I didn't know it was in the same plaza as Tree House cafe. Sam did my eyelashes and it turned out just how I wanted. I asked for a natural look that would still open up my eyes. The application took about 2 hours. She took her time and everything went smoothly. I even dozed off a little as soon as my eyes closed. I didn't have any irritations or discomfort during the appointment. For first time client, it's $89 for a classic full set. Refills are usually every two to three weeks. Overall, I was very happy with the results and will continue to come back.

Tammy was very sweet and observant with how I was feeling, making sure my eyes were stinging, the light wasn't too bright, and that I was comfortable. The lash studio was superrrrr clean and it smelled... amazing! the lash removal cream she used also smelled so so good. Everything in this place just smells tutti frutti! While she was taking my lashes off, she educated me some bit on how lashes work, whats the best kind of curl to have for my eyes, how to make them last longer, how to wash them properly and so on. It made the atmosphere very friendly and not awkward at all. I heavily recommended this place to my mom so she can try it out. Though I only got my lashes removed, I'd like to try her actual lash extensions when I am back for a longer period of time!

Unsanitary conditions where the same tool is used for multiple clients without sanitizing. No sanitation equipment in sight 3. No proper cuticle cleaning was done. The buffer tool (unclean) was used and he just started stacking the tips and gel without cleaning the nail, without any massage to the hands or washing. 4. Attitude problems of the male technician made the experience really unpleasant 5. What I wanted was not properly asked before starting to buff my entire nail and roughly peel the top part of my nail with the electric buffer. Then went on to cut my nails short and be given tips the same size as my nails were Getting your nails done is part of the self care and relaxation routines that women do. The experience here took away my relaxation. The male technician kept saying things to make me mad without doing his work so I had to walk off. He used his old nail buffer like some grinding tool used to perform masonry on my nails. He insisted that I pay in full, which I did but kept on giving arguing with me. Lacks care. I went to to one of those other places where they charge $79. What I got was a hot mess. I called on a Saturday, and was greeted by a very nice man on the phone. Rob was caring and sympathetic to my situation and was able to get me in that afternoon. When I arrived I was greeted in a warm and welcoming manner and was shown to a chair to fill out a few pieces of paperwork. From the moment you walk in you feel like your in a 5 star spa. I was offered refreshments and then was shown to a cozy little room with a fluffy, oh so comfy couch. I was offered a complimentary paraffin hand wax and indulged.i watched a quick video and the owner sat there with me and at the end explained things further and asked if I had any questions he could answer. You will also notice the ceiling, they have decorated it to mimic stars twinkling in the sky, very soothing. I was then introduced to my lash expert Trang, she escorted me to her room and I was situated on a heated bed and covered with a cozy blanket and tucked right in. I must say my lashes were a mess, too much glue was used and half of my lashes were missing from being stuck together. Trang was gentle and meticulous as she cleaned the glue and residue from my existing lashes. Then came the wonderful part she applied my mink lashes and then all was right with the world. Oh also before she started she noticed I needed a clean up on my brows and was a master at her craft. I have never ever ever had my brows styled so well. Once the lashes were done I was truly amazed with the results and her skill. The appointment took longer because of the clean up job and even though they are suppose to close at 6pm they stayed to 7 pm to make sure I was taken care of properly... If you want a superior job done and done right the first time then you will go to lashology, going anywhere else would make no sense and as my grandfather always said " You get what you pay for" I hope you try them out, tell them Shantel sent you, you will be taken care of and not disappointed.

The first time I went I had to be patient with the results because I had lost too many lashes due to overlashing from the prior location (placing too many lashes on 1 lash) but after the 4th refill I was looking so much better and to improve my results, Lisa suggested I purchase the Lash and Brow product to improve growth and it did make a difference. Lisa Lam is my beautician and she is attentive, dedicated, funny and she gets my style because we both are ver alike except she's taller, lol. Anyways I just like her. Thanks you Lisa Lam :) Before I finish, I want to also share that on Tuesday 04/15 I will write my 2nd review but this time about my experience with the new product called CryBaby which is a Mascara for upper and lower lashes at $75. I am going to Bermuda for 5 days and I will get to test the product to the max - 5 days of salt water, everyday showers, chlorine water, moisturizer, sun screen, sun and heat - that's a lot for a product to live up to but who knows, it just might surprise me. The times she has gone on vacation I've come back, and every time I regret it. I needed a one week fill. Instead of charging me for a one week fill with foreign lash fee, they charged me for a 6 week fill!! Even the tech told me that wasn't right.. The second time I came back the tech was struggling, it felt like she spent more time ungluing my lashes from the pad then actually doing my lashes. When I got home, I noticed she had CUT a third of my bottom lashes because she didn't cover them with the pad correctly. And the last time, I was told I didn't have an appointment, when I showed the tech my text confirmation she said the tech is on her way she was over 30 minutes late and finished a full set in about 40 minutes. I had showed the tech a picture from THEIR yelp page of what I wanted and my lashes looked nothing like it. Then she said "let me check your profile" because my biggest complaint was the length. She used 14/15s when I get 19/20s.. and she said oh ,ok. So she tried to add longer lashes in, four times she took off the pads thinking she was done but I kept saying they are too short and look nothing like the picture. I finally gave up. She glued lashes on top of lashes so now I have thick clumps of glue along my lash line that are too heavy for my lashes. The longer lashes look messy and out of place. I reached out via email thre days later to get this rectified but I haven't received a response.
