I saw Dr. Muhammad for a skin cancer check up. What I can describe from my experience is gross…read morenegligence at a bare minimum and also was just unprofessional. This was the fastest skin cancer check I have ever had which should have been a red flag, but I mistook her arrogance for actual knowledge. Dr Muhammad diagnosed me with a very serious skin condition with only her "clinical expertise" without confirmatory testing. She then prescribed a very serious medication with very serious side effects that should not have been prescribed to me with prior kidney issues without first testing my kidney function. Not once did she even go over the side effects or cautions of the medication she prescribed. I had to ask her several times to repeat the different things she was saying and prescribing for various things. She also then provided no support after diagnosing me with a disease that could have caused irreparable damage. Thankfully I came to my senses and realized she could be wrong and saw my GP who confirmed with testing she was wrong. Perhaps she should spend more time learning about appropriate patient care and less time making TikToks...

I never went back, which seemed like a natural conclusion to a meh experience. But Donna Early with Skin Day Spa had other plans. Since that solitary appointment, she has relentlessly spammed me with "special deals and pricing." Text after text. Month after month. Year after year. I've politely asked to be removed from her list, and she promised to stop. Spoiler alert: she hasn't. What's even more maddening? There's no way to unsubscribe unless you count begging Donna to show mercy. Here's my suggestion: if you love mediocre facials and want a permanent pen pal in the form of relentless text spam, Skin Day Spa is the place for you. For everyone else, steer clear--unless you enjoy your phone blowing up with unsolicited texts from Donna for eternity.
