They provide each client with a new unopened package of nail files and scrubber ect for customer safety and sanitation. I liked that. I chose the #3 which was an upgrade option pedicure $35 and the manicure was $15. They also have lower cost versions for the pedicure, if your watching your coins that day. The owner is a very nice gentleman. He did the massage, scrub, hot stones for my pedicure, then had a lady finish it off with filing, cuticle cutting, and polishing. It is extremely important to book correctly, if you want a detailed design you have to book "Nail design" and if you have nail removal you also have to include that when booking. To account for the time you need. If you book incorrectly, the nail tech wouldn't know until next client arrives and then they rush or switch you to another nail tech to finish. Although they are still very kind about it, it is clear you have to book correctly. I came for birthday nails in late April and expected it to be pricey but didn't realize nail asking for a 3-D nail design increase price significantly. Normal French tip charge at Adore is $20, so anything additional like polka dots or another color is added on the $20. Total nail design was $60, gel x short is $70, nail removal $10 = total of $140 for nails alone. Although I realize you are paying for art, for their time, dedication, expertise and their patience to design the nail how you want. It is pricey in my opinion. I would go back but only for solid color or French tip only.

Not terrible but not quite the "treat yourself" experience I was hoping for. The salon itself is beautiful and clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing- so points there. But the service felt a little rushed, and for the price, I expected more attention to detail. Not to mention the technician wanted to keep adding things on to my service and it just got annoying at one point. What really solidified it and completely ruined my experience was the cashier who rang me up charged me for the wrong service. He called me 5 times on my cell and I picked up and he told me he needed to charge me an additional amount. My mani/pedi quickly went from $88 to $170. I was shocked. I have never in my life paid that for NAILS. Basic nails at that with no fancy designs. My shellac pedicure (which I thought) was $50 but they failed to explain to me that adding shellac was an ADDITIONAL $20. So $70 for a pedicure?! No ma'am, no thank you.
