Went here with a friend to enjoy a girls morning out and get pedicures. She highly recommended and now I know why the service was amazing we went in with no appointment and even on a Sunday they were able to get us in right away, probably because this place is soo massive. We were offered drinks upon arrival and they even had snacks. Additionally they have 6 options for pedicures and we went mid-range for $55 which isn't bad and they did any amazing job. Will go back if im in Houston again. read more

My daughter basically got a full set with designs and a "marshmallow pedi" for half the price I pay at my current nail place for a refill and pedi. She said both techs were AMAZING. Her nails look SOOOO CUTE, and the attention to detail is unmatched. I will not be returning to this location due to the unwelcoming and disrespectful treatment I received. During my visit, I was approached by staff while simply waiting in line to pay, which made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. Additionally, my experience during a manicure was equally unsettling, as the technician appeared visibly uncomfortable interacting with me. Overall, the environment felt unkind and discriminatory, and I left feeling deeply uneasy. I will not be returning or supporting this business moving forward. read more

I was in town visiting from Dallas for my gfs birthday weekend, we were able to do a walk in and get mani/pedis. Spent under 150 for two pedicures and one manicure with gel polish. **** DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY**** I went here last Friday on my way out of the city. I planned to get a fresh set and a pedicure. The photos I have provided are of both services. As you can see my big toes have been cut at an ungodly angle, causing major pain every step I have taken since I left. As you can see dead skin was left behind making the issue worse. It seems here they are quick to give you alcohol, give you an "itemized" price and send you on your way. This is one of those places that charge for "shaping" even though any nail you get must be shaped. They charged for nail removal yet left old acrylic behind and the cuticles a mess. When I asked the nail tech if she had any suggestions she seemed more annoyed than she did when she sat down with me. As a grown women, who works and pays for her own services I know MANY can relate when I say if the product is no good; meaning the nail polish is old, the acrylic lifts, rude nail techs, out dated techniques, (now I got two jacked up big toes) I might as well not even go. These are the things we look for when looking for a good nail salon. And let me tell you, you're better off at your local shop. Where prices are reasonably set, service is good, suggestions are made, quality work is produced, and they are happy to see you. VERY VERY rude .. if I could write this place zero negative stars I totally would, you walk in you think you're going to get a nice experience, but the chairs are very old and dirty, the nail techs are rude and not properly trained . When the man started my Pedicure, everything went downhill, he literally cut my toe, made it bleed because he cut it way too short and then tried to file it down what a horrible experience .. it was so bad. My toenail chipped the same day I got my pedicure. Maybe it was my fault? Maybe it was the nail polish I prefer OPI which I wasn't offered or did I see in the salon? I've never been to a salon where they give you the shellac colors to pick your regular nail polish. Went back the next day to have it fixed as I'm going on vacation and was lectured about how it was my fault that my nail was chipped. Also told I would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get it fixed though someone came and fixed it within five minutes, again with a lecture about how I didn't let it dry long enough. My Little had her nails painted, by the end of the day all the polish was off. I understand that it's regular polish. I'm not doing shellac on a five-year-old, but it should've lasted more than three hours. I was told that it was our fault because we didn't let it dry long enough. I was hopeful this would be our new salon, but don't think we'll be back. read more

I like the shape and the color and the ambience. It was very nice. It was my first time there so I didn't know a lot of the things , they do charge for your nail length even though my nails are already long and I actually wanted them short but she couldn't cut them short because they were Coffin shape. I understand there's a fee for coffin shape so anyway, manager explained it to me and took off fee because I wanted short but couldn't w my shape, but the girl Tiffany was not a nice technician. I feel like these women are overworked and that's why they are angry. It's not just this place a lot of nail salons some technicians are just not nice. read more

I wish I wasn't doing this but I've came here twice now and each time my nails have messed up within two weeks. My girlfriend comes here all the time and her nails are always perfect but for me it's a different story. The customer service is always great but the quality of my nails are trash. The first time I came I got a gel Manicure after at week it started to lift up. I just said I'll start getting full sets. I got my full set done November 3 the young lady was very nice but the full set isn't so nice. She didn't clean my cuticles I asked for pink clear and she said they couldn't give me that. I honestly forgot why and I got French tip black. It was late when I left so I didn't notice that the black was see through and the color was chipping. I called up there the next and they told me I could come in and they would fix it. When I got there they said that they only do one coat for black but this is my first time ever getting black. I asked them can they just change it to white. She set me down went and talked to her manager and they said they would have to charge me to change the color. They did offer to get me 20% off but if I just spend $80 on some nails I shouldn't have to pay extra. They added a second layer of black to my nails and by the next day the color was chipping off again. My second problem is my nails are lifting off. I don't do hard labor with my hands so this shouldn't even be happening. I'm going to add pictures so you can see what I'm talking about. I'll give them one more try and after that I'm going elsewhere. read more

