Updating my review. I had an appt at 10 am. I was outside parking my car since the parking at this location can be horrible at times. They called me at 10:02 asking if I was going to come in bc Tracy has a customer there. I mentioned I'm outside parking and that what was the point of making an appt if they were planning on taking other people. She then said well where are you then? I was livid at this point as I made this appt and scheduled everything around it. This isn't the first time they have done this to me. This is the 3rd time where I made an appt and they would just get someone who they know and walks in. Even while sitting there waiting.. I let a lot of shit slide bc Johnny was really good but he's gone now and I can tell you the service here can be terrible specially if you're a new client. I usually spend between $150-300 each visit as I sometimes come with my daughters but this was it for me. I would recommend going to Nails Club which is down the road on the Ross shopping area. I love this place, but I don't recommend coming here at the last minute if your nails are not Already removed. My mom had a bad experience she wanted them to start soaking her nails off until the nail tech was available they had already seated her at the nail station. She was informed that her nails need to be evaluated first before they decide how to remove the nails. (Imagine adding a minimum of an1 hour to the additional wait time). 15-20 minutes later, they evaluate her nails and decided they were going to soak them off and start the soaking process while helping other people in between. My mom thought that was a waste of time when she could've been soaking the whole time until the technician was ready and they could've just removed the nails and started on her full service. I've never experienced that for myself , but I did take notes. read more

The UV gel machine was soo dirty that I did not know what was the real color. Everything was so dirty, even the workers clothes were nasty. I came by as a walk in on a Saturday at 1:00 and spent about 3.5 hours there for a deluxe pedicure with shellac and almond shaped shellac full set and paid $103. Tiffany was the technician for the full set and Le was the technician for the pedicure. Ive been here several times but this is the first time that I knew I needed to leave a review. They did an AMAZING job and were so patient with me with finding and testing out the colors I liked. The massage that Le gave during the pedicure was so well done and like a professional deep tissue type massage. I absolutely loved it! My favorite package (the classic) is the next level up for $20. Honestly, I've never had so many compliments on my feet since coming here. My pedicure lasted a full two weeks vacation while living on the beach!! Plus, it still looked good up to two weeks of me getting back home!
