"Google search got me here and I'm so glad it did" I was just looking for a quick gel manicure nothing too fancy or complicated; still they made it feel like the most luxurious experience. I got there no reservation hoping to get a spot for me, they got me in immediately. The place is clean, spacious and love the natural light coming from the floor to ceiling windows. The girl to did my manicure was so detailed oriented and careful I appreciate that bc I had bad experiences when they rush but this place took their time to make it right. Complimentary drinks offered and I was pleasantly surprised they had chocolate cake!!!! Give it to me!! The result was great! Pretty color and clean nails! You can tell is a very detailed work done, will definitely come back for a pedicure session! PS: I just love when they have a clean and cool restroom read more

Bella is a true nail artist! In all my visits! It's as if she reads my thoughts then puts it on my nails. I love how sanitary this place is. You can observe them sanitizing stations after each guest. Everyone is always pleasant . They have a bar they make great drinks!! I love from my first visit they ensured I was paired with the right person based on all the extra designs and details I like. I tell Bella we in a relationship now!! Every visit!! It's incredibly hard to find the right nail person. Had a pedicure here as well. Diane was wonderful!! This is my shop now and always!! I try to make it every three weeks. I went too long one time, my nails still looked amazing and no breaks!! Love this place 10 out of 10!! I send everyone here!! read more

My go-to place for pedicures. Great quality Nails Lounge! We have both called ahead for verbal resys and been walk-ins. I've gotten a pedicure every visit (soft & silky) and add on manicure every other visit. The massage chairs are so comfortable and clean. The service at Luvish Nails Lounge is the best! Ps- word is Tea is the best for more involved nails. read more

I found this place not by Yelp but by google as I was looking for a CBD pedicure which led me to this place. Of course I cross checked with Yelp. Great reviews and specifically about customer service. I will say that they are not cheap. But on par for what I normally spend. Upon entry it's clean, and immediately greeted and no wait. This was a Tuesday. Lol It was quiet and my Cbd pedicure was everything and more. The nail techs were friendly and gentle! The nail tech doing my toes even stated that this pedicure smelled amazing. Lots of colors to choose from regular polish and gel. I will be back going forward As they have this gelatin pedicure with coffee scrub I would like to indulge in! read more

from booking to finish everything about my experience was wonderful. the quality of their products and results are top notch , and the effort of their hospitality was the icing on the cake. the establishment has a very lavish , high end but laid back feel. I got the luxurious and ascended pedi with a gel polish, which was extensive and thorough - it even came with a complimentary aftercare lotion pack to take home! Amy took wonderful care of me, was so kind and welcoming. i LOVE intricate nail designs and Bella made sure i was satisfied during each step of the process! she did a fabulous job with my nails and i'll definitely be coming back for a refill! my set was $150 (excluding tip), and i was super happy walking out after my appointment. read more

My friend bragged to me about this nail salon so I had to try. Omgoodness where do I start....it gives spa vibes. I instantly became relaxed and even started dozing off due to comfy vibes. They have big plush massage chairs. Various alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Someone walks around with a snack tray offering popcorn, pretzels, candy etc. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. I showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted and she made it happen. My only issue is parking. I rode around for 8 mins looking for parking. I would recommend going at a less busy time because parking can be crucial. read more

Great customer service! My favorite nail salon in the area. Very clean, friendly and accommodating.

This was the best nail experience I have ever had in my years of going to nail salons. The service was top tier. Immediately after walking in I was helped and brought to a chair to be serviced. I do think it's important to note that I went at a non-busy time, (mid day Monday). After being sat for a pedicure a nail tech came out to do my manicure as well. Her name was Tia & she was the sweetest. Never have I ever been to a nail salon where they cared about the health of my nails until this place!! Tia asked what I wanted out of my nail journey so I said I wanted to grow out my nails. I had booked for gel-x and she made a plan for me going forward that would aid the strength and growth of my nails. Absolutely loved how my nails turned out too and how long they've lasted!! The entire experience was very relaxing and their attentiveness, as well as attention to detail was extraordinary!! Highly recommend and will keep coming back read more

My new favorite nail salon! I was in the area and had time for a mani so I stopped in. They allow walk ins but they do also have booking online as well! You check in via a kiosk upon entry (or with the front desk attendee). They are always so welcoming and ensure my comfort! i have gotten a regular manicure and gel and have been more than happy each time! my gel polish lasted nearly 3 weeks while the regular polish lasted almost 2 weeks! so fantastic and the prices are great. theres a small shared lot for parking but i havent ran into any issues finding a spot yet. read more