I request her every time I get my nails done here! These are the two sets shes done for me, and they're both Gel X Builder Gel. Update: went again over Mother's Day weekend (with my mom) . We both got the basic pedicure, and all I can figure is that they weren't thrilled we got the basic $30 pedicure. My guy didn't even use cuticle clippers (which is one of the reasons I get pedicures)...and 6 days in, my polish started chipping (which has never happened to me in 15+ years of getting pedicures). He painted it on SO thick, I'm surprised it ever dried. I left embarrassed that I took my mom there, because her lady didn't do a great job either. Been going for my dip nails like three times. Each time with different guy but each did wonderful job. Never had a pedicure here until today. My technician was new to the salon but was very careful and did exactly what I asked for. I will definitely ask for Tina when I go back for my pedicures. Very very happy with this salon and their many services. Was there four days ago for my nails. Nam did a great job! Got my underarms waxed for the first time. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon and felt completely disregarded as a customer…read more I arrived for my 9:30 a.m. appointment only to be told that my nail technician had called in sick and that the salon had attempted to notify me at 9:15 a.m. By that time, I was already on the road and nearly at the salon. While I understand that emergencies happen, giving a customer only 15 minutes' notice for a cancellation is extremely frustrating and shows very little respect for the client's time. I asked whether another technician could perform the manicure, and a technician named Ab took over. During the appointment, he casually told me that he had been out with my original nail technician the night before and that they had gone bar-hopping together. Hearing that was upsetting because I had been told she was too sick to come to work. Whether or not that was the reason for her absence, it immediately made me question the explanation I had been given. After he applied the builder gel and polish, I noticed that several nails looked noticeably uneven. One side of multiple nails appeared much thicker and higher than the other, creating a ballooned, lopsided appearance. In addition, large portions of the sides of my nails were left without polish, leaving my natural nail visible. When I politely pointed out these concerns, I expected a professional discussion or an attempt to correct the issues. Instead, I was met with defensiveness and blame. I was told that I was wasting his time and that the problem was caused by my natural nail shape. While I understand that no one's nails are perfectly symmetrical, that does not explain why multiple nails had obvious product buildup on one side and incomplete polish coverage on the other. The technician then removed everything with a visibly poor attitude. Rather than trying to resolve the situation, he brought over the cashier and I felt as though I was being confronted for raising legitimate concerns about the quality of the work. After spending an hour in the salon, I left with no completed manicure and nails that looked worse than when I arrived. What shocked me most was that they still charged the full price of the service. I asked the cashier to contact the manager or owner and explain what had happened, but I was told that management instructed them to charge me in full despite the circumstances. I told them that this was unreasonable as they had taken off everything and left my nails looking worse (I have attached photos of how my nails looked when I left the salon). Everyone can make mistakes, but what truly matters is how a business handles them. Unfortunately, this salon demonstrated poor customer service, a lack of professionalism, and very little regard for its customers' time or concerns. Update: the owner called me and told me she is reporting me to the authorities. This is the worst gaslighting I have ever experienced. She was extremely defensive and did not apologize once. She told me that a service was provided and that I needed to pay. I explained that they messed up my nails then removed everything and left my nails in worse condition. I've encountered her before at another Aura location and stopped going there because the quality became inconsistent. When I called to make the appointment, the information about closing times and last appointments was contradictory, and the tone of the conversation already felt irritated. When I arrived and when I was checking out, the interaction was very abrupt and unfriendly. There was no warmth or basic customer service, which really affects the overall experience. To make matters worse, even after being charged $75 for a rushed and inconsistent refill, I still generously tipped. At this point, these prices for the level of service provided are just getting out of hand. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

I was able to call about an hour ahead of time to schedule an appointment, walked in 45 mins later and was able to be seated immediately. They served margaritas and even had a few snacks! The vibe and atmosphere was great. They offer so many great services including group packages (which might I add comes with a limo ride!!!). The services I requested AND received were: Deluxe Pedicure, Deluxe Manicure (with Shellac) and Eyebrow waxing. I would recommend Alex, MK, and Emma for an excellent experience. They did a really good job. They all took their time, made sure I was comfortable and that I liked the end result. My pedicure and manicure look great, and I cannot wait to come back.
