"Google search got me here and I'm so glad it did" I was just looking for a quick gel manicure nothing too fancy or complicated; still they made it feel like the most luxurious experience. I got there no reservation hoping to get a spot for me, they got me in immediately. The place is clean, spacious and love the natural light coming from the floor to ceiling windows. The girl to did my manicure was so detailed oriented and careful I appreciate that bc I had bad experiences when they rush but this place took their time to make it right. Great reviews and specifically about customer service. I will say that they are not cheap. But on par for what I normally spend. Upon entry it's clean, and immediately greeted and no wait. I was very happy with the way my nails came out. Even with my short nails she managed to make them look nice. $65 for the full set and $5 for cuticle trim. My friend bragged to me about this nail salon so I had to try. Omgoodness where do I start....it gives spa vibes. I instantly became relaxed and even started dozing off due to comfy vibes. They have big plush massage chairs. Various alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Someone walks around with a snack tray offering popcorn, pretzels, candy etc. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. I showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted and she made it happen. My only issue is parking. I rode around for 8 mins looking for parking. I would recommend going at a less busy time because parking can be crucial. read more

This was the best nail experience I have ever had in my years of going to nail salons. The service was top tier. Immediately after walking in I was helped and brought to a chair to be serviced. I do think it's important to note that I went at a non-busy time, (mid day Monday). After being sat for a pedicure a nail tech came out to do my manicure as well. Her name was Tia & she was the sweetest. Never have I ever been to a nail salon where they cared about the health of my nails until this place!! Tia asked what I wanted out of my nail journey so I said I wanted to grow out my nails. I had booked for gel-x and she made a plan for me going forward that would aid the strength and growth of my nails. Absolutely loved how my nails turned out too and how long they've lasted!! My new favorite nail salon! I was in the area and had time for a mani so I stopped in. They allow walk ins but they do also have booking online as well! You check in via a kiosk upon entry (or with the front desk attendee). They are always so welcoming and ensure my comfort! i have gotten a regular manicure and gel and have been more than happy each time! my gel polish lasted nearly 3 weeks while the regular polish lasted almost 2 weeks! so fantastic and the prices are great. theres a small shared lot for parking but i havent ran into any issues finding a spot yet. read more

Amy, my tech, did a great job with my pedicure. I was really impressed by how carefully she worked to ensure my skin was baby soft. On my last day of my work trip, I drove by the shop and instantly called to find out if they had any availability, one of the owners ( two sisters) ensured me I could come by within 10 minutes and will be well taken care of. I went in for a Gel Pedicure & Gel X Manicure. Upon walking, you will notice how spacious and brand new the shop is. It is also well maintained. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was seated pretty quickly (although there was a 10-15 minute wait before the nail tech came out). The inside was very luxe and cute, and featured a bar right when you walk in. They also had some fall decor throughout the salon, which I thought was a nice touch. I came for gel removal and a gel manicure. They had a good selection of colors to choose from, and the service itself was great. My nail tech Susan was quiet, but I honestly prefer that when I get my nails done. Her attention to detail was top-notch, and she was able to make my short nails still look elegant and feminine. My nails were cut much shorter than expected, the shape is not quite as expected. It seems thick, but it may just seem like that given the length. Overall I would recommend for maybe pedicure or something simple. I did vocalize that I wanted only a little length taken off and same shape; however my expectations were not met. read more

I was unhappy with the turn out of my nails because originally I'd asked for a powder dip between two colors for an ombré look. The amount of powder dip applied was too expensive making the nail too thick, so much that powder was stuck under my nail and when buffed it thinned/ removed my natural nail. A second nail tech buffed them out to a nice shape and thickness. Unfortunately that removed the ombré technique from some nails leaving me with different looking nails. She did offer to add design but that's not my preference or look I originally wanted. I give the two starts because aside not being happy with my actual service all the staff was very polite but regardless this is a paid service that I was unhappy with. This was a return to this nail salon from my first visit I requested the same service but my nails within an hour started peeling from the shellac and started cracking on my powder color. Calling immediately and showing pictures the front desk was only able to give me a certificate value of my service. I got a shellac pedicure and then i got my nails done with a almond shaped ombré nude set. This place is very nice inside and plenty of selections of powders and shellac to pick from. The staff are really nice and helpful. I've came in twice and enjoyed my experiences. Tia was the one who was rude, and unprofessional. She is the worst tech I have ever been with in my life. And for your salon to back her up after she kept telling me that my nails were wafer thin and that I could not have chrome. Even if that is what you think, you do not tell a client that. Tia should have given me the chrome that I asked for. Tia should not have been rude. Tia also cut me and stupidly blamed my "thin" skin. Lying and saying it was her brand new buffer. It was not her buffer, it was the cuticle scissors. She could gave caused an infection. You have the nerve to back up an incompetent manicurist who is rude. She should find a different line of work.
