This was my first experience with an injector and I was taken back how fake she is in person compared to her social media. However this was a blessing in disguise because I found my new injector and she did such a wonderful job on me and we were able to talk about my previous horrible experience and I would really suggest looking elsewhere then doing any procedure with her. After all was "healed" I realized the only thing she did was take my money and be extremely rough with my face. Im reporting her as well I encourage others don't be scared and also REPORT REPORT REPORT!!! Otherwise they will keep on doing this!

I have the monthly membership of Skin Gym and every time I come Kristie will adjust my facial based off my skin needs that month for ex; if I need more hydration, more exfoliation or more extractions etc. She will always address and skin concerns you have prior to working on your skin so she can focus on that. I always look forward to seeing her every month to get my monthly glow! Also love how they are partnered with Alle so you can get points as well per your visit.

Since that solitary appointment, she has relentlessly spammed me with "special deals and pricing." Text after text. Month after month. Year after year. I've politely asked to be removed from her list, and she promised to stop. Spoiler alert: she hasn't. What's even more maddening? There's no way to unsubscribe unless you count begging Donna to show mercy. Here's my suggestion: if you love mediocre facials and want a permanent pen pal in the form of relentless text spam, Skin Day Spa is the place for you. For everyone else, steer clear--unless you enjoy your phone blowing up with unsolicited texts from Donna for eternity.

Elevate your next spa or medspa treatment! I was warmly greeted by not one, but two of the kindest and sweetest receptionists as soon as I walked through the door. They checked me in via iPad on their desk kiosk, brought me water, and had me wait until I was introduced to the MOST AMAZING massage therapist, Lydia!!!! She has magic hands for sure!!! I had a really stressful week at work and I explained to her how much pain and ache I was feeling and after I left the spa. It was night and day! She explained to me different at-home Methods to try and alleviate my aches and pains, such as using a heating pad for 20 min before bed to help with tension. The spa is located on the 2nd level right as you enter the parking lot of the stomping grounds. I'm not sure if they have lockers and a changing room But they have a beautiful outdoor table to relax and sip drinks or water with gal pals or your SO. I also had a chance to meet the owner - Brittany (spelling might be wrong) but the entire experience from start to finish was equal to a five star luxury hotel spa but way more down to earth with extremely caring staff. They are amazing!!! Totally worth the splurge and I will definitely be spreading the word about how amazing their customer service and quality staff/therapists go above and beyond - that extra mile makes all the difference!!! The aesthetic, the music, and even the aromatics set the scene so well. Chill vibes all around. Definitely the best massage I have ever had! Instead of checking boxes like at a lot of other massage places, they speak to you about *why* you are coming in and what you want to get out of your treatment. Shonda (my masseuse) was very receptive and did an excellent job. I've had a lot of massages where there were some torturous parts thrown in unexpectedly, but there was none of that here! It was very relaxing the whole way through, and really helped to work out a lot of the tension in my back and hips. She even gave me a small recap about problem areas and what I need in the future. Afterwards I got to experience a salt treatment in a sauna-type space, which I had never experienced before. They say it is great for breathing, the joints, and the pores. One small downside is that they do not have any slippers or shoes for moving between sessions. So come prepared to put your shoes back on. Overall a great experience. A little on the pricey side, but great value for the experience.
