They provide each client with a new unopened package of nail files and scrubber ect for customer safety and sanitation. I liked that. I chose the #3 which was an upgrade option pedicure $35 and the manicure was $15. They also have lower cost versions for the pedicure, if your watching your coins that day. The owner is a very nice gentleman. He did the massage, scrub, hot stones for my pedicure, then had a lady finish it off with filing, cuticle cutting, and polishing. She was not as friendly, but she did a pretty good job. The woman doing my manicure was very nice and friendly. I will definitely be back with family, for sure.

I went in for a shellac pedicure and a short almond builder-gel French manicure. The services came to $164, and I paid $187 including tip. I was told the pedicure was $65, so the manicure came to about $100. My complaint is about the manicure, not the pedicure. Jennifer was great. During the first attempt, Kimmi cut my thumb. The nails were also different lengths, the base looked clear near the bottom, and I could see white spots through the pink. I raised my concerns during the appointment. The owner stayed late to adjust the nails and added tips to two that were too short. I arrived around 5:30 p.m. and left at almost 8:30 p.m. I waited, talked with her, and still tipped because I appreciated her effort. After the adjustment, I was still unhappy with the finished set. The builder gel looks thick and bulky from the side, the shapes and lengths don't look consistent to me, and the French tips vary. I'm posting photos of the first attempt and clearer photos of the finished nails taken four days later. When I called back, I was told they had already tried their best. The owner said she had asked me how things looked throughout the appointment. I appreciate the time she spent trying to fix them, but being polite and tipping didn't mean I was happy with the result. After four years as a customer, I expected a cleaner manicure at this price.

PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW. The shop is located off the freeway and it does not look like your modern shops; however, there is no need to worry. There is a lock on the door and you must be "buzzed" in because there are a lot of solicitors and neighborhood locals that like to stop. New customers are always the individuals that feel unsafe and reference the area as "hood." Walk-ins are welcomed; BUT, everyone KNOWs TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. So please don't expect to be waited on immediately. If you make an appointment, it will be rare that the ladies will be behind. It it mainly due to the previous customer running late.
