know to avoid this location as well. read more

We have mixed reviews of this place, the first visit was good, but the second was completely unacceptable. I was cut multiple times during a pedicure and left bleeding while the technician continued as if nothing happened. This is careless and unprofessional. The pain was severe enough that I couldn't sleep that night. This is a serious safety and hygiene issue. I will not be returning. Hannah did my nails and she did not do a good job. She didn't paint my nails all the way down and missed the sides of some of my nails. She also didn't file my nail properly, even when I mentioned they were uneven multiple times. Also, she somehow managed to cure shellac onto my finger tip and tried to take it off by pulling it off. In the end she didn't manage to remove it. Won't be coming back. read more

The timeliness of our service today was AWFUL. We were in the shop for 3.5 hours for a nail polish change, full set and pedicure. Today was not our first visit, the service is always great - everytime! The work is impeccable, I'm not certain what happened today.
