When arriving, I completely missed my turn, GloGirl is kind of hard to get to. It's in between a gas station and a brand new strip center but the directions I received definitely did help. Stacey was so helpful. Very professional and friendly. I went with one friend and the bride in the bridal party. When it was my turn for my tan, she gave me her recommendations and walked me through each pose. It was like my first spray tan all over again but this time it was the best experience I ever had! In the beginning I had a top-notch experience. Member treats, including more lip balm than I ever needed, and many product samples, a few of which I have yet to use. Today, the member treats seem to be a thing of the past and the prices (for new members) have gone up significantly. The experience was still very good, just not quite up to the top-notch label anymore. Despite this, if you are looking for a membership based spa/salon for facials, Skoah is still one of the better deals out there. The non-member prices are higher but still somewhat competitive. The products are good quality, though to me they do seem a bit high-priced compared to others I have found that seem to work just as well. I will concede I may be a bit more budget-sensitive than the type of customer Skoah is really aiming for. The two main reasons I cancelled my membership are because I felt I was ready for a change regarding my skin care routine and the membership model didn't work for me anymore at this point in time. Those are reasons specific to me personally and probably will not apply to most people reading this.

When I arrived, I had to fill out a brief form. Carolina was wearing a medical grade mask when I arrived. My eyebrow wax was quick and painless. Carolina chatted with my to pass the time.