I came here since I live in the area and I am impressed! The salon is so nice and clean and the staff members were very friendly. I came in to get an acrylic full set and my friend got a full face wax. We both left with zero complaints! My nails turned out amazing and she loved her wax. I highly recommend coming here and I will be back soon! Unfortunately 3 of my nails popped off while I was on vacation. This has never happened to me before when I have gone to any other nail salon. I called to make an appointment over the phone and the process was seamless. I immediately got a confirmation text, which was very helpful. I opted to get a Milky Silky pedicure ($58). Amy, my tech, did a great job with my pedicure. I was really impressed by how carefully she worked to ensure my skin was baby soft. In addition to callus removal, the Milky Silky pedicure also includes the following: mint lemon scrub exfoliation, paraffin wax, and a 12 min. hot stone massage followed up by an avocado mask with hot towels. It was very clean in the shop and everyone was friendly. I was offered a choice of hot/iced tea, coffee, water or soda as a beverage. read more

Horrible customer service. Jennifer the owner is very rude and condescending. The quality of service received was poor. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she smirked and was dismissive. On my last day of my work trip, I drove by the shop and instantly called to find out if they had any availability, one of the owners ( two sisters) ensured me I could come by within 10 minutes and will be well taken care of. I went in for a Gel Pedicure & Gel X Manicure. Upon walking, you will notice how spacious and brand new the shop is. It is also well maintained. I was quickly seated and two wonderful ladies attended to my manicure and pedicure. I have to say this was by far one of the best experienced I have had. They made sure I was happy throughout the entire process; from being comfortable in my chair, to the color choices, shape, prices for additional length & design to just being personable. Congratulations again on the shop ladies and ask for Jenny for pedicure & Thao N ( for Gel X) read more

I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was seated pretty quickly (although there was a 10-15 minute wait before the nail tech came out). The inside was very luxe and cute, and featured a bar right when you walk in. They also had some fall decor throughout the salon, which I thought was a nice touch. I came for gel removal and a gel manicure. They had a good selection of colors to choose from, and the service itself was great. My nail tech Susan was quiet, but I honestly prefer that when I get my nails done. Her attention to detail was top-notch, and she was able to make my short nails still look elegant and feminine. As the polish is still new I can't speak to the longevity yet, but I can definitely see myself coming back here for my next manicure. read more

Pros: very very clean, lots of options for colors and types of manicures, reasonable prices Cons: my nail tech was a little rude, and I was not happy with my manicure I got builder gel, which is hard to find. My nails were cut much shorter than expected, the shape is not quite as expected. It seems thick, but it may just seem like that given the length. Overall I would recommend for maybe pedicure or something simple. I did vocalize that I wanted only a little length taken off and same shape; however my expectations were not met. read more

I was unhappy with the turn out of my nails because originally I'd asked for a powder dip between two colors for an ombré look. The amount of powder dip applied was too expensive making the nail too thick, so much that powder was stuck under my nail and when buffed it thinned/ removed my natural nail. A second nail tech buffed them out to a nice shape and thickness. Unfortunately that removed the ombré technique from some nails leaving me with different looking nails. She did offer to add design but that's not my preference or look I originally wanted. I give the two starts because aside not being happy with my actual service all the staff was very polite but regardless this is a paid service that I was unhappy with. This was a return to this nail salon from my first visit I requested the same service but my nails within an hour started peeling from the shellac and started cracking on my powder color. Calling immediately and showing pictures the front desk was only able to give me a certificate value of my service. I was upset because I'd visited that day to have my nails done for a wedding and that was inconvenient read more

I ran across a ad on social media about this place and seen their special so i had to hop on this deal for their grand opening. I got a shellac pedicure and then i got my nails done with a almond shaped ombré nude set. This place is very nice inside and plenty of selections of powders and shellac to pick from. The staff are really nice and helpful. I've came in twice and enjoyed my experiences. They offer coffee and tea in the early morning and after 11/12 i believe you can get served a mimosa or selected cocktails they have. read more

Tia was the one who was rude, and unprofessional. She is the worst tech I have ever been with in my life. And for your salon to back her up after she kept telling me that my nails were wafer thin and that I could not have chrome. Even if that is what you think, you do not tell a client that. Tia should have given me the chrome that I asked for. Tia should not have been rude. Tia also cut me and stupidly blamed my "thin" skin. Lying and saying it was her brand new buffer. It was not her buffer, it was the cuticle scissors. She could gave caused an infection. You have the nerve to back up an incompetent manicurist who is rude. She should find a different line of work. If you back up someone who cuts the client and is rude and insulting your doors will soon be closed. I will post this on Google and on all my social media accounts now. Tia is incompetent and should not work with customers read more
