This was my first time here and it won't be my last! The inside is sooo cute! It was like crazy busy when I walked in in the morning but the wait with my reservation wasn't long at all. They had a really long table where clients were getting their nails done and along the wall people were getting pedicures and manicures at the same time. Christy was my nail tech and she is a true artist! I showed her 3 different pictures and made my nails better than what I wanted! She free handed the designs and they are so beautiful. I got multiple cateye shades. I really couldn't capture how good they are with pictures or video. She gave me the best set I've ever had! Y'all are just gonna have to catch my nails in person. I went to Gloss for the first time ever for a Pedicure. I ended up getting the Jello Shot Pedicure with Gel polish for $90 (including tip) during their early bird special with Taylor. She was really kind, thorough and did a great job. It was very busy and even with an appointment, I did have to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. The valet was very fast and a nice touch. They also offer you a variety of colors to choose from and a variety of beverages for you to enjoy while getting your service. My pedicure also came with an extended shoulder massage and that was a great added touch. If you go for a pedicure, book with Taylor because she's definitely worth the wait! read more

I really enjoyed my experience at Gloss. Parking is very tight but they offer complimentary valet, which is a HUGE plus. I like that they provide a cup with a lid for beverages because I'm always worried about the various dust and chemicals flying into my drink. The space itself is very chic and well-decorated, however, it is so crowded that it doesn't feel as relaxing as I would have liked. My tech was friendly and assisted me with color selection. The pedi itself was very well done. The highlight for me is that they time their pedicures. It's a selling point because at some salons I pay extra for a deluxe with 20 minute massage and barely get 5. So this is why I will keep returning here, because I know that I am getting what I paid for. read more

Look, I am no hater and I never ever leave reviews but I just had to because I'm so annoyed with this place. I paid $78 for a refill on a short set , a set that barelyyyyyyy is longer than my actual finger. Cool, that's fine I'm not one to argue people's prices but I do expect the work and foundation to be good and last more than 4 days. My thumb nail broke two hours later. The only reason I even went here is because I was on that side of town and did not have enough time to go to the salon that I normally do. REGRET. So I could not just go back up there to get it fixed quick. Not that it would have matter because I have had a nail chip or completely break every day where now 4 days later I have to book an appointment at my normal salon. I should have known something wasn't going to go right when she finished my refill in 20 minutes anyways. They took the paint off my nails and then asks me to come back later cause they had appointments. That's something that could've been said before starting on my nails. Solid pedicure! A very nice nail salon. I should've asked for harder pressure on my foot/leg massage but I didn't, so that's on me. My toenails came out beautifully. I wish there wasn't valet parking because it's a huge hassle to get from the busy street into a crowded parking lot and wait your turn.
