Anyone considering any type of service at this spa please read my experience before scheduling any appointments at this spa. I am attaching images of what the technician did to my legs which speaks for itself. The lack of experience and knowledge led my experience to be a disaster and being scarred at this spa. Don't be fooled by how the spa looks and the way it is presented. Maddy was my technician for my laser hair removal. She scarred my legs forever. During my treatment, I told her to stop several times since I had substantial burn sensations on the top part of my legs. This did not feel normal at all. Still, she continued to tell me this was normal since it's the top part of my legs, and all I had to do was put aloe vera after the treatment. When I got up to get dressed, I saw my legs had round red burn marks. I got really scared and worried, but she told me to give it a few days. During these few days, I had nightmares of what was going to happen to my legs, and during these days, I called the spa and expressed my concerns and told them something wasn't right, and asked to see the doctor that's listed on the website that represents the spa and, in the meantime, Maddy called in an ointment for me to apply to my legs, she prescribed me a very intense/dangerous dosage without physically seeing what was going on or consulting the doctor. I spoke with the spa manager - Marrisa several times to request to see the doctor because my legs got worse, his name is Doctor Davila. I was given a runaround, made to feel he was too busy and an inconvenience for him to see me because he was NOT ONSITE. Eventually, after calling and requesting to be seen by a specialist, again and again, the manager Marissa, scheduled an appointment with him. On the day of my appointment with Doctor Davila and Maddy, when he told me to undress so that he could see what happened, he was shocked. I saw his face, and Maddie, the technician, apologized to me for what she had done. An apology will not fix my issue, and to this day, the owner of this spa has not called me to check on how I am doing, which is unbelievable. Please take a look at the picture I have included. Be aware of what can happen. My situation could have been avoided if the technician and the people who work at this spa had taken precautions and treated every individual that walked in like as their own. I trusted them with my body, and I'm sad to be writing this review and put my personal picture up for everyone to see, but I decided to write this review so that no one else should experience the pain and emotional distress I experienced at this spa. read more

I made an initial appointment for laser hair remover and received no pre-op instructions so when I arrived I was not able to complete the service due to spray tanning a few days prior. The second attempt to come in for a service they only booked my appointment for a partial service. During my last and final session the machine malfunctioned and continued to stop. A few weeks later I noticed hyperpigmentation which I had not had with the previous tech. A few months all my hair is back as if I never received treatments. A waste of time & money! read more

The staff is very friendly and courteous. I was initially impressed with the amount of attention and time that Dr. Torres afforded me on my initial visit. His thoroughness and willingness to explain every detail of my test results impressed me even more. Have been to Ageless Med Spa for several services. The laser hair removal is the best thing I have done. No shaving and save time in my routine with one less thing to worry about. Kristen does my laser and does a phenomenal job. Very professional and explains in detail the process and most importantly the price. My next service I will be getting is the Restylane or Botox. I went in for a Hydra Facial and PCA chemical peel (both were my first time getting them done) with Brooklyn. Prior to the facials, Brook was very informative on how and what the process will be like, when getting the facials done. Not only does my skin looks and feels amazing, she made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable! I highly recommend her to do your facials hehe. Review is strictly for laser hair removal. So far, so good. It is easy to make appointments and the laser tech is very nice, as are the staff. They use Gentlemax which is a combo of Yag and Alexandrite laser, making it good for practically all skin tones between 1 to 6 on the spectrum. I love this place, the girls are super nice and very professional. I get my Vitamin B12 shots & I must say Victoria has a very gentle hand. I have had several procedures at Ageless Med Spa and I'm very happy with all of the services I have received. The staff is very friendly and professional. Norellie(receptionist) was wonderful. She answered all my questions. I've had services by Afsha(Botox and fillers) which honestly I had minimal pain with the fillers. Jennifer is amazing too with the procedure I'm now receiving. I would definitely NOT recommend CoolSculpting at Ageless Med Spa. To begin, I will tell you that I am 5'3 and I weigh 118 lbs. I teach 3-4 spin classes a week and I eat healthy, my tummy is my problem area and after 3 kids, it will not go away! The lady that works there said that I was the PERFECT candidate.. So, I went in for a consultation in March and ended up doing the treatment the exact same day. I waited the three months to see the difference, I really didn't notice a change, maybe a tiny bit. So, in May, I decided to go back for a second session (that is what was recommended). Again, I waited the three months and this time no change at all. I then decided to contact them and I went in for another consult, the lady looked at my before and after pictures and said that there was a small difference. I think she saw something I didn't. She pretty much said, "sorry" there's nothing we can do... I then asked for the manager to call me, which never happened.. I then went to a consult at a plastic surgeon's office that does the same procedure and spoke with someone again about CoolSculpting. By now, I didn't trust it or believe in it, (I was in the office for a different procedure). She said that anything I could pinch, should've been gone from the procedure (which it wasn't). She asked me which piece they used and I told her that they used the flat panel on both procedures. She said that they should have never used that piece on my stomach. Of course the plastic surgeon was much more pricey, but in the end I threw away around $1200-$1300 at Ageless Med Spa... I will NEVER go there again. read more

Love Love Love Dr. Torres and the staff at Ageless. I would recommend Ageless for skin treatments. Dr. Torres really took the time to listen to what I wanted and together we designed a plan that worked best for me. I will continue to visit Ageless for my skin care needs. I have to say I even had a slight issue on my first visit that was handled with such professionalism and concern that I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am truly impressed with Ageless. I went in to see the Dr for medical issues, but their "Clinical director" Danielle- ( who from my understanding has absolutely no medical experience or medical education) spoke to me first. She's like a used car salesman. She charged me out of pocket $1,500.00. For 4 doctors visits and blood work, then told me to file my own insurance. The very next time I came in I was I told to go home -the doctor wasn't there, and when I came back later, I found out I didn't even have an appointment with the doctor after all- I was doing bloodwork.They charged me another $300 for blood work AFTER I was in the appointment. My day was wasted. I have insurance and my insurance will pay for the doctors office and blood work, if they sent me to the location where my insurance pays.. Or if they file it correctly. The doctor is in network. But I'm sure she wants to pocket the money and she probally couldn't take the $ if she sent me for blood work at the other doctors office or another location , where my insurance will pay. It appears like she just wants to prey on sick people and will do anything for a dollar - even at other peoples expense read more

Can I give 0 stars? This place is the worst. They are terrible about the phones (answering/returning calls) and super unprofessional. I booked a facial and when I got there I could hear the staff goofing off loudly in the back while I waited for my appointment to start, which started late because they were goofing off. They never offered me water, the bathroom, anything typically offered for a spa treatment while I waited. When I got to the back, the girl immediately went into a FIFTEEN minute high pressure sales pitch for their product line before she even looked at my skin up close. After pushing products she tried to pressure me into peel that I didn't want. It was so awkward. Then there wasn't even a robe for me to change into and she proceeded to get my shirt wet during the facial. She told me they were a medical facility and didn't have patients change out of their clothes. Funny because I didn't make an appointment for a doctor and didn't see a doctor either. I've been to "med spas" before and when you book a facial, it was still the same treatment as a regular facial. The facial was so short and they still charged me for an hour! As if this wasn't enough, I stupidly did buy one of the products she was pushing on me only to later find it for 40% cheaper on Amazon. I tried to return it with the packaging completely intact but was told they didn't take any returns and I should have read the papers I signed more carefully.
