I do like my nails, however, I feel like I was overcharged. It clearly states full set pink/white $45. I got a full set but just wanted all pink. Its honestly less work for the tech since she doesn't have to do 2 powders and I was charged $65. I just don't understand the $20 up charge. I didn't get shellac polish, they are short so no extra filing, etc. I've never paid so much for a basic set before and won't go back if they are going to charge me more than stated prices without just cause. read more

It's small but relaxing and prices are much cheaper than the "fancier" salons with a zillion chairs. You don't feel rushed. Holly is an amazing nail tech and does a great job. I visited this hidden gem for the second time and it was wonderful I got a mani pedi with acrylic for my nails and regular polish for my toes. I was greeted by Hannah and Joanna who were absolutely amazing the best treatment I have had at any salon. I showed a reference picture to Joanna for my nails and it was executed perfectly and honestly exceeded my expectations. The pedicure was just as amazing Hannah was gentle and did a magnificent job. Ended up going to PureLux off of Shepherd and 11th to get it fixed because Footopia didn't have time to. Purelux did fantastic job.I hated to pay double to get a good manicure, so I won't be going back to Footopia. Just read Footopias response. Yes, you were fully booked when I arrived the day before my vacation to get my chip nails fixed, so I decided to go to another place to get my nails redone, as I still needed time to pack (which is why I went to Footopia to get my nails done during my lunch break). This place was hands down one of my favorite nail shops. Customer service is impeccable and everyone goes out of their own way to make customers happy. I was in the area and wanted to get my acrylics off. My technician took her time to soak each nail and wrapped them in foil. (Usually other shops try to take off your nails by using another fake nail or just have you soak it in a bowl of acetone) but not here. I really appreciated how she took care of me, I ended up asking for an actual manicure. It was phenomenal. Nails looked great and I told her I wanted to take a little break before going back to fake nails and she even applied nail strengthener on my real nails and went above and beyond.
