Update: The business claims since an inspector went out they are totally in the clear and my experience isn't valid? lol That's not the case. The investigator acknowledged there were practices that could have ensured no infection or cross contamination in his own conversations with me as well as avoiding cuts and overfiling of my wifes nails. It's also important to note that your manager is a nurse, you do not have a hired RN that works primarily for D'Limo or accessible during all hours of business operations. This is verified in the recorded phone call with the owner. Our decision not to pursue further was due to the refund provided, it doesn't take away from the experience and the misrepresentation in your review regarding hiring a nursing staff for D'limo specifically but rather one of the managers/owners works for the local hospital. Based on your update attempting to negate my experience my review remains the same, a bad taste in my mouth and avoid at all costs. read more

Came for a granddaughter birthday first mani pedi and the staff was so nice and accommodating. Lots of snacks and charcuterie areas around the shop. All new chairs and it's so bright and clean. We will definitely be coming back again to enjoy a pampering great time. Claw machines for the kids are also available. read more

I've been going here for a while now. I used to absolutely love this place. Good service, nice workers, and I always left happy with my nails. A little less than a week ago, i got my nails done per usual. I wasn't very happy with how they turned out and ended up coming back the next day to get them fixed. this was VERY unlike me, as i've never come back to get a set fixed. i ended up adding some little silver stones on top of my nails and left very happy. That night, the silver on the gems just chipped off and they turned green and purple. i was really upset because i was finally happy with how they looked and now they're ruined AGAIN. Yesterday, i went back. i told them what happened and i really wanted to just replace the stones that got messed up. when i think back on it, i don't remember the nail tech ever putting a top coat over the gems the first time, so i was hoping that after putting new ones on, they could put a top coat on. I got the same nail tech as the one i got the time before when i got my nails fixed the first time. he made me feel like i was a burden. he didn't talk to me, he rushed, didn't ask me if i liked the placement or the size, just overall not very hospitable. After the service, i leave happy. i think, "finally, i can leave happy and not have to worry about needing to come back!" It's the next morning. Half the beads are turning green and purple again. he did not take his time on my nails, he rushed, and not only are half the beads turning weirdly colored again, but he just slathered a top coat on my nails and they just look messy. I used to really love this place and trusted that i'd always leave happy. This is really making me rethink if i ever want to come back. read more

Went here with a friend to enjoy a girls morning out and get pedicures. She highly recommended and now I know why the service was amazing we went in with no appointment and even on a Sunday they were able to get us in right away, probably because this place is soo massive. We were offered drinks upon arrival and they even had snacks. Additionally they have 6 options for pedicures and we went mid-range for $55 which isn't bad and they did any amazing job. If you're looking for yet another nail salon to nickel and dime you for every single thing, then surprise you at checkout with extra made up fees while also not really getting exactly what you want, look no further! I went in here after an 11 hour shift just to get a gel polish change, no pedicure since they would be closing soon, and I wanted to respect their time. I've gotten this numerous times before when I'm in a rush at various places throughout the city and it is never more than $30. I looked at their price menu beforehand, and it says takeoff is $5 and gel add-on is $15. OK, very reasonable. I was told deep French is another up charge on top of French, OK so $25 total that's fine. I get to check out after having my nails cut way more short than I would like and not the greatest job I've ever seen and it was $45. No pedicure, just a polished change. Then they argued with me at checkout about special pricing that's not listed and I say you can't really charge prices without telling the customer and you have special rules that's not on your price list. Tried to say that a two color polish is another charge, and I say you can't charge for French and two polishes because they are the same? Just making up stuff at this point. They ended up taking $10 off but this is nowhere near the greatest French I've ever had. Nobody likes feeling bamboozled. $45 for a French gel polish change no pedicure no cuticle no nothing is insane. read more

**** DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY**** I went here last Friday on my way out of the city. I planned to get a fresh set and a pedicure. The photos I have provided are of both services. As you can see my big toes have been cut at an ungodly angle, causing major pain every step I have taken since I left. As you can see dead skin was left behind making the issue worse. It seems here they are quick to give you alcohol, give you an "itemized" price and send you on your way. This is one of those places that charge for "shaping" even though any nail you get must be shaped. They charged for nail removal yet left old acrylic behind and the cuticles a mess. When I asked the nail tech if she had any suggestions she seemed more annoyed than she did when she sat down with me. As a grown women, who works and pays for her own services I know MANY can relate when I say if the product is no good; meaning the nail polish is old, the acrylic lifts, rude nail techs, out dated techniques, (now I got two jacked up big toes) I might as well not even go. These are the things we look for when looking for a good nail salon. And let me tell you, you're better off at your local shop. Where prices are reasonably set, service is good, suggestions are made, quality work is produced, and they are happy to see you. Not just ready to size you up and take your money for boo boo service. read more

VERY VERY rude .. if I could write this place zero negative stars I totally would, you walk in you think you're going to get a nice experience, but the chairs are very old and dirty, the nail techs are rude and not properly trained . When the man started my Pedicure, everything went downhill, he literally cut my toe, made it bleed because he cut it way too short and then tried to file it down what a horrible experience .. it was so bad. I made them stop in the middle of my pedicure. And left I also still paid $10 just for him to take the polish off my toes would never go there again, so many other better places... RUDE .. read more
