Being it my first cosmetic procedure, I was nervous going into it. I've never done surgery or…read moresomething close to it. I've thought long and hard about lipo and breast augmentation that after a lot of research and weighing the pros and cons, I decided to do airsculpt. Initially I was looking at safer alternatives to lipo. I did cool sculpting and other laser lipos which did nothing. I was considering fat transfer to breasts and found this to be the safest and most natural way. I didn't find much information on realself.com which is where I find most of my research. But I did find one and went on a google spiraling spree from there. I found that they were on YouTube and tv shows. And that it was the new big thing that I had no idea about. I loved the results from my research so I decided to go through with it. The location wasn't too hard to find. They have a parking garage but I think they only validate on surgery day. After that it's like $5 or $7. The first time I did Lyft. It was a bit difficult for me because I have lupus and had to get a medical clearance. Please make sure to get a medical clearance BEFORE scheduling a surgery date, even if you are unsure about your medical interference. They are pretty strict. For finances, they offer a couple pamphlets like carecredit and other loan companies. I think the only downside for me was that they are extremely pricey. This location is actually the least pricey compared to other airsculpt places. I already inquired with Beverly Hills and Dallas. They just weren't in my budget. However, if I had the money, this location in Houston would be the first place I would go for future airsculpting needs. They are really great at trying to work with you. Scheduling was hard on my end but they made it work. And I was able to see Dr. Blome- I don't think I'd have it any other way. As nervous as I was, Dr Blome put all my nerves at ease. He's very straight forward and is helpful and friendly about everything. He definitely made the hard part of it as seamless as possible. During surgery, he played music of my choosing and was very attentive to how I was feeling. He understood that I wanted as much fat out and I would say he did an amazing job! I don't think either of us were expecting the amount of fat that came out, but I remember him saying, "Don't worry, I'm gonna take out as much that is safe as possible." It was nice that I didn't even have to mention it-he just knew. After surgery, I was a bit out of it so make sure to prepare to take it easy in the coming days and definitely book a ride. You have to wear a compression suit and arm sleeves for a month or two so be prepared because I wasn't. Also no working out for two months but definitely need to walk. I did my arm and my stomach and did a fat to breast transfer. It's been two weeks and I love my results so far! Do not start bombarding people two months before! When I called to discuss the pricing and the guerrilla messaging, I was met with confusion, disconnect and overall poor communication skills. I was given the run around ad nauseam. Other competitors in the same area had better initial prices, and my inquiry was logical. Just answer the question- do you price match? Otherwise, I will take my business elsewhere. Inflexibility at the onset is not a good sign. I cannot even remember all the minutiae and circular conversations I had with inept employees, who basically seem to rely on AI to do their job for them. Zero follow through. The proverbial "final straw" was a "dropped" phone call. In fact, the "provider" I had been calmly and methodically speaking with two minutes before was "busy." She never called back. Drama weeks BEFORE my appointment just because I asked a question and also asked that they stop their incessant texts and emails with conflicting information. More drama trying to get a refund. I never stepped foot in this place. If it was stressful booking and asking a question, I cannot imagine being in that actual office. Clearly, poor management and inept employees who do not listen, read or follow through. These are not the kind of people I want injecting a toxin into my face! So, you got your "feedback." Hopefully, you will learn a lesson to cease your incessant blanket emails and hire actual humans who reach out, answer and return calls and authentically communicate.
