I don't even know how this place is still open for business. When we sat down they didn't even say anything they just gave us the paper to select what pedicure we wanted. During the beginning of my pedicure it was fine until they cut me while cutting my cuticle. The lady didn't even say sorry she just looked at me. Then after that my pedicure just felt rushed as if she wanted to get me out of there. Usually my feet would feel hydrated and soft after a pedicure, but my feet feel completely dry. I haven't been here in a while but since I'm on Yelp I took the opportunity to review them. What can I say about this place? It's the greatest and most awesome nail place. While I do have a nail stylist elsewhere this place serves as my back up. They have amazing services and a little wait time but don't be discouraged because they go above and beyond. The nail techs are really friendly and warm to every customer that walks in. The owner has great input and observation. I will admit I was being a little difficult the last time I came, sorry y'all, but the owner quickly swooped in and fixed the issue. This is probably my favorite set from here. Anyways great place. No greeting when we walked in, crazy wait even though we made a reservation, and the lady that did my nails did not say one word to me the whole time. The shop itself made me feel very claustrophobic, as everytime you turn around you are bumping into another customer, technician, or furniture, but very welcoming. The technicians all immediately acknowledged me when I walked in. Without an appointment, I walked in and there was a technician immediately available to start working on my nails. They had huge selection of powders and polishes including UV reactive, metallic-magnetic, ect. I had a design in mind and showed Quyen a picture, she said it would be no problem at all and went straight to work! The design turned out so much better than the picture I brought in. The shop also offers a frequent customer rewards program, visit 10x and spend $15+ to get a stamp. Receive $15 off any service after 10 stamps. When I say my feet where looking rough shit I mean rough . I wear work boots like 24/8 . So just imagen my feet from there . I walked in here desperately needing some attention to my feet lol . Ms Lin in there took real good care of me . She got all the dead dry skin off from the bottom of my feet . Massage my feet . She had mentioned something about wax and I had told her no cause I didn't know what she was talking about . I was under the assumption she was trying to remove the hair from my big toe lol But then she explained that she was going to put hot wax all over my whole foot in a bag for it to soak . That hot wax felt good . And I feel like for my thirty dollars I spent . I got a lot out of it . The chair I was sitting in for my pedi was a massage chair . So that was an even better plus . I was very very happy and my feet look excellent . Like they can go in someone's mouth now !!!! Lol just kidding . But seriously my feet look and feel awesome !!!!! I'm theist happiest . Nails done by Hannah she does fantastic designs all you need to do is show her a picture and she does it only thing is they only take cash no debt card or credit card so make sure you bring cash and and also they charged me for taking off my previous nails but I didn't have acrylics on I had Gel on my real nails not sure about that but I've never been charged before for taking off gel only for acrylics but no biggie it was only a extra 5$ for taking it off and also if you look it up on your maps whatever is on your GPS is not the right location its next to a bar called 510 I suggest you follow your GPS and then call them if you still can't find the place is just a minute away from where the GPS says it's supposed to be read more

This is really near my place so i was REALLY hoping it'd be a good spot. But i didn't like it. The parking lot is tiny, i barely got a spot but literally once i parked there were no more spots. You walk in and they have no one greeting or any sense of order. I walked in and stood around trying to find the nearest employee that wasn't busy and literally no one made eye contact. Stood there for a full 90 seconds before one looked over and just looked at me "like what do you want?" I asked what the wait time for nails would be since it looked pretty busy. Told me it'd be a 15-20 minute wait. So i was looking at the colors they had waiting. 15 minutes passed and the people that were there before me still hadn't been attended so i decided to just leave. If I could give this place 0 stars I would . I use to come here for years and the service was always good but after years everything went bad . They always rush through it and start to get mad when you ask them to do something a certain way . The lady that was doing my pedicure did a really weird shape to my French tip and when I told her I didn't like it she just painted over it again so it just started to look lumpy . There are 2 reasons I didn't give this place 5 stars. One, the parking lot sucks. It's very small and most of the shops in the strip center have several spots reserved only for their shop. Parking can definitely be a pain. Two, the salon feels a bit dirty. I've had my nails done on a dirty towel before and the chairs are old and stained. I paid $60 for shellac mani-pedi and my nails started to chip on the 4th day. The tech filed my nails too much exposing the cuticle and my feet were not moisturized but I was willing to overlook this and just never return again. But after realizing my nail job wont even last 2 weeks, I called the store and spoke to the owner who did not want to fix the problem. He kept saying he couldn't help me. In other words, he didn't want to help me. What an unbelievably horrible way to manage a business! I own a business and strive to satisfy my customers, especially if there is a problem that can be rectified. I will make a point to let everyone I know to never get services there. Best nail tech in town!!!!!! I move to the northwest area about a year ago and was referred to this place. I been here so many times and I have pretty much gone to Hannah. She is so talented I have yet to try her 3d work. I dont like long nails or crazy rhinestones so its hard to be creative but she always comes up with amazing ideas. They have been 2 times where I havent gotten Hannah and my nails are not the same. Last time I went in I got pink with a cross and the cross fell while I was asleep next morning I go to get it fix. This is not a very fancy nail salon at all. However, they do a great job. I recently moved to the memorial city area. There are lots of nicer and fancier nail salons there (that cost more) and you get much less service for more money and the end product is just ok. I make the longer trip and come to hollywood nails. I am getting my nails done as I am writing this review. They have brand new massage chairs and have updated some of the furniture as well. With this update they have raised their prices by few dollars. It is still less than other places. I love coming here for my nails. My only warning is for waxing. Do not wax your body here. They take for EVER and cause you much pain. I did it once and never again. So my 5 star review is only for their nail services. read more

I have no idea why this place has so many stars. Been here twice and I will not be returning. Shellac does not even last a WEEK. I asked the lady to paint stars on my toes and they looked like blobs. I then asked her to just try a heart instead. That was even worse. Then I got star rhinestones instead. Those starting coming off within 12 hours. Both times I've gotten shellac here it has started chipping within two days. Do not recommend at all. read more

The price for the basic pedicure is $15 , yes the price is cheap but you get what you pay for they literally rush throughout the whole thing they don't even try and if you tell them you don't like something they get mad and literally ignore you !!!! There's been a COUPLE of times that I try to explain to the lady that I want a square / straight shape on my toe nails instead of the rounded shape.
