Had a great first time experience at this salon! Definitely will comeback! I was a walk in for pedicure they immediately got someone available for service, KIM was amazing very detailed oriented and made my toes look beautiful and clean. I had a complimentary drink and enjoyed my chair massage. I really liked the decoration and I appreciate the fact that there are no TVs hanging all over the walls, sometimes that can be overstimulating but here it was just perfect to relax and unwind. The music was really good share the playlist !! Will come back and get another service: staff and premises are amazing! read more

I came to Executive Nails & Spa because a friend recommended it, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I got a pedicure and a builder gel refill with French tips. While the technician was doing my nails, I noticed the white polish on the French tips was missing along the sides of several nails. I pointed it out while he was still working and asked if he could add another coat or fix the missing white. He told me another coat would make the nails "too thick" and wouldn't look right. I then asked if he could at least fix the sides where the white was missing, but he ignored my concerns and finished my nails anyway. When I went to pay, I asked to speak with someone because I was unhappy with the result. They said they would have the technician fix it. Instead of correcting the missing white, he came back with a file and started filing the sides of my nails. I stopped him and explained that filing wasn't the issue the problem was the missing white polish. His response was, "It's the sides, no one's going to notice that." At that point, I was beyond frustrated. I spoke to someone else, who offered to have another technician fix my nails if I waited. However, my appointment had started at 12:30 p.m., and I had already been there for almost three hours. I had pointed out the problem multiple times while my nails were being done, and it shouldn't have taken a second technician or more waiting time to get something so simple corrected. For the amount I paid, I expected much better quality and customer service. Instead, my concerns were dismissed, and I left with nails that looked unfinished. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. Service date: July 26, 2026. read more

A solid experience. I came here with some friends, and service is super efficient. I got a pedicure and my old gel removed on my hands. Pricing is a bit higher than the places I have gone to in the past, but the pedicure definitely came with an experience (massage, cooling towels and complimentary drinks). Definitely check this place out. It's clean, pretty inside and very relaxing. read more

Atmosphere: 10/10 very calm and quiet Service: 10/10 timely, detail oriented, thorough Drinks: 10/10 complimentary and delicious Staff: 10/10 friendly, attentive, good communication I had Mark and Jenny for my nails and they were fantastic! Greeted very warmly, you don't feel rushed, very clean and gorgeous space. They are so detail oriented, Jenny who did my nails noticed that I had a crooked finger and asked if she could adjust the nail to straighten it, I have never had a nail tech notice and adjust the tip. Mark was sooo thorough tidying up my toes and very attentive EVEN AFTER I had already tipped him! I think the pricing is very reasonable considering quality of the service, space, and experience. For a QUALITY full set, long, deep French I paid 95. read more

I had a great experience at this location!! Lots of available parking and very friendly staff. I came with a friend and we were able to sit next to each other, which was great. Lots of great complimentary drinks - I ended up getting a ginger tea with lemon but I'm definitely going to have to try the Vietnamese coffee next time. I got the paraffin gel pedicure which was really nice. So many different color options and the wax left my feet feeling so soft and warm. I'd definitely come back to treat myself or for a special occasion. read more

The salon is very nice. The service was great and the drinks are superb. Beware tho you may want to take cash money because they charge a $2 device charge to use your credit card or debit card. I thought that was a bit ridiculous to change that amount, I mean you know you have to pay your credit card company when opening a business, just add that into the pricing of your services. It's ridiculous how these businesses want us to pay their fees and we are already supporting your businesses!!! read more

I haven't written a review in a while, but I believe this salon deserves one... I am from NJ and am visiting Texas for a wedding. I needed a last minute pedicure so I called and they said I could walk in. Upon arrival, the salon looked very clean AND beautiful. I was honestly shocked. They offered me a cocktail which I was honestly surprised about because I'm not used to nail salons offering cocktails. I did the paraffin pedicure and Oliver took care of me. He was very meticulous and made me feel comfortable. He did such a fantastic job and he was very detailed oriented. The pedicure included a massage and I felt so relaxed. I have never ever felt this happy, satisfied and relaxed being in a nail salon. The receptionist was also very kind. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend this spot. Nowadays it's difficult to find a place, but this is a nail salon you NEED to visit! read more

I needed my nails done badly on NYE. I got the dipping powder on my natural nails. I like the shape and color. This salon is beautiful. You can BYOB or order up to 3 complimentary drinks. I was charged at $2 convenience fee which I was unsure why or what that fee is for (maybe cause I was a walk in and/or a new customer???) I didn't bother asking either so I would just be aware of the asinine charges here. Probably won't be back here. read more

Strayed away from the nail salon I always go to and regretted it. $100 total without tip: $48 for the refill, $25 for "deep" french (which i hate), $20 for chrome and $5 for an almond shape, then $2 for a convenience fee. What convenience? I normally pay $120 for the same refill and a deluxe pedicure. Never again. Nail tech was really nice. Absolutely nothing wrong with the quality besides i think id rather have the thicker french and my $25 back. read more

This is my second visit to this wonderful place. Now I am late to the game but after having realized that pampering your feet is a very very important and a necessary indulgence. I am very fond of a good pedicure. Executive Nails may be hidden in a strip center but their professionalism and eye for above average service really sets them apart. From the bar which caters to their normal wine/mimosas drinking clientele but also to the whiskey drinking ones as well. I definitely recommend the Fresh Fruit Pedicure as a starter anyway. I'm officially obsessed. I've been searching high and low for a nail salon that's clean, professional, talented and welcoming--and I finally found it! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The space is chic and spotless (bonus points for actually sterilizing tools in front of you ). I got a " Treat Yourself" pedicure, and not only did it turn out flawless, but the attention to detail was next-level. They really take their time to make sure your nails are perfect--not rushed like some other places. Plus, they helped me choose the prettiest shade (which I've already gotten compliments on). Pricing is fair for the quality, and they're not pushy about upselling which I really appreciate. If you're picky about your nails (like I am), this is your sign to book. You won't regret it! read more

