Theres a full service bar that offers fun drinks like lychee margaritas and the most delicious Vietnamese coffee. They have an amazing loyalty system that allowd you to keep track of your exact colors through their system and you also gain points everytime you go!! If you pay in cash you get DOUBLE points. We love that. Second, the space is absolutely beautiful, clean, calming and spacious relaxing environment. The massage chairs had option for heated massage rollers which is great for someone like me who is constantly cold with AC. And the chairs are brand new and COMFORTABLE. This space is so luxurious and welcoming with the bar in the center. Theres also sections so for our large group of 8 we felt like we had privacy. Lasly, the nail service is outstanding. All of our girls left satisfied with their service which is hard to do with a big group of 8. All of our nails turned out perfect and they checked in on us frequently with a friendly demeanor and made sure all of our needs were attended to and met. I came to Executive Nails & Spa because a friend recommended it, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I got a pedicure and a builder gel refill with French tips. While the technician was doing my nails, I noticed the white polish on the French tips was missing along the sides of several nails. I pointed it out while he was still working and asked if he could add another coat or fix the missing white. He told me another coat would make the nails "too thick" and wouldn't look right. I then asked if he could at least fix the sides where the white was missing, but he ignored my concerns and finished my nails anyway. When I went to pay, I asked to speak with someone because I was unhappy with the result. They said they would have the technician fix it. Instead of correcting the missing white, he came back with a file and started filing the sides of my nails. I stopped him and explained that filing wasn't the issue the problem was the missing white polish. His response was, "It's the sides, no one's going to notice that." At that point, I was beyond frustrated. I spoke to someone else, who offered to have another technician fix my nails if I waited. However, my appointment had started at 12:30 p.m., and I had already been there for almost three hours. I had pointed out the problem multiple times while my nails were being done, and it shouldn't have taken a second technician or more waiting time to get something so simple corrected. For the amount I paid, I expected much better quality and customer service. Instead, my concerns were dismissed, and I left with nails that looked unfinished. I needed a last minute pedicure so I called and they said I could walk in. Upon arrival, the salon looked very clean AND beautiful. I was honestly shocked. They offered me a cocktail which I was honestly surprised about because I'm not used to nail salons offering cocktails. I did the paraffin pedicure and Oliver took care of me. He was very meticulous and made me feel comfortable. He did such a fantastic job and he was very detailed oriented. The pedicure included a massage and I felt so relaxed. This is my second visit to this wonderful place. Now I am late to the game but after having realized that pampering your feet is a very very important and a necessary indulgence. I am very fond of a good pedicure. Executive Nails may be hidden in a strip center but their professionalism and eye for above average service really sets them apart. I had called 5 days earlier to make my appointment with a specific pedicure person and specific manicure person. They did ask me who I preferred. The person making the appointment even verified they both worked Sundays. I arrived and was 20 minutes into my pedicure when the tech asked me who was doing my manicure. I told him and he looked at me and said she quit a month ago. When no one came, I asked the tech to find out how much longer before someone could do my manicure and he requested the manager . The manager told me it would be at least 15 minutes. I had no choice but to wait. The person who eventually came was nice, but did not really know about dip it seems. She didn't let my nails soak, and then cut my nails with the old dip still on. My nails shattered. I asked her to please stop after I looked at my first hand. The polish color I selected I was told was not available. And it goes on. When I went to check out they said there would be a discount. I was not after a discount, but rather to have my nails done right. The dip was super thick and looked terrible. Today I had to go to another salon and have everything redone. read more

The staff is very friendly. I went there for the first time to get a fill and my nails looked horrible. They weren't smoothed out enough but none of them broke or popped off. I went a second time and had my nails done by a different person and within two days I had 3 broken or cracked nails. I went back to get the nails fixed and others have since broken within 2 days. I am not sure what products are being used but nails cost too much for them to break and pop off within a couple of days. I will not be going back. read more
