I went that route with my lower lip but couldn't imagine doing it again. Surgery only made my lip disappear. In desperation, I called Glow to inquire about their Liplase Laser. Charlotte listened to my long story patiently and cared to understand the issue. She couldn't promise that Liplase would work but was happy to book me for a consultation with Hillary to further discuss the laser procedure. Hillary was simply AMAZING!! Very knowledgable! She listened. I went back for the Liplase Laser and I see an improvement from the first treatment. I'm looking forward to more sessions with Hillary & Glow. Happy & friendly staff. Thank you all for listening!

She always makes sure I'm feeling comfortable before she begins. Shes even offered to have more or less conversation depending how I'm feeling that day. Just some really appreciated customer service, you know? It's nice to just kick back and relax. I've received both derma-planing and the Diamond Glow facial from her. She's talked me through each one before in detail and is clearly very knowledgeable in her profession. I'm hoping to visit her at City Center soon for a hydra facial! Okay, and last but not least, she's recommended some really great skincare. I can't stress this enough. My routine has never been so organized and not to mention easy to understand. I've now been using the Alastin Gentle Cleanser for the past two years and it's probably the only cleanser I'll ever use on my face again. The Alastin eye treatment has helped keep the bags under my eyes from getting too dark and dull. I genuinely think the skin looks a little more plump and I definitely don't look so haunted when I go into work. Something else that makes me feel nice and glowy is the tinted sunscreen! It's like a little pick me up, I can wear it without makeup and feel like my skin looks smooth & clear. But if I want to wear make up on top it is literally the PERFECT primer. Emily is actually the person that made me realize the importance of sunscreen now that I think about it. The entrance and the procedure rooms are always clean and organized. And the girls at the front desk have been friendly and professional as well! Overall, truly really great service. I would drive to either location if it meant getting my services from Emily.

What part of return my money for services not provided and remove me from your list do you not understand? I responded to the excessive marketing, and booked an introductory botox session in the summer if 2025. Big mistake. Excessive texts, warning me of being charged $50 if I miss my appointment in EIGhT WEEKS. Stop. I had it in my calendar. Send a reminder a few days before. Do not start bombarding people two months before! When I called to discuss the pricing and the guerrilla messaging, I was met with confusion, disconnect and overall poor communication skills. I was given the run around ad nauseam. Other competitors in the same area had better initial prices, and my inquiry was logical. Just answer the question- do you price match? Otherwise, I will take my business elsewhere. Inflexibility at the onset is not a good sign. I cannot even remember all the minutiae and circular conversations I had with inept employees, who basically seem to rely on AI to do their job for them. Zero follow through. The proverbial "final straw" was a "dropped" phone call. In fact, the "provider" I had been calmly and methodically speaking with two minutes before was "busy." She never called back. Drama weeks BEFORE my appointment just because I asked a question and also asked that they stop their incessant texts and emails with conflicting information. More drama trying to get a refund. I never stepped foot in this place. If it was stressful booking and asking a question, I cannot imagine being in that actual office. Clearly, poor management and inept employees who do not listen, read or follow through. These are not the kind of people I want injecting a toxin into my face! So, you got your "feedback." Hopefully, you will learn a lesson to cease your incessant blanket emails and hire actual humans who reach out, answer and return calls and authentically communicate.
