Glued 3 nails on crooked. Showed the tech and he only fixed two of them. Applied acrylic over top and shaping was really messy. Very rough with the file and didn't use the drill to clean up the edges around my cuticle area. Pedicure was a basic one which is what I wanted. My gripe is that the polish didn't come all the way up to the end of the nail. So if you go don't let them do your nails while getting a pedicure it's better to do it separately so the over-reaching doesn't cause crooked nails on one hand and the tech has better control of what he is doing. The color was about the only thing I was pleased with. Since it was chrome over the polish all the messyness around my cuticles was evident. I could put my nails through my hair because the nails pulled my hair. I went home and used my drill to shape up my nails and repolished them. I really stressed about writing this review but it is what it is. read more

This place is terrible. The pedicures take at least 2 hours so be prepared to spend all day. They can't do anything outside of a basic color on your nails so don't ask. David was attempting to do a design on one nail for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes it still wasn't right so I asked if it's possible that someone else can do the design portion. He said no and that I could leave which was surprising. I wasn't rude in my request at all. I think it hurt his feelings that he wasn't good enough to complete the design. Outside of the service. Great pedicures, especially Tammy, but I won't get acrylic manis here again. I've been going for almost 10 years on and off, and every time I go there's a negative change. Both my middle finger nails popped off after 3 days, and I'm vacationing out of the country currently, so I basically have to go get them all removed once I scrounge to find a nail place so I don't continue lookin crazy. At first glance, you wonder, is this a home, a business? Well, it is an amazing little jewel tucked away in our local neighborhood. What a find!!! I cannot say enough great things about this little gem of a salon. Consummate professionals and always thinking of ways to perfect the art of nails and customer service. As they always do, they have evolved into a safe COVID environment. When entering the building, the owner's husband greets you on the porch at a station property set up to take your temperature and fill out the required paperwork. All clients are asked to then wash their hands before entering. There are petitions in between every space and they have installed privacy screens between all chairs and stations. They have a large variety of masks and other items. Their selection of spa pedicure products are more than I've ever seen in any other spa. Another thing to note, you all know you've been to a salon and none is speaking English and at many times, you feel a sense of being talked about or laughed at in another language and it can be unnerving. This will never happen here. Everyone is warm and friendly and greet you in English. There's never been a communication issue or misunderstanding trying to explain a service. I truly come here to relax and this place creates an environment that's enjoyable. In terms of who is the best nail tech, honestly you can't go wrong with any one. They are ALL amazing. I used to be a loyal customer because my mother has been going to their business ever since they had it on the corner of Irvington and 610. But this last time I went was my LAST . The photo with my "full set" of shellac very short because I use a keyboard a lot at work . I paid 55$ left a 5$ tip ended up paying 60$ FOR JUST THE FULL SET OF SHELLAC, you can also see she cut my cuticle on one of my fingers which got swollen the next day because they use the same nail filer on everyone because I could have caught something Just with that small cut, now I know the price changes if you get a longer nail but my nail was SHORT I felt like I was overpriced and looked very ridiculous paying that price! I understand they get a lot of business but their prices have gone wayyyyy up very overrated pricing tbh not even that serious for them to do that. But when they open this new place their at now the prices were good their service was amazing . Now, they rush to do your nails and pedis because of how busy they are which is no excuse because we are all there to pay for a good service. Okay so the picture of my toe nail which is obviously crooked is also shellac with the jelly pedi ! I PAID 50$ which was ok I guess for a simple pedi didn't even get a good massage it was a fast pedicure she didn't even scrape the bottom part of my feet for 1 Min they do use new items for the bottom of your feet but they don't even take their time doing your pedis basically you go in and you pay for something your not getting worth what price is for. Sorry VH but , you all need to work on your manners and PATIENCE . Because they rush you while your choosing your colors as well . Complete waste of money. The last picture of the long hot pink nails I got them done somewhere else and they did an amazing job. VAN IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Walk in only. I was told to show up in 2 hour and 40 minutes which would have been about 4pm. Then they tell me someone cancelled so to come in even though I told them I was 30 minutes away. I had trouble getting an Uber ride but I communicated that with them and they were okay with it. Finally I am 10 minutes away when van tells me that she can't do my nails anymore and this was at 3:20pm. I told her I was told to show up in 2 hour and 40 minutes and that it wasn't my fault someone cancelled so I tried to get there as soon as I could and she said no!! Amazing aromatherapy type of care going on here! I don't remember much because I fell ASLEEP. Tammy worked my feet so good, I will be back ASAP! I received Ice cold water, soft sleep music and a massage chair that was reclined back that massaged me into a snooze! If I could give this salon zero stars, I would. Parking sucks. Customer service sucks. The lady at the counter hadn't even let me finish signing in before she was pushing me into a service I didn't want. Then when I asked for pricing on shellac mani/pedi she just tossed a book on the counter and stared me down. The place reeks of so many chemicals I'm sure I just reduced my lifespan about 5 years. The prices are ridiculous for the basic salon services they provide especially considering the neighborhood. Nice little nail salon, Hannah gives a great manicure. They are ALWAYS busy so call ahead and book an appointment. But after work or on the weekends, forget about it. They have a great selection of shellac polishes and all of them can be matched to regular polishes if you need to for a pedicure. I've never gotten acrylics here but I've seen other customer's nails after and they always look nice. Giving 4 stars due to the wait time/ lack of parking. read more

They want you to dip your whole fingertip in a bowl of acetone without filing the nail down first. After I requested the filling they still made me dip my whole finger in the bowl. No foil wraps were used! Seems like they use cheap nail polish too that is super thin. And towels.files. Etc are not new for each customer. Let me pick one more thing ... obviously talking about the customer in Vietnamese to the other nail ladies just doesn't help set a relaxing mood. read more

I parked right in the front and was greeted by Tom who was wrapping up his break. He escorted me in and helped me instantly. He even helped me narrow down what I wanted. (I has tons of Pinterest screenshot!) He was so helpful and such a good sport after I changed my mind over what I wanted! They worked on my mani and pedi at the same time.