I had called 5 days earlier to make my appointment with a specific pedicure person and specific manicure person. They did ask me who I preferred. The person making the appointment even verified they both worked Sundays. I arrived and was 20 minutes into my pedicure when the tech asked me who was doing my manicure. I told him and he looked at me and said she quit a month ago. When no one came, I asked the tech to find out how much longer before someone could do my manicure and he requested the manager . The manager told me it would be at least 15 minutes. I had no choice but to wait. The person who eventually came was nice, but did not really know about dip it seems. She didn't let my nails soak, and then cut my nails with the old dip still on. My nails shattered. I asked her to please stop after I looked at my first hand. The polish color I selected I was told was not available. And it goes on. When I went to check out they said there would be a discount. I was not after a discount, but rather to have my nails done right. The dip was super thick and looked terrible. Today I had to go to another salon and have everything redone. read more

The staff is very friendly. I went there for the first time to get a fill and my nails looked horrible. They weren't smoothed out enough but none of them broke or popped off. I went a second time and had my nails done by a different person and within two days I had 3 broken or cracked nails. I went back to get the nails fixed and others have since broken within 2 days. I am not sure what products are being used but nails cost too much for them to break and pop off within a couple of days. I will not be going back. read more

There was a major language barrier between me and my nail tech. What I wanted wasn't what I got, and the service as a whole was stressful because I couldn't communicate anything. Overall I feel like they came out pretty bad. There is also a ton of excess dip power under and around my nails. Vibe of the place was nice, but would not go back based on this experience. Will not return. I will say I have been 3 other times and the service has been fine and my only gripe was that they did not have opi products. Today I had an appointment scheduled for 5 pm. I ended up walking an out at 5:40 pm with my nails and hands in horrible shape. All they did was soak my ENTIRE hand in acetone for 30 min. I had tips on and they didn't cut them before so my hands were a sticky mess and hurt from being soaked in acetone. I went to Verona nails down the street and was helped right away. read more

Unfortunately, my experience today, August 9, 2026, with the front desk associate, whom I believe is named Kim, was extremely disappointing. This is not my first interaction with her, and I have consistently found her demeanor, communication style, and overall approach to customer service to be noticeably less welcoming and professional than the other team members I have encountered at this location. During today's visit, I inquired about the five-day touch-up policy. I was told that I could not receive a touch-up and that doing so would be considered an "abuse" of the policy. I found both the statement and the manner in which it was delivered inappropriate and unnecessarily accusatory. If a five-day touch-up is an established company policy, a customer attempting to utilize that policy should not be characterized as abusing it. If there are limitations or additional conditions associated with the policy, those should be communicated clearly and respectfully. Having worked in customer service for more than 15 years, I understand that policies sometimes require explanation or clarification. However, how that information is communicated matters tremendously. Customers should feel welcomed, respected, and comfortable asking questions not as though they are doing something wrong for inquiring about a service or policy available to them. I want to emphasize that this feedback is not a reflection of the entire location. Yemi and Abigail have both provided exceptional service, and their professionalism is a large part of why I have continued returning. However, today's interaction was disappointing enough that I am now considering taking my business elsewhere. I am sharing this feedback because I believe management should be aware of the experience being created at the front desk. For a business centered around personal care and repeat clientele, professionalism, courtesy, and respectful communication should be consistent from the moment a client walks through the door.

Also, she has many years of experience and is very good at what she does. I don't know about you, bur I prefer the tv on in the room as opposed to a silent "relaxing" atmosphere where I can psych myself out with all my "ouch this is gonna hurt" thoughts. I expected a Brazilian to be the most painful thing ever but surprisingly it wasn't. She also gets the most painful areas done first so it gradually gets better...and goes super quickly. My advice? Prepare for the worst, but don't be surprised by the best. Also, don't forget to breathe (seriously! If you tense up you will bruise and trust me it's so not cute.)

When I walked-in, I was greeted kindly and the wait time was nonexistent. The place is basic with white walls, ~4-6 private rooms and 1 restroom (accessible). I was offered a special on a Brazilian (buy one, get one free). Now, the follow-up session went better than I expected. The tech was mindful of the wax's temperature and asked me before starting. I've been burned before at a different shop, so this aspect of the experience made all the difference. The second time I was here I agreed to waxing my underarms for something like $22. She didn't hold my skin tight enough and it hurt more than it needed to. My skin was extra raw and still not smooth, no oil afterwards. I carry a roll on coconut oil so that helped me out. While I'm accustomed to waxing--creams, powder, strips, sugar, etc.--no aftercare counseling provided. They is a poster on the room's wall I was in that covers a few key points, but it is not enough information. The location is convenient. Note: I asked for sugar, but I'm still not 100% sure if it's 100% that. Whatever they used seems like a quality product though. They Note: If you have curly hair, no preventative care. Be careful treating ingrown hairs if you DIY.

The place was absolutely adorable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I especially loved how Tokyo did my toes. She was attentive throughout the entire process, regularly checking in to make sure I was happy with how they were turning out. Her attention to detail and sweet personality made the experience even better. I would highly recommend booking your pedicure with her! Another highlight was the complimentary drink menu, which included alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and teas. Such a thoughtful touch. The overall ambiance was super aesthetic and relaxing. I'd give this place a solid 10/10, highly recommend! read more
