I arrived at approximately 6:20 PM, and the business closes at 7:00 PM. Normally, there's someone at the front desk who greets customers and asks what service they're there for. Today, I walked in and wasn't acknowledged by anyone. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and no one asked if I needed assistance. There were only two other customers receiving services, but every beautician completely ignored me. One employee was even doing her own makeup instead of acknowledging that I had walked in. After standing there for several minutes without anyone speaking to me, I decided to leave. As a returning customer, I expected at least a simple "Hello, we'll be with you shortly." Being completely ignored made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated. Sadly, after this experience, I don't think I'll be coming back.

I also got my upper lip threaded and that was the smoothest less painful upper lip and brow threading I've ever had! The staff is very friendly and it's very clean. I appreciate they just offer threading and henna so it cuts down on excessive wait times. Unlike other threading salons that offer several services leading you extended wait time. This is definitely my new threading spot!
