I had my third visit with Helen over the weekend and all I can say is that it was incredibly satisfying! I tried something new- the Silky Smooth Anti-Cellulite Treatment. I didn't know what to expect. Helen coated my skin with the first oil based mask from my stomach down to my ankles and wrapped me up tight. It was all organic and my skin got hot so I know it was working! I didn't worry because she said the ingredients were all natural. After about 20 minutes, she wiped off the first mask and covered me with a cooling mask for another 20 minutes. Her process is so great! I felt super relaxed. After the timer rang for the second mask, she peeled it all off and I couldn't believe how smooth my skin was almost instantly. My skin was also more firm! Wow!!! I was so happy to have tried this service. Helen is so worth it! I can't recommend her enough. I've now tried three different services and I couldn't be happier each time! I met Helen when she was first learning to do lashes. She was asking for eyelash models in the local area to practice on so she could continue to get better. When I signed up I had never gotten individual eye lashes done before. My lashes are however pretty decent. I had learned that after moving to this area eyelashes are big around here. It is always interesting to me since I moved from the D.C. area and hardly anyone was doing eyelashes. They were really big into microdermabrasion and also permanent makeup. The esthetic industry can variety on the services that are wanted in that area. Anyway, when I first met Helen she was super easy to talk to. We discussed what I would like as we kept my lashes natural and added more of what would be considered an enhancement to my current lashes. It took roughly two hours and Helen and I kept talking the whole time. I was apprehensive about having my eyes shut for a two hours while laying down the whole time. I hate to sit still but the conversations made it pleasant and a great experience. Overall I loved the results. I had my lashes done one time since then by another person, I was a model again, and was disappointed by the results. My lashes lasted a lot longer and looked better when Helen did them while in training. You may ask why I haven't had them done again. Honestly my lashes are pretty nice and can be pricey. Once you get them I would encourage you to continue the upkeep because it will be less pricer in the long run. read more

I was told by a friend to check out Elestial spa on instagram due to all of the great things CBD has to offer people as I have been in search for a good, natural skin care regimen. I received a complimentary Rose Quartz CBD facial through a giveaway Helen hosted on her page. Never having a facial before I was a little unsure as to what to expect and was very excited to give it a try! We arranged the appointment which was very easy and she was very quick to respond to any questions I may have had. When I got to the salon it was a little confusing as to where to go once inside but the receptionists were happy to help direct you to Elestial Spas specific spot. Upon entering the room you get a very calm and soothing vibe. Beautifully thought out decor to make it cool and homey. Helen is absolutely lovely and makes you feel very comfortable. She is very informative and lets you know what/why she is doing whatever she is doing before she does it. The facial was absolutely amazing and so relaxing! The massage of the arms and hands is divine and the whole experience left me feeling like I was riding on cloud 9. I was lucky enough to find Elestial Spa through a friend of a friend. I was recommended to follow Helen on Instagram to see if I liked what she had to offer and boy did I! I originally met Hellen when she worked at a different spa. When I first met her I was going to get my first Brazilian wax done. Being as awkward and nervous as I usually am. While getting it done not only did I feel close to no pain at all, it was the most down to earth visit I've ever had. Never did I feel uncomfortable, she's the sweetest person and is so easy to talk to. Fast forward to now, I get my eyelashes don't by her. I had always gone back and forth with them prior to getting them done because I didn't know how they would look and I didn't want massive eyelashes and for them to look super fake or anything. Hellen being as amazing as she is always makes sure that my eyelashes are super natural looking but also very noticeable.
