I arrived at approximately 6:20 PM, and the business closes at 7:00 PM. Normally, there's someone at the front desk who greets customers and asks what service they're there for. There were only two other customers receiving services, but every beautician completely ignored me. One employee was even doing her own makeup instead of acknowledging that I had walked in.
