They provide each client with a new unopened package of nail files and scrubber ect for customer safety and sanitation. I liked that. I chose the #3 which was an upgrade option pedicure $35 and the manicure was $15. They also have lower cost versions for the pedicure, if your watching your coins that day. The owner is a very nice gentleman. He did the massage, scrub, hot stones for my pedicure, then had a lady finish it off with filing, cuticle cutting, and polishing. We arrived around 4:45-5:00 PM on Monday, September 22. The lady at the counter was polite and told us there would be a 15-minute wait for my wife and me to get pedicures, plus a manicure and eyebrow wax for her. No problem--we sat in the pedicure chairs and waited. But instead of helping us, they ignored us for 15-20 minutes. We even watched another woman walk in after us and immediately start her pedicure. There was zero urgency, zero professionalism, and zero respect for our time. If they didn't want to work on a guy's feet, they could have just said so. Instead, the rude indifference and sexist attitude ruined our experience. I will never return, and I'll make sure others know to avoid this location as well.
