For the last 5+ years I have seen various members of the BCRN team and they have continuously improved over the years (AND even gotten MORE BEAUTIFUL)! Let me start off by saying how beautiful the space was when walked in. The front staff was warm and friendly as if I'd already knew them. I went in for a hydra facial with esthetician Celina who was friendly and very informative on my rosacea sensitive skin. I've been going to BCRN for almost as long as it's existed and I don't trust anyone else with my face! Both Holli and Bri deliver every single time. I've mostly been seeing Holli for the last year due schedule coordination and I'm SO glad I gave her a chance. I credit her with a huge percentage of my glow up. I go for tox every 2-3 months, lip, cheek, chin and undereye filler as needed and skin pen. I recently tried PRF EZ gel under my eyes and I am THRILLED. read more

Overall, I had an unpleasant experience. I visited this facility with a friend to get hydrafacials. Her facial lasted approximately 30 minutes longer than mine. My hydrafacial, that I paid $240 for, was merely 25 minutes and did not leave my skin glowing after. Two days prior to my scheduled appointment, I received a text asking me to change my time because of a conflict. Since I was going with a friend who was also getting a facial at the same time, I kindly asked to keep my time. Now looking back, I believe this is why my esthetician perhaps rushed through my facial, because she had somewhere else to be on a Saturday. I spoke with my friend afterwards who said that her esthetician performed manual extractions and really took the time to go above and beyond for her. I've been coming here for two years now and highly recommend BCRN for all your aesthetic needs!! I see Chris for SkinPen and facials, and I see Bri for IPL, NT, and any other new things they've got! Bri and Chris are always a pleasure to see! They're friendly, funny, and are SO knowledgeable. If you want to maintain a "natural" look definitely come here! The staff is always awesome as well and both locations are easy to find. Scheduling appointments is easy and online. Also, they were super safe during COVID. I can't recommend BCRN enough. The staff is as sweet as they come and they have created such a welcoming environment. Every med spa that I have visited in the past has had a pretentious and stuffy feel and so I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am to have found BCRN. Usually when you book an appointment at a medical spa they want you there a bit early to fill out paperwork or not hold up other appointments. I would not recommend making the first appointment. If it's at 9am they literally won't open the doors until 9am and make you wait outside the door like it's a super market. read more

I discovered BCRN on Instagram during the pandemic and was very interested in seeing them for a consultation. I had a virtual consultation to talk about my skin concerns and goals. As soon as I was vaccinated, I booked an appointment with Chris for a hydrafacial and dermaplaning. Chris is wonderful and so friendly. She explains each step of the process. I recently got SkinPen with her as well and it was just as lovely. I highly recommend Chris for all things facial. Maybe I'll become brave enough to get poked with some Botox or filler soon and will update my review. read more

A month after getting Dysport my results did not meet anything close to satisfactory. As if I had nothing done. Still have the furrow between the brows. Manager Kristy could not offer any resolution. I would never recommend their services. read more

This weekend I did lip filler for the first time after thinking about it for years and I am so happy I discovered BCRN and finally did it. Nathaly was my NP and she was amazing-she is very knowledgeable, kind, and gentle. I don't like needles at all but she made the experience even better than I could have hoped. I cannot day enough good things about this place!! I first came here following my girl Melanie (who I will never ever leave I've followed her for 8 years now) and I was happy to see her new spot was so amazing. First off; SEE MELANIE she is the absolute best. She explains everything and covers any questions you may have, and makes suggestions that (for me) have always been perfect. She's the BEST. Second: the front desk staff is great. Jordan is so nice and helpful, online appts are a breeze but if you have to call she is a sweetie and takes care of any booking issues you may have. Third: they have amazing specials and if you follow Bri on insta she's highly informative and always keeps you up to date on new products or specials they are offering. Best spot in Houston, without a doubt. Parking is super easy, (which is rare inside the loop), with that being said this place may be tricky to find on the first visit, so give yourself some time to locate it off the 59 feeder. read more

I will never go anywhere else. Nathalie takes such great care of me and takes the time to explain everything I need to know. I don't feel pressured and very comfortable in every appointment. What I love the most is that everything is very natural looking - Nathalie is careful in placements of filler and botox and I get compliments all of the time about my skin and how "refreshed" I look. Melanie is amazing! I have never had botox and was referred to her by 2 of my friends. She explains everything in great length during the consultation and she KNOWS HER STUFF!
