I won't be back. Came here with my niece to get a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was fine--no complaints there. But the manicure experience was frustrating from start to finish. The tall, slim woman who initially came to do my nails had an attitude. The tech doing my pedicure told me to let the male technician do them instead. She spoke to him, but he ended up taking another client. Then a different woman came over to start, but once she realized I wasn't getting fake nails, she passed me back to the pedicurist--who then said she couldn't do overlays. Finally, the male tech did my nails, but rushed through the entire process and did a poor job. By the next morning, two nails had already cracked. I went back, and while he apologized and fixed them, the service overall was rude, disorganized, and low quality. Too much back and forth, bad attitudes, and sloppy work. I've been coming to this nail shop for years and it's pretty good for the price! I got my nails done today only short almond shape French tip, and it was $55 ! There's only been very few times where I wasn't happy with the service done but other than that this was a great experience ! Ask for lee next time you go she did great. I came in just to get regular polish on my nails..she kept trying to talk me into fake nails...said 5 dollars then ten. They have cheap generic polish and I have only paid 10 for brand name polish. I questioned her about it she said its 5 for babies...i dont have a kid with me. She painted my nails got up walked away talking for about 5 min. ive been coming here with my mom for about 2 years and i love how vincent puts nails, he never gave us a bad set and they last about a month and a half for me and my mom. henry is super sweet and always does mine and my families pedicures, he's amazing at taking out ingrowns !! i've had trouble with my ingrowns for YEARS and he always takes his time with me to make sure he gets them all out, i really don't know about the other workers since we always ask for vincent and henry, the only thing is that if you're busy or want nails for a important event come here early because they take a while if they're full, my mom and i had to wait about two hours a couple times for nails but when we get here early it doesn't take long ! I've been going to this nail shop for over 4yrs & never went to another nail shop but after this week I went in to have my toes done & to relax. So as everything gets finished it's time to pay of course. At the register ready to pay even tho they added things I didn't ask for. They have that problem bad especially towards BLACK PEOPLE just adding things without asking if a person wants something done or not they just do it on their own. Just unprofessional & tacky. Okay let's get to the last time I would ever go there. Going to the register for payment they like to charge you through zelle. I paid them & it also showed out my account that they were paid. Tell me why these people locked me inside the store from the inside so that I wouldn't leave? Against my will. Asking them to unlock the door cause the money has been taking out of my account showed the whole staff but you decide to lock me in & play victim to call the police like i came to get a service ... I paid you & you lock me inside your shop. Disgusting degrading unprofessional & over charge on everything. There's no reason that a refill should cost the same amount as a full fresh set. The man doing my pedicure, does not know what he was doing. He keeps going over my cuticles and they are still there he doesn't know how to remove the cuticles. ...are u kidding me -_- 3. A lady Tracey (asian) was very rude. I said ''Excuse me mam'' to tell her about how this guy was doing my pedicure and she said ''What?'' From the front of the salon. The owners wife is definitely has no customer service. I've been going to their other location around the corner next to capital one bank. I've always seen her interaction with customer and have refrain from dealing with her. At the new location next to Papas BBQ she and I got into a heated argument. I tried to de-escalate the situation twice after that it got physical and I put my hands in her face just like she did to me. They get you in there with their special signs. Then they tell u that you have to pay $30 for a refill if you do not keep the same color. While getting your refill if you want to have your nails cut down from the growth. They charge you for that. They say their prices went up because of the way they file your nails... read more

This business engages in illegal and discriminatory practices. They advertise $20 pedicures on the building. My wife and I went for a pedicure. They first tried to charge her $40 for a pedicure, and we corrected that. Then, they informed me that my minimum charge would be $30 because I'm a male. I spoke with the manager (which I never do), and they manager explained that there is NO menu with an increased charge of $10 for males. They further explained that this is their past practice, and that I would not receive the same service for the same price. I refused to pay the extra $10 penis charge, and declined their services. This includes the nail tech that was currently doing my nails. Another employee came over and fed my nail tech twice while she was doing my nails, and she rolled her eyes and had an attitude when I told her I didn't like the design she did on the first nail. Horrible experience. To start off I really wasn't coming for a pedicure but of course they suggested it so I'm like why not, sure. I wanted an ivory color or off-white but the older lady suggested that I do whole white. And of course they are aggressive about it so I'm just like OK whatever. She asked me if I wanted to cut down my toenails I told her she could file them. She uses the nail clipper And cut my big toe now down to the white meat. So of course when she files them to a square shape it's like half of a toenail missing , I've never had this issue before. I'll remind you I have a nice length big toenail some to confuse it with an overlay. The finishing touch of the pedicure was very poor quality. After explaining to the manager on duty they both begin to yell and argue with me. All I wanted was for it to be correct now that she cut down my toenail I have to walk around with my white meat showing. She then start insisting that I paid the $20 as if I would walk out of the nail shop without paying . I would consider that stereotype because of the area that they are located in. I took off the polish myself and a nice individual painted my big toe nails over she did an OK job. Then I left with paying never to return again. read more

They can get really busy on the weekends so I would suggest coming early and being patient...their service doesn't disappoint the only thing I would suggest is being specific about what you want before they begin...so as to not be shocked when you are charged for a deluxe when you only wanted a regular...aside from that my experience with them has been very satisfying and I would recommend them to anyone... read more

I had to wait over 30 minutes and there were only 2 other people getting worked on in the entire place. The guy who does nails charged me $30 for a powder fill-in. I can't believe I even paid that. He made no sense when he explained why it was $30. He said powder is $30 for a fill with almond shaped nails and $35 for a full set with almond shaped nails. What the fuck. When he finished molding my nails he didn't even have me wash my hands. He just put a gel coat over the dusty nails. Not to mention every other nail was a different shape - almond, stiletto, round. I also had a polish change on my toes and I sat in the chair for about 15 minutes after they polished my toes. I literally had to ask someone to get me some flip flops so I could walk to the drying station. They're always empty and its for a reason. Do not go here. read more
