I've been using Ashley for about 9 months and she is great though in all fairness she is the first and only esthetician I have ever been to. She has performed various treatments and all have been stellar. She has never messed up my skin and caused me any excessive pain during extractions. Another biggie for me is that she never tries to push her products on me. The only time she tried was when I requested info about what she uses because it's so good. In regards to pricing, I feel like it's fair for the top notch service you get. The facilities are also very nice and comforting with tons of parking. I nearly fall asleep sometimes since it's so comfortable in there. She's a great conversationalist so that helps the appointments fly by. I first went to Ashley a few years ago when I first started getting facials then stopped. As the years have taken a toll on my skin I remembered how I enjoyed Ashley's work and found her at the new location. I see Tiffany because she's not as busy as Ashley, who seems to book a month out, and the process seems like the same. Tiffany is super sweet and gentle to my sensitive skin and has recommended great options to help remove sunspots and acne scars without the use of lasers. Side note: She also inadvertently helped me with a major health issue which only improved my skin health exponentially. It's food related but still was a huge deal. For that I can't thank her enough because I went from acne-riddled to blemish free. I would absolutely recommend Ashley and Tiffany. I've never been pushed into different treatments like lactic acid or microdermabrasion but made the choice after thorough discussion about what works for my sensitive skin. My skin is amazing now and though I still get blemishes when I eat certain foods I'm not supposed I'm completely satisfied with where my skin is now. In terms of price I've had cheap facials and fancy hotel spa facials and I prefer Tiffany any day. Hotel spas are notoriously expensive no matter how great and the cheap ones make me cringe because they don't feel gentle and the person doing it is pulling and yanking at my skin. For me, my skin is an investment and the price is acceptable for what I want. read more

Oh my God I am so excited right now!!!! I am a tattoo artist, so 90% of my day is spent with my hands packed into latex gloves. This has made them super dry and cracked all the time and I even have callouses that split open quite often. Well I'm in town visiting my mom, who recommended Ashley to do a skin treatment. I just had my first brazilian wax with Ashley and it was awesome. I've been getting waxed for over 10 years, and I've had some great waxes and some really bad ones. She has now moved to a new location and partnered up with a massage therapist, Liz Keels, who is also truly incredible! Ashley uses high quality, organic products and knows so much about skincare. Before Ashley my facial experiences were not the best. They didn't improve my skin, they were too expensive, and I went home with still visibly clogged pores. About a year ago, my skin changed and I started breaking out again, and I noticed I was developing crow's feet and wrinkles on my forehead! I found Ashley through all of her amazing reviews at 1724 and have never been disappointed. Based on the location of your breakouts on your face, she can offer dietary and lifestyle changes to help improve your skin, her facials are so relaxing (I've fallen asleep on her table before...), and the variety of peels she offers have really improved the areas of visible aging on my face. This girl should be getting zero, but unfortunately, due to yelp, had to give it one star. To begin with, she does not have a warm, friendly attitude as one would want when you go in a spa and get a facial done. She is intimidating and doesn't know how to accommodate to other's skin. Very important, she DOES NOT know how to do extractions on skin that is breaking out. She does it and it makes areas that didn't have any spots get inflamed and get pimples like the same night. Not only does her facial not help, it is pointless. Had a facial done by her and simply my money went in the trash. I highly would not recommend her, unless you are just looking to do a general facial with no particular concerns. Even then, there are many better in every corner of the city. read more
