Then I tried to call the office but no response to see what happened , I was getting ready and all and knew I couldn't make it that early, so I rebooked to my original time slot & 20 mins before my appt someone else reaches out saying if I want to rebook for another day or any other esthetician available today.. well I booked any other available ( I was ready to head out ) ... well they messaged back saying no one is available and to pick another day... so well they cancelled me...
