In which I do not mind at all - I'm very easy and understanding. I am big on referrals and ironically the morning this happened I had just referred a few gfs to her. I am very friendly. I tip well and extra on holidays. I'm understanding with timing. Etc. for her not to accommodate me with a slap on the wrist as a new customer, was my sign to move on from this place! I even had had an upcoming appointment a couple weeks out and canceled that (lost my deposit on that) - but that's okay, I believe everything in life comes back tenfold when you are kind, compassionate and generous. Greed never wins! I also text her letting her know I was late due to the passing of my grandmother as I was in the middle of arranging her funeral and I left my house frantic - missed the exit.
