I was referred by a friend in Florida and was told I would get 8 sessions free with this referral. Too good to be true. It's a small location the receptionist was friendly so was the aesthetician and consultant. The entire process for my armpits seemed doable then I went to the consultant and got roped into saying I will get so many things done worth 5K. That's on me though she did her job I placed a deposit of $795 and left. During my 10 minutes drive to work I contacted the office because reality hit and decided against all the things I didn't need. I was told I would be downgraded and wouldn't get the discounts etc. I was still willing to go get my armpits done in 2 months minus everything else. The consultant only seemed interested in me keeping my appointment which would mean she would get her commissions. 2 days went by no follow up so I decided to reach out to the head office. 3 days went by before a call back and my account was charged $795. 2 days later I finally got the receptionist who proceeded to send me paperwork to agree that I was only doing my armpits. I have taken pictures each time but decided to wait to promote until I went a few times and if I saw results. Beware of deceptive sales tactics I wanted to do business because I have heard many good things, however they kept pulling me around on the price; they would quote low then turn around and try to re quote higher, they did this to me twice. I called in and spoke to the manager Cristie about fullbody laser hair removal; I stressed to her that I wanted the entire body done, that there were no areas I would be skipping on. I further listed all the areas: Feet, Full legs, Brazillian, Stomach, Chest, Full Back, shoulders, Arms, Under arms, Hands, Face, Neck, Back of neck. She quoted me $8500 and said that was without any special promotions and told me if I went for a consultation we could see if there were any special deals going on for a better price. At the consultation I again repeated that I was looking for the entire body and I was quoted $13,000. I was shocked at the price increase, and to justify it she tried to tell me that the $8500 over the phone did not cover the entire body, only most of it. She tried to say that I had not made her aware of what my intention was when she quoted me the price. I told her $13,000 was unacceptable and that I was debating on going elsewhere that was vastly cheaper and she said she would see if she could work out a better deal before I made up my mind. I called back almost a week later and was quoted $8000 over the phone, and I again stressed it was for the entire body and she confirmed. She sent me the contract, after raking my card info for the deposit. When I looked at the contract the price was $8100, but some of the areas we discussed were missing. I talked to her on the phone and she said to accommodate the quoted price she had to remove areas I wanted done. I was livid. I cancelled the deal, and fortunately the bank declined the deposit for suspected fraud. I have since contacted them again to give them 1 last chance to honor their word, and was quoted $10,786.15 Before you sign any contract read it with a fine tooth comb, I have heard other people make similar complaints about this place online; this is a very scammy sales tactic. read more

I scheduled my appointment yesterday at 10:45 for my consultation (with possibility of getting my 1st session done if they had time) I must admit the decor was clean & cute inside & the location was easy to find. I'm greeted by the receptionist to fill out paperwork and then entered a room to consult with a lady. As the last review says "it's too good to be true...." She was right. I'm informed my "sessions" will not be beneficial & also splotchy if I do not buy more sessions after my free ones are used. I'm hit with quotes, estimates, etc of what I'd be paying if I do decide to continue my laser hair treatments. I took advantage of the free sessions specifically because it was free lol I see where they'd like to make more money off people but I felt pushed in a corner. When I asked if I could think about what I was informed I was told no. It was something that needed to be decided now or else I'd lose my discount and my free sessions!!! (Found out towards the end) Then I'm informed they do payment plans as I informed her I'm currently unemployed & would not like to commit to anything right now...this is where I definitely start feeling uncomfortable. She offers seeing if I'd even qualify for payment plans in the future (the offer would last up to 2wks) With that being said she also said verifying would NOT effect my credit score.etc... At the point I still had no desire to pay all this money for these sessions but again I felt pressured.
