Today was my first visit at Ch. It's a smaller salon compared to some other nail salons. I got dip powder with tips which came out to $58 (before tip) after 10% off for their happy hour which I wasn't even aware they offered. I really appreciated the care with which my technician used the drill, really making sure to not nick my skin, and also the attention to detail. My nails came out looking super smooth and not bulky. Incredible quality of work done at this establishment. The nail market seems to be very saturated inside the loop. There are a lot of places that have much more polished interiors but not a lot of places that have this level of quality. They were able to help me get my chipped fingernails back to a presentable state, and the gentleman nail tech I had was so skilled. He paid so much attention to detail as he worked, measuring each nail against the others on the same hand and then making sure one hand matched the other. It's been almost 2.5 weeks since I've had them done, and no chipping! I called ahead and was able to be taken back right away, so I suggest doing that to make sure you don't have to wait. My initial review of this experience was good. the aesthetic is cool, they were friendly and inviting. There was no wait. Everyone is cute and they had great reviews. they also let me use my bday code early. I was getting my nails done for my birthday which was the 21st of May. I hadn't had them done in a really long time and was excited for a cute new set. The next day I noticed a few of the nails weren't glued down to my nail bed rather an accumulation of harden glue. I also noticed some slight lifting after the edges. By my actual bday and day 1 of my trip, they were lifted halfway. The day I got home one popped off...I was just grateful they lasted that long. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place! I've been going here for years. It's in a great location and the staff is super friendly! During the Covid pandemic they have made sure everything is kept safe and clean. Reservations only, temperature and hand wash required upon arrival and clear wraps around every station. If you don't have half a day to spend here, don't bother. This was my first time at the nail salon. I arrived 30 min early for my 10am appt. I went into the salon at 9:45am thinking they could take me earlier if possible and they did. I DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL 12PM!!!! I had to push my 11:30am meeting back 30 min to BARELY make it on time. It took 2.5 hours to do THIS. I got basic dip and a French manicure design (I've never gotten a design btw). When I checked in I made sure to ask if I would be out by 11am and was assured so. FOUR different people had to service my appointment. One of the girls filed my nails for what felt like 45 min and I got a dry manicure. Pushing and trimming my cuticle with no oil, lotion, or soaking in water--ouch . Any way, sure they look good, but not worth my time 2.5 hours later. I wish they would've been realistic about how long it would take and their skills of who could actually execute this design (aka 1 person only). read more

Interesting experience. Checked them out on Yelp and realized they have an online booking system which is always a plus for me. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning the only Monday they were open - right before Thanksgiving. The place is cute! Decorated nicely and really bright. If you're seeking a relaxing dimly lit experience, you won't get it here. However, you will get lots of color choices and a beverage to enjoy with your service. I opted for a gel manicure and the Ice Dancer pedicure which includes some additional foot care services. I figure the pedicure would take a little longer but didn't realize I'd be there so long. Even with getting the mani and pedi simultaneously and Khai's attentiveness, I was there almost 3 hours. Definitely didn't expect that and definitely didn't expect for my nail color to be a little off upon leaving. Ended up returning in the evening to have my nails fixed by Kay. I had an amazing experience as a first time guest at Footopia Nails. I was looking for a new nail place next to my house, and this was highly rated on Yelp. On Yelp, I messaged them asking for a quote for dip nails and I attached an image of the manicure I wanted. I got an immediate response (within minutes) from the owner saying they could take me now or put me on the calendar for anytime. I said I'd come now, and she responded back saying that she'd set me up with the nail tech Joemi. When I arrived, I noticed the location's appearance was not very impressive from the outside, but when I went in, I found a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The owner was expecting me and introduced me to my nail tech by name. Two people asked what I wanted to drink (complimentary) - they had several options including water (room temperature or cold) and wine. I went with water. Joemi already had the photo I sent on the quote and she knew what I was looking for. She helped me choose the color I wanted. She was super friendly and we chatted a bit while she did my nails. We started a little after 6p and finished a little before 8p. The first photo (in my car) is immediately after, and the second is two weeks later. They held up in perfect condition. As I left, the owner gave me an envelope which contained a letter thanking me for being a first time customer and several coupons for my return. Looking forward to being back! read more

Before reading this review, understand that I'm just a dude, and I probably don't know much about nail salons. My girlfriend said my feet were "ashy as f*ck," and I needed to get a pedicure. I looked up the closest pedicure place and came across Footopia & Nails. It was a sunday afternoon, so I called them to see if I could do a walk-in appointment. Luckily, they had space, so I ventured on my way. As I came in, I was brought to Holly, one of their nail techs. She sat me in a comfortable chair and brought me out a hot green tea to drink as I dipped feet in the bubbly warm water. She also gave me a menu to choose exactly what I wanted to do. The pedicures start at $30, but for some extra exfoliation and moisturizing, they will add more services for additional fees. Since my feet were super ashy, I went with the $40 service instead which included a "foot mask." Holly cleaned up all of my toenails, used a pumice stone to exfoliate my feet, and she massaged my legs up to my knee. She did a really good job, and afterwards, my feet felt like brand new. They turned from ashy to classy! A big thank you to Holly and the team at Footopia & Nails. I will definitely be back. read more
